New person working during the time I came to purchase a new phone. Generally a good experience.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life. My sister got a phone for her birthday and when we got the phone we asked if because her birthday was past the 7- day return policy if we had any problems could we bring it back. The manager of the store said that we could bring it back and she would make things right. On her birthday we found out the phone doesnt support 5 gigabyte wifi which is what we have. That day we took the phone in to the store and explain what happened. The person working that day first said it is out of the return policy so we explained what the manager said. We had to call the manager multiple times to figure this out. We settle on switching to a phone that everyone else in our family has and they say we will not have to pay anything for it. The person at their corporate office that is over the store says then said we can not switch it. They tried to convince us to buy a new phone with them and take the old phone to a phone kiosk at Walmart to get some money back. We ended up just taking the original phone and leaving. But before we left my 12 year old sister was crying cause she thought she had done something wrong. The employees there just ignored her crying, while we were trying to handle it. Thank you Cricket for making a girl cry on her birthday.

The staff at this store is always super friendly and knowledgeable. Would Highly recommend this store to anyone!

Had a great experience. Switched phone service and it was a quick easy process. The associate that helped me was knowledgable and very helpful. She also gave me bundle discounts I didnt even know about and switched my stuff from my old phone to my new one for me. Service is great also.
