Very good service, and great food very happy with it

Been to alot of different sonics and the food can be questionably good at some locations. This one I was actually very pleased at. All of our food was cooked perfectly. Theres not much you can say about a sonic so just take it as it is. If you want to get good food from a sonic then this is a sonic that you can get it at.

Food is solid 4 stars. Good place for quick and I like that the app offers 1/2 off drinks all day. The best thing on their menu is the iced French vanilla coffee with caramel syrup. If you are a coffee lover, try it and you won’t regret it. Sometimes service can be slow but usually fast paced especially if you order ahead.

Food was fine, but I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to take the order (Im one of 3 cars here) and they read off the wrong order twice before I corrected it. Usually not one to complain, but this was not a good experience.

This is one of 2 sonics in the area that make a fantastic bacon toaster. The bread was actually toasted and the bacon was crisp. Waitstaff were great too. Great location!

I usually have a good experience here but not today. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal and honey bbq wings meal. The meat patties on the burger were dark and clearly old and I threw the burger away after 3 bites. Mozzarella sticks were cold. And the wings were old or overcooked, as they were hard. I was an assistant manager at sonic for 2 years so I know that’s not just “how it comes”. So now I’m $20 short a meal we didn’t finish. Cooks, do better.

Sonic cheeseburger was cold, cheese was entirely solid. Youre in Colleyville 😂 please put in the money and effort.

Food is good for fast food but.. Make sure you tell them light on the ice on drinks. Otherwise you may only get a couple sips and your drink is gone. Theyre trained to pack the ice...saves on soda......

Very disappointed tonight. Everything was over salted and dried out. Even the bun was yucky. Will think twice before going back. The iced tea used to be top shelf. Now it’s just meh.This is the third time. My tots were dried out greasy and no flavor. Tonight they had flavor if you like salt.

I like the mozzarella sticks and the kids like the chili cheese dogs the service is good and at least everything comes not like other places where you have to go Im missing stuff you actually get everything that you order at one time so thats good

I will not be going back to this location again. Every time I go back, our order is always messed up. They leave out sauces, drinks and when I mention what they forgot they were going to have us order and charge again, so I just left. If I could do a zero stars they would be getting it. After countless experiences with terrible customer service, I’m done never getting what I asked for.

Fun comfort food. 2-4 happy hour with lots of good deals.

Jalapeño poppers and a cherry vanilla Dr Pepper. The poppers weren’t as good as I remembered. My drink was great though. I’ll pass on jalapeño poppers next time and stick with a coney or burger.

One of the better Sonics in this area! Never disappoints!

Sonic is my favorite place. There sodas are the best! Styrofoam cups with sonic ice! They also have great ice cream. I love there corny dogs!

Fastest sonic I have been to

Gotten our order wrong EVERY TIME! We moved to the area last year and have been to this sonic about 5 times. It’s very close so I keep hoping they’ll turn it around..Things have been left out or our order has been made wrong every time visit. The service is slow too. Food isn’t too bad if you happen to get what you ordered.

This Sonic loves to forget ANY sauce you order literally 95% of the time. Its wild how bad it is, Im talking literally every order.Update: Lowering review because they forgot sauce again 2 more times in a row

Stopped and picked up a corn dog. My go to when I miss breakfast and lunch. Not the best food but it does better than Mc Donalds

Very slow...the person taking orders was trying to read my mind rather than listening to what I was saying...I finally just gave up and said yes to what she was ordering for me.

I never got to order. I activated the red button and it said it was activated but I waited several minutes and no one ever said anything. I saw cars come and go. It wasnt even crowded. I finally just drove off.

Boy, I was hungry and wanted. Burger so I thought I would try sonic. Parking area was clean, Was helped quickly, and my Jr. Burger came out in less than 3 minutes. Hot and fresh. I could have done with a little less mustArd, but it was a good burger.

Everyone knows what Sonic has and frankly that is part of the draw. I ordered three #1 combos with tater tots and soft drinks. One hamburger was ordered without onions and it came with onions. This is the classic problem with drive thru orders. You dont really know what you got until after you have left... It lost them a star. The cost was 22 bucks and change so quite reasonable for a fast food joint. Not cheap but reasonable. Sonic is a good reasonably priced fast food restaurant. I eat there maybe once every 6 weeks. Ill go back.

It was great. Hot dog onion rings and my drink was fabulous today nice and warm fresh out of the kitchen. A lot of changes at the store but for the good.

With only 2 or 3 other cars in the parking lot we watched our cheese coney get delivered to someone elses car...then taken back out, plopped on a different tray and brought to our car. IN THE TIME OF CORONAVIRUS. Now I cant eat this coney for 2 weeks and I just dont think its going to be any good after that. Zero stars for social distancing. Will not be returning to this location.

Nothing special that stands out vs other Sonics. We go during happy hour for drink and slush specials. Its local for us. Service is ok. Prices are good. Food is as expected. Having visited other Sonics I have been to both better and worse. Stop if its on your way or during happy hour.

I see some people complain about food but I only get drinks from Sonic. The wait can be a little bit long at this place but its not a problem for me. I like the varieties they have and the drinks are so refreshing in Texas hot summer.

Always fast, super friendly staff who always gets your order correct. One of my favorite Sonics.

After my order was processed i was informed that 1 item was not available anymore, the Chicago dog, and they ran out of another, cinisnacks. I waited a long time, when they finally brought the food I was informed they would need to run my card again and issue a refund from the previous purchase. This location usually does a decent job but they failed on several levels this time. Hopefully next time will be better. EDIT: After continuing to patronize this location I have had issues Almost every time I go there. They are less than a half mile so the location is very convenient. But I will say without any hesitation NO ONE THERE gives a rip about customer service, food quality, or what anyone thinks about this location. This includes management and franchise owner. I have made attempts to let them know when there is a mistake. All I get are excuses without even offering to make it right. I will not be going back after my experience today. That is is!

Its Sonic what more can I say. I frequent this location pretty often. In the mornings they only have one girl working as car hop. She can be pretty busy but generally not a long wait and can get you right out. And she is super friendly. Later in the day they do have more help but can be decent size crowd especially if during happy hour. But pretty quick to get you in and out.

I love my DP From Sonic! But I also love the burgers and fries 😍

I go here quite often as I work down the street. Its always fun to see happy faces when going there.

Last month when I was here their service was slow but now they have improved with hungry customers and their quick services! They are really needed around Colleyville and it’s a blessing.

Horrible hop purchased a large cherry limeade. Hand her a 10.00.She asked if I need my change back.REALLY. 8 DOLLAR TIP TO WALK 50 FT.She found herself going back in with limeade and no sale.

Been to this location a number of times and they are always prompt and courteous.

Ive lived in the area for 10yrs. Food is usually cold. I try it every 6-12mths hoping it gets better. I went by Fri 9/29 and the service was good for the first time. But cheeseburger cold as usual. I think they are microwaving the burgers. Wish the Grapevine location could give this owner pointers

Good for what it is and theyre consistent. Ill eat here probably twice a year and it tastes the same. Tier 2 fast-food.

For under 6 dollars per person, the food is decidedly worth it. It is usually a quick wait. On the fundamental triangle of fast, quality, and cheap, if you ignore nutrition its up there on all three. My fav is the chilli cheese dog with a cherry limeade.

This has to be one of the worst Sonics in the franchise due to the terribly slow service. It doesnt matter what time of day or night, there is never a sense of urgency for them to even answer the call button. Then, the carhops have the nerve to ask for a tip, Do you want your change? I keep returning, thinking it will get better; however, it never does. They get a star for having great Diet Cokes.

Good food. Fast service and they have an app you can use to schedule a pickup and pay with.

Pulled up at 9 p.m an all the lights was off wasnt sure if they where closed or open.

Probably one of the best Sonics Ive been to, comparing them to one another, from Oklahoma to Texas...I guess management makes the difference. Foods always hot.

Ive never been here, but Google is pestering me to rate things. They have a name similar to Sonic the hedgehog. Hopefully they arent Soviet agents.

The carhop Jamie is excellent. I have had a couple experiences that were under par here with other carhops, but Jamie is always amazing. Shes always friendly, prepared, and just generally on her game. This factor alone keeps my business.

This is my favorite Sonic in the area, but construction on Colleyville Blvd has made turning into the lot a nightmare. Whichever direction youre coming from, turn at the light onto Centerpark and youll be able to get in via the side entrance. Go out the same way. (Trust me.)

My favorite burrito is their best Super Sonic Breakfast Jalapeno Burritos. My favorite hamburger is the double burger with as many jalapenos
