The manager is always so rude. And why was she on her cellphone taking a personal call while I was in front of her? I can turn left and go to 7 Eleven or right to Get Go. When an establishments management team refuses to uphold standards I know they dont need my money. Go up the street to Get Go instead. They also have Ines but the people who work at Get Go have higher standards if professionalism
Say they open but after you walk through the cold and get there the door locked dude all you gotta do is stop saying yall open 24 hours!!!!
Very friendly staff and great customer service
First off I call customer service about their 7-Eleven now app the app dont only not work it up it takes your photo of your ID if youre going to buy cigarettes and or beer well it doesnt work none of the stuff that they utilize is work then the my wallet does not work also the customer service rep told me to go on Chrome to fill out my or to fulfill my order go to Chrome it doesnt even offer cigarettes or alcohol so its a catch-22 all these apps do not work like theyre supposed to and customer service dont want to do their jobs anyway
Re-writing this review. After patronizing other 7-elevens more frequently I can say even more forcefully now that the product selection here is absolute trash. The associates aren’t much better. Though I love a cute cashier, I don’t love it when she says she “forgot” her mask and when I hand her a spare of my own she won’t even use it - and then find out the other crew members aren’t using them either. People are getting shots now but the pandemic isn’t over and India is dealing with a “double-mutant” challenging the effectiveness of some vaccines. It’s appalling how willfully wreckless these people are especially given they’re serving populations with less access to vaccines and more vulnerability to the virus. Go to GetGo down the road in South Euclid.

This stores customer service is terrible they always have boxes crowding the aisles. And the owner and employees our very disrespectful they took there personal problems out on me.
This is a 24 hour store but they close in the middle of the night for hours on a regular bases! Someone is in the store but they won’t answer the door. Hate lazyness
I have been going here for years but now its some new management and staff which is absolutely TERRIBLE!!! THE COFFEE IS NEVER READY, THE BAKE GOODS ARE NEVER THERE ANYMORE!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ALSO!!! I WENT THE OTHER NIGHT AND 1 OF THE STAFF STOPPED ME & SAID I COULDNT GO IN CUZ THEY WHERE RECEIVING INVENTORY?!?! WTF?! SHE WAS STANDING OUTSIDE SMOKING WHILE SOME MEN WHERE UNLOADING A TRUCK!! Im kool. I just started going down the street to GET GO!!!
I have been going to this gas station for years. It continues to get worse I dont even know why I still go back to be honest!!! Its sad cause they have a lot of business in that location daily. The main problem is the staff and cell phones, rudeness not knowing how to handle customer service. You know how people say leave your problems at home they should also say leave your ghetto there to. I have many encounters with all kinds of people but like the Walmart down the street they make Clevelandv Hts and South Euclid look horrible its like a mini EC. The store its self is pretty clean but the manger is doing the wrong job she should be a door greeter somewhere how she talks to people and presents herself. There is a speedway down the street about 4min Ill go out of my way and I encourage everyone else to do the same plus you get speedy points 😆
