Super friendly staff. They will work with you and go the extra mile. If there’s something you’re looking for let them know they’ll keep an eye out for it and let you k ow. I really can’t say enough good things about this place.

No hate, just sharing my experience. I went in to have appraised and to sell 5 rings. Two tungsten rings were valued at $5 a piece. A small carat diamond solitaire ring in gold and a small diamond band in gold were valued at a combined $100. A larger carat solitaire ring in gold was valued at $75. A total of $185. I drove 30 minutes to Jewels on Hampton and they offered me $800 and in about half the time I spent at Pawn King.

They were friendly, and fair. They helped me out when I needed it. They let me play my guitar over one of their guitar amps. Plus behind the masks I could tell they are beautiful people. I will definitely purchase from them. Dont be a dummy. Go to pawn king in Collinsville.

I forgot her name (sadly it wasnt on my receipt) but just so you big dogs (higher ups) can give her credit, I pawned an item at 12:17 on todays date 02/04/2021. So dont forget to check who was working that day. She is always very nice and informative about any item you bring in. I personally love this place for the fact when you are having a rough month it is much easier to pawn an item with a low re occurring fee and they always make sure you know when you can buy it out. It makes a lot more sense to do a pawn to get by over a tile loan for cash company. Plus if you think about it sometimes you find something nice in there so they get an extra sale. In my opinion she is one of your best employees.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have not been there in a while but obviously management has changed the two girls that were they were very unhelpful offer me $200 for a PlayStation 4 with eight games and a Nintendo switch with three games and I wasn’t trying to sell it I was looking to get a loan to help pay some bills for a Christmas. I will never recommend them and will never do business there again

I absolutely love going to this shop. The employees are ALWAYS very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with everything that is up for sale. I always call there first before I shop for something that I am looking to purchase. My husband and I have been very loyal customers due to the hard work that everyone put in when trying to find something that we may be wanting to purchase, if you don’t already have it in stock. We have gotten to know everyone by name and all I can say is wow! What a great group of employees. The are not there to just sell but to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We stop in from time to time just to see what new and generally put something in layaway or walk out with a new purchase. I cannot say thank you enough to Kate and the others for always taking such good care of us.... we make sure to send new customers as often as possible. Thank you again you guys are the best and there is never a need to go anywhere else!!

Kate not only gave me loan I was looking for she also taught me things about my laptop that I had no clue about and my laptop runs much faster now. I appreciate the love she and Amy have for their customers! Im a general manager myself so to see and feel that love and appreciation for their customer aka me is very refreshing!!! They feel that they have to saw your gold chains in half to test them. They also feel that gold thats not 24k shouldnt stick to a magnet. I will never go to that store again. I have 2200 dollars in real gold thats been tested already and they denied it because they have no idea what the hell theyre doing.

First experience to try to sell anything at a pawn shop. Very unsettling first time. Will not be back again. I was looking at one person talking and the woman was all attitude to my right, giving answers. Couldve handled business better!

Went there to pawn a guitar. While there we checked out their musical inventory. They had a decent selection of electric and acoustic guitars as well as various other instruments and music gear. We almost left wihout trying to pawn our guitar because their prices were really reasonable. Kate offered us a more than fair pawn price for our guitar. We went back a week later to retrieve our guitar and walked out with both our guitar AND a beautiful breedlove mandolin for a GREAT price. Kate was very pleasant and gave us a deal to good to pass up. I would strongly recomend looking here if youre in the market to buy or pawn an instrument.
