Latte is very familiar to me. It tastes much like Heinie Bros’ coffee in Louisville. Good selection of pastries. Sitting for about 18 people.

Phoenix is always a great local place to get a cup of coffee. They have indoor and outdoor seating thats comfortable. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

It’s good coffee! However, they’re flavors are limited, so keep that in mind! I enjoyed a simple iced latte with soy milk. The prices weren’t bad, and the atmosphere is nice. I would go back if I were in the area, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it.

Cleveland is great in many things but taste or flavor isnt one of them... most places are instagram places. Apparently, Phoenix Coffee has some of the best brews in Cleveland but this was not roasted or brewed well. Sorry, but how do we charge for coffee not made well.Ambiance is good but avoid the coffee if you if you do know your beans.

Good but bad service and no WIFI available for the customers and theyre still asking to wear masks then take off on the table. Doesnt make sense.

I’m only visiting Cleveland and was looking for a new place to try coffee. When I entered, a staff member made a scene and asked me to put a mask on, I have no problem doing so but no where else in the area has asked this, I just didn’t know & wasn’t expecting it. In front of a store full of people, I was basically called out, scolded & felt incredibly judged. When I ordered my coffee the staff member all but threw it at me, wouldn’t even look at me & before I left the counter announced to their coworker they would now need to refill their mask basket (clearly because I had used the last one). I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience ordering coffee & I’ve never felt so judged and unwelcome before. Wow

3 star because they didn’t have almond milk and the dirty chai wasn’t the best. Chocolate chip cookie was really good tho! I would probably give them another try being this was my first time.

The lavender lemonade was fantastic! Also I like the plants for sale in the entrance

I love this place. Ive been coming to Phoenix for over a decade, and couldnt imagine going anywhere else for coffee. Most of the staff is incredibly nice and knowledgeable. The variety of coffees they sell is amazing (in flavor and source*), and my car smells great on my way home from purchasing beans.

Phoenix Coffee has some of the best brews Ive ever had!

Coffee is unique and tasty. They take their coffee very seriously at Phoenix and have a lot of options for those who arent coffee snobs as well. I highly recommend the Speedball for first-timers.

One of the few places near me that I can order a cortado on the menu. Also when avaiable, usually warmer seasons, lavender lemonade is so good!

I always love Phoenix. Such a staple to the Coventry community, great coffee, great baristas, and when its not Covid season, they have an awesome place to work or chat with friends!!

This place has changed a lot ! I use to go here every morning for my coffee but not anymore the two guys who works there now are rude and mean ! Amber was doing a great job when she was there all the time but now she is the manager and everything just changed !

The decor was so cute from the hanging plants on the wall to the furniture pieces around the cafe. I love the reusable and biodegradable materials. The beverage selection was good but food was limited. Definitely an adorable place to visit.

Bathrooms very clean. Need to get key which is a very good policy. Quality of toasted bagel fair (even with butter). No low fat milk or even 2% milk available for coffee. Light roast coffee had slightly bitter tasye. Staff very efficient but all business.

I cant go without their gluten free bakery treats! Ill wither away without them

Great baristas serve up delicious coffee! We ordered lattes and flat whites. Perfectly roasted beans and perfectly made lattes and other coffee beverages. Its a comfortable welcoming space, with a great neighborhood vibe. Some nice looking muffins, croissants and other types of snacks also served, if you need more than a coffee. There is outdoor seating, filled while we were there, with local neighborhood folks and some sweet dogs.Highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere is nice. Coffee wasnt bad. Wish they had more choices other then the standard. Definitely not Starbucks.

Its no mystery that Starbucks is by far my favorite stop for coffee and other selections that are spontaneous dictated by my cravings at any given moment. This is a great local Cleveland coffee chain. They have all the typical options that you typically look for at a coffee shop and then some. They also have a fun atmosphere that make you want to be there and keep on coming back in the future.

Great coffee and they have local artists selling art work here. I have been to all of Phoenixes locations in Cleveland and I think this one has the most character out of all of them. Great coffee and deserts as well.

Best latte ever and the friendliest staff. The atmosphere at phoenix is always friendly and nice. I love that you have the option to enjoy coffee in a mug rather than hurrying in a to go tumbler. If you are traditional coffee lover, who loves to sit back and enjoy great tasting coffee, you should be at phoenix.

Great coffee and friendly service. The staff were bantering with one another and the regulars at the bar were joining in - seems like a nice place to spend some time.The seating area is comfortable and not too cramped and the music was loud enough to hear but quiet enough that you might not notice it during a conversation.

Phoenix coffee is our favorite spot and the Coventry location has a special vibe. I dont know many places where the staff so visibly enjoys their customers and each other. This crew is a blast!I always leave feeling better than whenI entered. Thank you Phoenix barista dreamteam!

I go here at least 3 times a week. So good. I highly recommend the Speedball for a chocolate lover, and the Better Morning Muffin is such a wonderful mix of fruits, nuts and vegetables. You can tell they make their pastries fresh everyday. The staff is always so nice and Phoenix is a comfortable place to meet a friend or catch up on work.

I love majority of their staff very pleasant ppl... one girl seems a bit annoyed (sarcasm) from what I can tell seems nicer to other customers though. But I still rate them a 5 because most of them are pleasant and nice

Always friendly staff, but limited seating room. Great coffees, great espresso blends. Ive heard if youre looking for more space to go to the location on Lee Road, but the Lee location lacks the atmosphere that the Coventry location has. Either way though, it has great staff, is well-managed, and the lattes and cappuccinos are some of the best in the area.

Phoenix continues to impress after all these years! They still brew phenomenal coffee, and their service is top-notch.

Love the people here, and their lattes are the absolute best. Speedballs will always hold a place in my heart. The only down side is that theyve completely removed comfortable seating. Its a coffee shop guys, I want to be able to buy coffee after coffee while writing my 12-14 page grad school essays

Great place to set, relax, and study. they turn the heat down too much in summer, so i always grab a sweater when i go there. reasonable prices. Location in Coventry is very great.

I give this place 5 stars for being a great local coffee shop. The baristas and other workers are friendly and nice. The coffee is good, but not transcendent- but priced appropriately. You can get #glutenfree cookies here, too. I come here every month or so and grab a lb of beans, a bagel, and an iced soy vanilla latte- and it seems like it’s always the same people studying in the 4/5 full seating area. Don’t ever change, Phoenix!

Went on a Sunday after the escape room, chill place. Inside was a bit too warm for my taste, but the latte was good, fair price (comparable to Starbucks), and friendly staff. Id rather buy from a small business than a big chain, and they make it worth it!

They make high quality beverages, have a great selection of vegan food, the place is clean, and the service is great.Ive only been there on Sundays, so I dont know how it is during really busy times, but they seem to be able to keep up with orders so I never have to wait long.

I live down the road and this is my place to go, besides their quality coffee, their bagels and vegan options are amazing. Customer service is 10/10 and personable, they always ask specifics about your order to make sure its right.

What a great place! Located in the middle of town, this place serves amazing coffee! I got a mexicocoa! So it’s a spicy hot cocoa, but then I added a shot of espresso! Not really a fan of the spicy-ness, but I always love trying new things!

Three words: VEGAN cream cheese!! Phoenix also carries Cleveland Bagel co bagels which are to die for. Vegan pastries available. Seats fill up quickly
