I ported in 2 numbers & received new phones. They do not work outside clarksdale. I went back to the store several times, phone reset, they troubleshooted, they did a Sim exchange, nothing. I called customer service, same thing. I do not recommend them and I will be going back to Metro.

Great company. Towers and signals are strong. Im in Slidell, Louisiana from Clarksdale, MS and can still talk, no roaming and surf the internet. Cellphone upgrades are available every 90days. I love their upgrade system. You pay only one time and its yours. Price is depending on what phone you choose. Get 2 lines for $80 monthly. Autodraft saves you $5 monthly

Its a small place with lots of new products and accessories for your needs and some great deals on quality phones and the employees are very nice,helpful and knowledgeable about the phones.
