I had my Taylor guitar repaired and adjusted at this music store and they did excellent work! The repairs are now unnoticeable and the setup and sound earned me some compliments at a gig I performed at today! The work was also done within a very reasonable time frame! The repair team at Thorn Music did a great job on my saxophone. It needed a quick repair and Aaron explained why and what they did. Then he pointed out a few other problems that would take more time, what it would involve, etc. Well, I decided to take his advice and take care of things now. Wow!! It plays like a brand new horn (its 60 plus years old). I also bought a new mouthpiece. All the employees were so patient with all my questions. Best of all, the team got my saxophone to me right before their store had to close for the shelter in place.

Great shop with instruments you can buy and they also fix your instruments. They have this cool thing where you can rent to own and they include basic maintenance on there too. I believe you can also get lessons there. Just ask

This place is beyond professional, the rates are fantastic, and the customer service is superb. I went in with general ideas, and Patrick helped hone in on what exactly I wanted. He was completely transparent with purchasing and worked with my limited budget. I also took my electrical guitar in and Josh explained the process of what exactly they would do to fix it. Never have I felt so personally connected to a music shop. Patrick even recommended me some music I may like after the store was playing Vulfpeck. This is my favorite and permanent music store. Also, ask about Geoff for guitar lessons and music production advice; he talked to me for a good amount of time and was very helpful. Thank you again Thorn Music Center!

I used to work here while going to school, and I can honestly say that service is what matters to the employees at Thorn. Everyone there does his/her best to help every customer to the best of his/her ability. Moreover, comparing what Thorn offers to the other guys was easy because it had the best interests of whoever walked in.
