Normally not one to give bad reviews and I will update if the situation is rectified but I have been trying for 2 days to get into my unit but the key pads are inoperable. I have called multiple times to be told that an email was sent to the general manager and regional manager but no fix yet. I need to get into my units and I feel no reasonable attempt has been made to fix this. How can you hold someone’s items. I am leaving for out of town today and feel this is unacceptable. I hope things get moving I haven’t had an issue till now.

Its a storage locker. Not much to review. HOWEVER, it is gated and protected by a keypad, and the lockers themselves are in very good condition. Nice location also.

Highly over pricedNever had a facility charge a insurance fee.They don’t allow you to use the dumpster.Office lady is not that friendly and she never answers the dang phone not sure what she even does there. And you have to call corporate to get assistance with a late fee due to covid because office personnel doesn’t have the “ability” to do so. Over all worst experience with a storage facility I’ve ever had I will never use them again!

The storage units are nice and clean. The facility is gated 24/7 and you must have a code to get in. The price is right and the location is good. I would give five stars but the employee who helped me isnt very friendly.

The establishment was clean and the service was prompt. I was very happy with the prices and the check in process was very simple.

Had an issue with remembering gate code and spoke with Amy and was able to figure it out.Had changed storage units in the past and the current gate code was using the old units number which I don’t have paperwork on.Thank you Amy for your help!!!

Great security

People are nice in the office but their system is disorganized and needs an upgrade and there is no restroom facility. When youre there for hours to load or unload it would be nice to have a restroom to use

This place is clean, well lit, has electrical outlets available if there’s one thing that I have an issue with it is that I don’t have 24 hour access unless I pay extra .

They were fast and efficient.

This place has raised prices on Storage every single year, since opening, by 50% or more. They quote one rate and the following years afterwards, you can expect that rate to go up significantly. Its a huge bait and switch, poorly staffed, no one answers the telephone. Move your stuff someplace else!!! Too high and certainly not worth it.
