Movers scratched floors and furniture, broke a table top glass without expressing remorse and cleaning up thoroughly that they even dragged pieces of broken glass to new house and scratched the new floors. Furniture not assembled fully as pieces were left out unassembled and now I need to figure out where they belong to. Were loud and ran the stairs when going up or down. Used dirty boots to unroll new carpet. I have used this company’s services at other locations and was very satisfied but absolutely dread calling this company for future moves again.

I had a great experience on Saturday with Two Men and a Truck. Noah and Braden were prompt, professional, and friendly. They reviewed everything with us and even got to my second moving destination faster than I did!! The price ended up being more reasonable than I thought it would be too. I would highly recommend this service and especially these two workers.

Great job. Arrived on schedule. The crew was eager to get the job done safely. Protected furniture with pads and wrap. Double checked to see if the items were in the correct place and moved onto the next item. Were not rushing to get done and out the door. They saved a lot of old backs from hurting the next day. Will use them again when presented the opportunity.

Ive used them in the past for location moves so I thought Id try again with an in house move. The hourly rate for 2 men wss fair but the one time travel charge of $75 seemed excessive for a 15 min drive. Especially when it was to bring in 3 pieces of furniture and take out 4 pieces, probably a 20-30 minute job.Definitely would use again for location moves but not within the home.

The 2 man crew showed up on time and went to work moving furniture at our dealership from one end of the building to my office which had just had the floors refinished. They were very careful with the furniture and the new floor. Both were very strong!! They were very polite and really seemed to enjoy their job with Two Men and a Truck. Although we had originally scheduled just the move of the furniture, estimated at 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours, I asked them if they could also move boxes and other items to an adjacent building. They were happy to oblige and the job ended up at 3 hours, but we got an amazing amount of stuff moved, I really like the way Two Men and a Truck are able to extend the time of the move if you need more stuff done. Its simply the hourly rate until they are finished in 15 minute intervals. This is the second move weve used the Collinsville Two Men and a Truck in the past 2 months. Horrible experience, the guys did not wrap any furniture in plastic or moving pads and nearly every piece was damaged because they put everything on the side and slid a dolly underneath or they just chose not to wrap and protect anything. Brand new white linen chair now has stains all over it, every dresser is damaged, broke a bed frame, broke a nightstand, tore hole in new house flooring, guys threw their empty drink containers in my yard, stole a phone charger. The manager proceeded to remind me that I signed a contract that if anything is damaged they have the option to send it to be repaired -thanks, but no thanks! Beyond frustrated with this poorly run company. Good thing my husband is an attorney because its going into litigation as this company refuses to replace only 3 items that were brand new they damaged. DO NOT USE!!!!!!!

The team showed up in time and did a good job with the move. What I dont understand is I gave a detailed inventory list of what was to be moved then on the day of the move we Jon and I split our efforts and I was at the new house and he went to assist with getting items moved from the old. The move went quickly but they left several items behind that were on the inventory list. By the time he did a walk through they had packed up and were on the way to the new location. They left all the end tables in the living room the cabinet in the kitchen all the hand tools in the car port the bench in the carport and my small freezer. I expected them to work off the list not have to have every item pointed out to them .

Pricey, but worth it. The movers were able to transform what could have been an extremely stressful day into a pain-free move. The office staff was great at communicating and answering any questions I had and the movers were incredibly respectful of my time and stuff.

I recommend Two Men and a Truck. The workers too special care not to nick and ding our possessions during the move. They put blankets in the doorways and protects the foors as well. They finished on time and within the estimated timeframe.

All 6 of my guys were outstanding! They had to move a lot of items from two different locations, including a baby grand piano and 3 huge and delicate china cabinets. All in all, it was an 11- hour move. That being said, they worked quickly and efficiently, since they had to move items from 2 homes. They all worked very hard and always had a positive attitude. If I wanted something moved to a different spot in the room, they were ready and willing to do so. I feel that their prices are reasonable, and they handled my items with care. In addition, the scheduling of the move was very easy, and whenever I had questions or concerns prior to the move, they were answered with professionalism. I would definitely recommend them!

Two Men and a Truck is excellent. The woman who fielded my call, gave me an estimate and booked our move was professional and courteous. Our moving contact Roger and his crew were amazing. When he saw we had more things than estimated, he called in a second truck and three more movers! All the gentlemen that worked with us were kind, funny and asked questions when needed. The movers and their remote manager continuously asked how we liked things and made sure we were happy at all times. We have seen no damage to any of our things. My wife and I felt completely comfortable with them the entire time. They are worth every penny!

Hired 3 men to help us move a 3 bedroom house. Everyone was very professional, the movers did not waste time and got the job done exactly as we asked. Fully recommended!

Never, ever use this company! They damaged more things than I want to think about and because we had to put into storage for a few months they washed their hands of us and will not help us now with the damage. Our furniture was way in the back of the storage locker and no one could get to it to cause the damage-the movers were the ones to do it. My mom left me a cedar chest that is my most treasured possession. Inside of it I packed up all the things nearest and dearest to my heart. These people somehow thought it was a good idea to pack it upside down on the lid instead of on its feet! I had put all the heavy stuff on the bottom and the light stuff on top! The lid was very badly scratched up from it being on the bottom against other items. It broke my heart. They could care less! Past 90 days-too bad. In other words they don’t stand by their work. I could list a number of things they did to my stuff but I will sum this up by saying-if you care about your stuff find another mover!

Great company and great people to work with. We had surface water all over our finished basement. We used Two Men and a Truck to move all of our furniture and many storage items out of our basement so we could remove the carpet and pad and clean up the mess.Once we had cleaned it up and installed new carpet and pad we called Two Men and Truck to come back and move everything back into 3 bedrooms and a family room. Two Men and Truck sent the same guys back for our move back in which was a big help. They did a great job putting bed frames back together, moving box springs, mattresses and many other items.We would definitely recommend Two Men and Truck for anyone making a moved..either a planned move or an emergency move like we had. We called and they were at our home the next day.

We have had many military moves before and the military always provided with United and others. I wish they would have sent us Two Men and A Truck because our move to our forever house was the absolute best and professional experience ever with moving! Our new driveway is a beast and they werent able to back the truck up because the bar wear the ramp comes out would have drug and scratch up all the way up our driveway. These poor men had to carry every item up the driveway and they did this with no complaints and no damage. We couldnt have asked for better movers! The customer service is amazing, as well!! Weve used 2 men and a truck twice. The first time was great. The second time not so. great. We dont have much So its not hard to discover something missing. In this case it happens to be a very nice round end table that was my Mothers. It was the first item loaded on the truck and was not unloaded at our new address. We were told everything was off the truck and they needed our signature saying so. They didnt say have a look around to make sure everything is there. They were gone five minutes when we noticed the table was missing. I called the office right away and was told they would check the truck when it got back. the next day I called back because they didnt call me. No table was found. They said they were sorry. Well so am I for using your company. I wont make that mistake again.P.S. Wheres my survey?

Great experience start to finish! Have experienced 20+ military moves in the past and these guys were by far the best weve ever had! The office sent a detailed estimate and walked us through the process--no hidden fees; the day of the move Marcus called to check on how things were going and were we satisfied, etc. Crew wasreally outstanding--the driver (Danny) was top notch, detail oriented, friendly and professional. Rest of the crew was equally a peasure to have on the move (Terrell, Joseph, and Shepend)! Entire move was under their estimate of both the cost and time required. Wont bother looking elsewhere when we move next time and will ask for Danny and his crew again!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Coming from somebody who moves frequently, this was the worst company I have dealt with by far. You are charged by the hour and they take advantage of that situation. I have used many moving companies all of the other previous ones charged by the job and they were in an out in no time. Since Two Men and a Truck charges by the hour they do not have the same motivation to be expeditious. My recent move with them involved two houses that were approximately 200 yards from each other and only included big furniture items. Rather than using a moving truck to load all the pieces at once and then unload all at once, the movers decided walk each piece of furniture from one house to other. So for what would have taken them 20 steps to put in the truck and 20 steps to take out of the truck, it now turned into a 200 yard trek there and a 200 yard trek back. This process continued for the next 6 hours, yes 6 hours ($160 per hour). I chalk this up to me not being there and them taking advantage of my wife who didnt know this wasnt standard. After I found out what was going on I called the manager, Jeremy, to complain about the situation and was told it would have taken the same amount of time even if they had used a truck. This sent me through the roof because even after many, many, many times trying to explain to him how illogical that his stance was (20 ft + 20 ft=40ft/200 yards + 200 yards=400 YARDS), he still would not come off that stance. After 3 phone calls and hours of frustrating conversation I am here speaking to you through this review. The only thing I can say nice about this company is that the movers were nice guys and made sure all the pieces of furniture made it to their correct location unharmed, albeit at a snail’s pace.
