CVS denied us a COVID vaccine based on citizenship status. It is clear on the CDC website that everybody is able to get a COVID vaccine regardless of insurance or citizenship. Night and day compared to Walgreens were they were friendly and provide the vaccine without a problem.

I have waited in the pharmacy drive-thru for over 40 minutes on multiple occasions. There seems to be a poor management or low staffing issue with the drive-thru.

CVS is always a great value. They have great sales on a regular basis and they have great coupons too. They allow you to use more than one coupon at a time. I get coupons in email, through the mail and printed on my receipts and sometimes I use a combination of all of them. They have a lot of convenient locations too. We also got our covid vaccines at different cvs locations and they were very professional.

I ordered a pair of $30 head phones that did not work. I called immediately and was on hold for 10 minutes!!

I called to ask if a product was available and Jenny was so rude over the phone to me its was ridiculous. Will never be coming here and she should be fired. Terrible customer service would give 0 stars if I could.

They told me to wait 30 minutes to fill a prescription. I came back 45 minutes later and they said it would be another 20. An hour and a half in they finally tell me they dont have my prescription in stock. How hard is it to check your stock at drop off?

This pharmacy is always behind. They always confirm they have the script and to come in and then when you get there they tell you to wait. The location doesn’t have a drive thru. Last time I was here they spoke loudly about the medication which is a medication I would prefer to keep discreet. Unfortunately they are slow bc this is the closest one to my house. Also my RX code has cvs always much higher than other pharmacies nearby. Going forward I am switching to a different pharmacy. This is the last time

People lined up for Covid vaccines and yet they still dont bother enforcing the mask rule.

Everyone that works here always seem bored out of their minds. Arent mean or rude just not pleasant

I went in this morning..before work.. A lady was sitting at the computer..asked me..if I eas paying with a card..since I was..she told me..to use self checkout..The mess didnt work..she a (manager)..never got up..to help me.. I put the stuff down..and left..Customer service was GARBAGE TODAY

This has been my pharmacy for three years now. The staff is always helpful and if there is an issue with a prescription, they always sort it out. The store on the whole is well-managed and the employees are knowledgeable and courteous. I have seen cashiers diffuse angry customers and work patiently with elderly customers. I am glad this store exists in my neighborhood.

Didnt have what I was looking and seems rather disorganized. Dont think I would go there again.

The store itself is not bad but Probably the worst pharmacy on the planet. I cannot beginTo fathom how disorganized they are. They never fill prescriptions until you get there even tho there are multiple texts messages saying they were filled. Always at least a half an hour wait minimum to get what you need. Every single time. Always the same excuse “weve got a lot going on” no matter what time of day. I will be switching to a different cvs pharmacy even though this is the closest location for me. Would rather drive 20 min then sit there for 40.

I keep up with my coupons with CVS so I always find great buys at this store. They do seem to have product missing but I always find what I need. Its a great location and I love going there.

HIPAA violation! They keep the prescribed medication on a display facing all the customers. EVERYONE CAN SEE your personal information, medication name, etc. on top of that, they put your meds on the low register counter while cashing you out, probably to make sure that everyone in line didn’t miss what you were getting. I’ll be filling HIPAA violation complain.

Spoke with a representative on the phone. She was very rude, short and impatient when I tried to ask questions regarding my prescription medications. I tried to call the store again to clarify if my prescription can be filled. However, the representative continued to be disrespectful and before I got a chance to ask another question she hung up the phone. I will never refill my prescriptions here again! This location deserves zero stars.

Popped in for some snacks. The parking lot was easy to find but the lines need repainted. Inside was clean, odorless with helpful staff.

Terrible pharmacy. I have had multiple botched prescription orders and issues. They could not care less about patient health. Today was the last straw. They made a billing mistake and didnt think to notify us that the prescription would be 6x the price of the first fill. We arrived for pickup on a Sunday not knowing about the change and had no way to get our Dr. involved on the issue. Had they notified us on Thursday when we filled it the issue could have been remedied. Now we deal with the choice of a potentially sick baby or a ton of money. Thanks for nothing CVS on Lee!

Because one must give a star, this CVS pharmacy received one. Though no stars would be more appropriate.The pharmacy staff are smug and condescending. They speak over you when youre asking questions and are rude.

I am not pleased with this pharmacy. I had a prescription sent there last night from an urgent care. My husband stood in line this evening and it wasnt even filled. Then he was told that they didnt even have the prescription when he got back in line. No one tried, at all, today to contact me about the questions on this prescription. They finally sent it to another CVS, mind you my husband was dealing with this mess for 2 hrs. They had my contact info all day, wasted our time, we will get my prescription needs somewhere else.

They really take good care of you everyone there truly works hard at making sure you find what you want and youre satisfied before you leave I love it there feels like family everybody is awesome

I have gotten my prescriptions filled here as well as a CVS in Mentor and I have to say they are the absolute worst! The staff can be friendly but its always a long wait to drop an RX off or pick up. And I swear they screw up/give me a hard time about prescriptions at LEAST 50% of the time. Im done with CVS. Will take my business elsewhere.

I dont understand the negative reviews for this CVS. The staff has always been kind, Ive always been in and out relatively quickly, and I cant remember their shelves being out of anything.
