I wanna shout out to the Market manager Kion and the guys n gals ant the customer service desk! I bought a bad brisket at an HEB in Houston and Kion exchanged it for me preventing me having to travel back to Houston! Although none of it was this locations fault; way to stand by the HEB brand and name! Thats customer service and thats why I love HEB! Kudos to Kion!!

Our HEB is on Texas/Holleman, it is like “Cheers”, where everybody knows our name, they have THE best fruit & vegetables, and meats! The workers are always super helpful and go that extra mile to help make sure your visit is as pleasant as the last. The pharmacists and workers always greet me with a smile and patience! Justin, Thank you for all you do.Juan, wears a navy shirt, helped to make sure we had enough to eat and promptly paid the difference on our groceries and as I Thanked him I cried on the way back to my car. I was so touched by his act of kindness. Congratulations HEB for hiring the best, they truly make us feel like family.

All the staff are pretty nice, and the store is fairly clean. So far I have no major complaints about it. I love HEB and their prices. The only feedback Id give them is maybe to have a broader selection of office and home supplies. Other than that, amazing.

Had an damaged item given to me in curbside pickup but I called and Brittany was so sweet and helpful and resolved the issue no questions asked! When I returned for my replacement, Paul was so sweet and walked me over to their curbside area himself! Great experience due to such kind and helpful employees!

I love shopping here. Its always well stocked and clean. And the workers are SUPER friendly. Usually I order my groceries for delivery, but once in a while I go in.

The customer service here is incredible. I just picked up a curbside order and had a duffel bag in my backseat. I always do that when picking up groceries so that when I get home I don’t have to make multiple trips. Without me even asking, my curbside delivery employee (I think his name was Ben) put all the groceries in my duffel bag for me. And I didn’t even notice it until I got home! Customer service is incredible here!!

This is your HEB when youre a student, got the bus station and everything. Its a clean, well maintained store with normally very friendly service. Can get crowded on the weekends.

H EB is good the only thing I dont like about this particular location is that theres a lot of students so theres a lot of items that are missing particularly if you go on a Sunday afternoon

I am visiting my daughter and her family right now. I cant wait for each trip here so that I can go to HEB! The area where I live, the closest HEB is an hour and 15 minutes away!! It sucks!The HEB stores in the Bryan/ College Station area are so wonderful!! The produce, meat market, dairy, bakery, pantry and all of the other wonderful products that they offer are so fresh and at competitive prices!I went into one of the HEB stores for a bottle of wine for my daughter and her wife. I was astonished at the amount and quality of wines. All in all HEB is the best!!

Hi all ! I like going to HEB. But these days I have been going through the bills. In case of small hass avocados, they entered large avocados and the cost was 4$ higher than I should be. Similar case happened yesterday, I bought 2 green pepper they entered 4. I bought 2 kiwis and it is also 4. This is just an example, it has been happening a lot. Though this is a case of few dollars but be aware when your buying stuffs is bulk. This is not okay for low income people

The store and most of the staff are nice, but this one employee whose name I think is derek, he is a little overweight, balding on the crown and fat in the jaw and was creeping me out. He kept leering at the female employees backsides when they bent over, and he tried to aggressively stare me down when I caught him doing it. He’s a creep and I don’t want to shop here if he’s working here

This store is a great HEB to go to in CSTAT. It has great food options, low prices, and steady availability. The only downside to this location is the parking lot. It has rough edges to where you must be careful if you drive a car with low clearance. It also is in a hard to enter place from the street because Texas Avenue is so closed off.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Efficiently located. Wonderful food selection. I love the floral department and bakery. It’s my favorite H-E-B in town. They have plenty of cashiers, so you don’t have to wait in line. :)

Beware of biased management, employees over the customers apparently is the company policy. HEB do not deserve your business. HEB thanks for showing your true colors. Public beware thank God for Krogers and Brookshire. Stoe located on Villa Maria and Texas Ave, you guys know who you are hiring and should have a vetting process before hiring closed minded managers, you know who you are.

H-E-B always has great customer service and they typically have good prices on everything. if you have the app, check it for coupons, and sometimes there are coupons for free things. My husband and I had a coupon for a free 1/2 gallon of milk and 2 packs of cookies. Santa is gonna have a great snack!

The one thing I particularly like about this HEB is they always have the best selection of ready to go type meals and a lot of their produce seems fresher than some of the other stores.However, this store is always crowded mostly with college students and the isles seem kind of narrow making the place somewhat chaotic.Also, not only is the parking lot very small but it is difficult sometimes to get in & out of and back on to the main strip.

College Stations best go-to shopping destination, hands down. Name what you want, chances are they have it. The best part is that you get em all for affordable rates, which helps the international students here at A&M (Thanks, HEB!). They have offers on products throughout the year, especially the HEB brands themselves. You also get 5 free home deliveries per account, so thats a steal. Do check their website for some good deals.

Natalie with HEB Blooms in College Station created such a beautiful bouquet for my wedding day! I was very picky with what I wanted (probably driving her insane lol) but she was always kind and listened diligently to my wants and needs. I got sooo many compliments on my lovely bouquet. I would HIGHLY recommend HEB Blooms for any wedding- fresh & beautiful flowers for a great price!!!

Excellent store, very friendly, check out is always quick. HEB has huge selection, A lot more than other stores, especially on produce, salads, & deli items. Plus all the store brand products Ive tried are awesome, much better than national brands, in my opinion. I havent tried all of them but, their sodas, salsa, and marinated fajita meats are my favorites.

Very cool grocery store! It was kind of a shock to my system not being able to buy hard liquor at the grocery store. But, I guess thats the way it is in Texas. Otherwise no complaints.

The store looks good and so does the food. Everyone was wearing a mask. Covid-19 is real and wear mask is a pain but its worth it. I rather wear a mask and save your love one than to not. Everyone was peaceful and I liked that. No drama no karens just good food everywhere waiting for someone to buy it.

This used to be my grocery store of choice, but lately I have been disappointed in the produce and frequency the shelves are empty of products I need.

This was the college station store. Different layout than the Bryan stores. Great service. They couldnt find my Deli tray which I found out was entirely my fault. Great service great atmosphere!

I can never say enough good things about HEB. The coupons, prices, and selection are all great. I never have to wait to get checked out unlike walmart! And the safety steps theyve taken during COVID-19 gives me peace of mind that I am safe when shopping here.

Went in to renew my vehicle registration, I was in and out in 5 minutes.

So it seems like my review was deleted (not by me) but I had bought the fried chicken here last week because I was hungry and I thought it looked ok. When I got home and ate it, the breaded crust of the fried chicken was incredibly hard. Not only that, but there was more dough than chicken and on the largest piece, some of the dough was not all the way cooked.

HEB is the best grocery store in Texas. They have a wide variety of different foods, you can always find what you are looking for, and the employees are always so nice and helpful. They act like they are glad you are there.

I love heb, they have great deals and honestly i would give a 5 star if i didn’t over hear a manager complaining about “welcome to bidens socialist America” look keep your political feelings to yourself. You are in the customer service field, you don’t have the right or ability to say stuff like this on the floor. Keep it in the break rooms, at home, and while you are not on the clock. I get it politics gets everyone huffed up but when you represent a company i shouldn’t know your political stance it has no place in the work place.

I was there about 9pm Friday night.I thought Id beat the crowd but everyone in College Station must of had the same thought..lolI met the young man working in produce and the one stocking the meat shelf.Both were so friendly and very personable.Its rare to find young people who are so friendly to the older generation but these guys were awesome!!!!HEB carries a cookie called Cowboy.Its oatmeal, chocolate chips and pecans.Omg they are delicious.Thats why I made the trip because I was out of them.You need to try them!!!!HEB has friendly staff, great prices and a great variety of items.

Our family loves HEB! This one is in the middle of town - I usually go to this one for work supplies. This store tends to have less of the specialty items I usually get at the other locations further south.

I love this H.E.B! They care about their customers and if you cant find it on the shelves they will look in the back for you if needed. Always neat and very organized. Checkers are always polite and caring and have positive attitude!

I Only shop at this location. I live closer to Villa Marias location, But the selection there isnt great. Its actually disappointing, so I drive 15 min the opposite direction to come to my Fav location. I made a trip yesterday. & Everything was great, service and selection. Although, for the first time during the pandemic, I was (not by choice) standing next to 2 customer with 3 kids. Who chose not to wear mask. I did ask about policy & the cashier did explain that you cant force anyone. But you do offer a mask free of charge to those who dont wear them.

IT WAS GREAT!, THIS IS MY FAVORITE H.E.B. AND I LIVE IN COLLEGE STATION, AND TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY HERE!
