Great customer service, staff always brings paint to my vehicle after purchase! The paint we use has a file to reference so were not guessing which paint or trying to match. It comes out exact same!

Not recommended for home owners or contractors! This PPG store in College Station, TX made a mistake on the paint match for a large project and refused to help correct the problem. Instead they blamed me, the customer, when they guided me to what the best choice was! I brought in a large section of cabinet panel to help match color and finish. No offer to help with a solution other than to take another guess at it and charge me again. The Benjamin Moore store took 20 mins to match the finish required to match our custom Kent Moore cabinets and did two color tests to ensure the color was spot on. All of this was done in the store to make sure I had what I needed. This is the model of customer service that earns trust and my business.
