We are very happy with our choice to use Oliveira Pavers for our driveway remodeling project and based on our experience, we would not hesitant to recommend them to our friends and neighbors.Since moving to Tampa 4 years ago, we have been surprised at the lack of responsiveness from many home improvement companies in this area. Many companies are difficult to contact and just as difficult to get them to provide a quote or have them show up when they schedule an appointment for a quote. We are providing this review to hopefully help others who are looking for a prompt and professional paving company.After an extensive web search, we settled on 3 companies that had consistently good reviews. We contacted all three companies either by phone or by email request (although we first tried to contact each company by phone). Oliveira was the only company that answered the phone (on the first try). The other 2 companies did not answer the phone so we had to contact them by filling out a quote request online. The owner of Oliveria answered the phone himself and was at our house within 2 hours to review the project and provided us with a quote at that time. One of the other companies responded 3 weeks later and then failed to show up for their appointment (never again following up with us). The third company never even responded.After providing us with a quote, Oliveira gave us a brochure from the paver supply company so we could see the various paver options that were available to choose from. We were able to go to this supply company and see the pavers as they would look installed as the supply company had a mock up patio featuring the various pavers that they supplied. This made it easy to make a decision on which pavers to go with.Once the pavers were available from the supply company, Oliveira came over to identify the best spot to put the pavers upon delivery. This made it easy for us to direct the supply company as to where the pavers should be placed upon deliver.The day after delivery, Oliveira arrived to begin the project. The owner was present during the entire installation and actually installed the majority of the pavers himself. Every detail was addressed meticulously by the owner. He was very responsive to us making some adjustments to the project during the installation. We added curbs in areas where we had river rock beds to prevent the rock from wandering onto the driveway.The project took one week to complete, including demo of the existing driveway/walkways and creating the circular portion of the driveway. This was in line with what the owner had previously told us the length of the project would be.A couple weeks after completing the install, the owner returned to inspect the driveway and replace any pavers that were not perfect and refill any seams that were missing sand. He then sealed the pavers to protect them and bring out the colors of the pavers.Since the install many neighbors complemented us on how good the driveway looked and how efficient Oliveira had been with the project.

Excellent company to work with. They came out for an estimate and started work a week later. Finished a huge pool deck remodel, retaining wall, added a new 20x20 ft patio with a fire pit and completed the job in 7 days. All of this while coming in 20% lower than the competition on cost. I highly recommend them.

In July of 2020 we contracted with Oliveira Pavers to create a patio at our home. While his work scheduling and time needed to complete the job took longer than expected, they completed the project in late July last year and we were generally satisfied. However, 11.5 mos later -- mid-July of this year/2021 -- we noticed an area of the patio was sinking.Given the companys stated one year warranty, I reached out to Marcelei Oliveira, the owner, and sent him photos of the patio but he did not reply to my email. I then called him and he confirmed the warranty period and indicated he would come to our home the week of 19 July. On Wed/21 July I texted Oliveira but he did not reply. Today I called him and we will see if he replies -- I had to leave a voice mail. Hopefully hell contact me soon and we can resolve the issue with the patio. If he does not contact me we will have to take further action and I will will edit this review to provide that additional information. However, if I am contacted and the patio is repaired I will gladly update this review with that good news as well.Update: I just posted the above a few mins ago today/27 July and I phoned Mr. Oliveira again to inform him of my post. He answered the phone and agreed to come to our home tomorrow/28 July in the morning. I will provide another update regarding the progress or lack thereof.Final update (late in posting): Mr. Oliveira promised to to come to our home in early August 2021, the second promise, but did not show. He also did not respond to calls or texts. Please take this experience into consideration when thinking about how any problems you experience will be addressed.

They did an amazing job installing pavers in my backyard. Very quick to respond, were able to finish the job incredibly fast, and overall did great, quality work. They were also far cheaper than any of the competition I received quotes from. I cant recommend them enough for anyone living in the St. Pete area.

I highly recommend using this company. The owner was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with pavers. I am extremely pleased with my new backyard. If your needing your pavers installed call this company. They were the most reasonably priced as well!
