This is a very low paying job that will take up too much of your time. It’s a small non-progressive company, there are no opportunities here it’s a dead-end job. If you coming from a school to work here then you will be working in the worst part of the company which is the repair department. The supervisor in that department is very uneducated and unprofessional. He makes up rules and policies on the fly to fit his needs and desires. This man will even complain about you to the operations manager (who is another person that is adding to the toxic culture of this company) if you close the door too hard like its his own house. It’s very comical. The repair department’s supervisor doesn’t have any interpersonal skills, leadership skills, or any regard for treating people in the workplace with respect. Don’t settle for a average job when you went back to school to better your life. Trust me you don’t need cell phone repair experience for your resume.
