HONEST REVIEW ! i bought a bmw 5 series from jersey car direct about 2 months ago i put down 10K !! I live in ny took a cab all the way to jersey to pick up the car. About 2 weeks later i got a call from the dealership saying my loan cant be completed because the money on my paystub was short so i was asked to give my W2 i denied because i did not have it yet. I was told from the dealer extra hours like holiday hours cant be counted when they are adding your pay so i called corporate of the loan company and found out it CAN. Finally after going back and forth the loan was finally approved and all paperwork needed was submitted. My name was spelled WRONG on the loan and even on other papers, i had to call the loan place personally to get it fixed which took weeks. Im not sure how you cant spell a name right and it is on my drivers license. I bought my car Jan 23,2021 its now March 16,2021 and I still have no plates. I got a text when my plates arrived to them not a call a TEXT! Im African American.. and we all have seen whats been happening in the world still till this day and I have been getting pulled over left and right because my temp plates are EXPIRED! Nobody cares because its not them !!! I have been being nothing but kind, and respectful because the minute a black female gets ghetto everyone screams the ANGRY BLACK GIRL !! Wrong is wrong ! I asked the dealer to ship my plates since i drove out there 3 weeks ago for my extra key which they couldnt even find! A waste of gas & time. I been asking for my other key for going on 2 months and been getting nothing but unclear answers. My car needed oil and air filters when i first got it and i had to pay an extra 1k for that as well. Overall when your spending your money somewhere no matter how young or how old or how you look or what race you should be treated with respect! I honestly feel like since i got my car nobody has been on top of anything. Not only is my time being wasted but its embarrassing spending all of that money on a car and 2 months later not having everything completed.

This is the place to buy a car. First, they have great range of cars and absolutely incredible prices with no hidden charges. I had been looking to buy a Mercedes and was on the market for about 2 months, everywhere I went had ridiculous dealership fees and fees for not financing. JCD did not hide any fees in the price, they honored what I found online. I also had a little incident and was not able to get the money to purchase the car in the window I was given after paying a deposit, they still went on to hold the car. As we were filling out paperwork, Dana from the office offered to run to Dunkin to pickup some coffee for us and to fill the car up with gas. Registration Plates took forever to get to me due to the Pandemic, but they arrived long before my temp plates expired (since NJ extended all temp plate expirations). Very happy with my car, and Ive had no issues with it since the day I bought it. Would definitely buy from here again!

I purchased a 2016 Lexus NX 200T from this dealership back in June and I am happy I did. Before I purchased the vehicle they did a full safety inspection and replaced my tires and break pads as well as an oil change. After purchasing I took the car to be inspected with Lexus dealership and the service department told me it was a good car with minor issues that could easily be fixed. One being the motor on my windshield wiper fluid dispenser which Lexus wanted to charge me 165 to diagnose plus labor and parts. I called Jersey Car direct and they covered the repair to be done with their contracted mechanic (granted it was an hour away but the service was free). The sales process was quick and easy! They are military friendly (active duty & veterans!). Highly recommend this place. Before you sign any paperwork make sure you have a final look at the vehicle you are purchasing because I was told mine would be detailed to remove buildup debris on console area which wasn’t done to my satisfaction (my fault for not checking before). Other than that this place is great!

I bought a car from Jersey Car Direct in late August and it had a few issues: needed a new tire, grill and needed to be repainted. BILLY made sure everything was fixed and handled. Working with Jersey Car Direct was an efficient and easy process. I was very impressed with their professionalism and ability to address my concerns. I worked directly with Billy who heads up the dealership office in Colonia, NJ. My impression of Billy is that he is an honest, trustworthy and hard-working guy who actually cares about his customers and the reputations of both himself and his business. During the paperwork process, Billy actually called the bank providing the loan and advocated for a lower rate, which he was able to obtain for me. It amounted to a small monthly payment change in the end (which we knew heading into the call), but Billy was committed to saving me money so he spent 15 min getting it done. Another sign of trust is that when I provided my cash deposit, Billy counted it and then had 2 of his employees count it as well to make sure they all arrived at the same amount. Turns out I had inadvertently included an extra $20 in my deposit (which was caught upon the 4th time doing the bill count!) and he returned it to me. Also, Billy and his team were committed to safety. They wore masks the entire deal and kept the paperwork process very efficient, having everything possible printed out in advance. Id work with Billy and Jersey Car Direct again in a heartbeat. It was truly a great experience!!

I was struggling to find a car that was actually the price it was listed for. I looked online, did the math and knew what I should be paying (ballpark). I went to 10 different car places I found online and when sitting down at the table I learned the NO HAGGLE car buying experience means theyre going to charge you an exorbitant amount of fees and expect you not to say anything about it. I was tired and frustrated. I pulled up to Jersey Car Direct and saw the car I wanted, I looked at the office and was seriously considering not even walking in. To buy some time, I walked over and checked the car out to make sure there wasnt any exterior damage, and unfortunately, there wasnt, the car was pristine. This was horrible because it meant I had to go talk to these pushy, fast talking car sales reps. I walked in and started talking about the car to the guy who was sweeping the floor. I came to find out that humble guy sweeping the floor was the owner. From that point on, everything was so smooth and easy. Unexpectedly, I even left there with the car that night! I didnt leave there feeling like I got duped or taken advantage of and Nick(the owner/floor sweeper) was upfront, honest, and genuine. I have recommended him to my best friends and family. I even waited to write this review 3 weeks after the sale to be positive that my Mercedes GLA wasnt a lemon! And its not, its a great car. I mean, the experience seemed too easy and too transparent to be true, but it was.If they have the car you want youre wasting time going somewhere else, better yet, go somewhere else first and be let down, because you will be. Having been burned right before by a dealership practicing bait-and-switch, I arrived a bit skeptical at Jersey Car Direct. Turns out, this was a great place to get a car. I described what I was looking for to Mike, and he immediately knew which car to show me. I took it for a test drive, had a chance to look over the Carfax report, and had no difficulty negotiating the price. Paperwork takes time anywhere, but these folks got it ready relatively quickly, despite the fact that it was a pretty busy night. Ive now been driving the car, a 2015 Dodge Dart, for a month, and have had no problems with it. Its not a lemon. The place isnt big and glitzy, but the people are friendly, direct, and get the job done with a good selection of vehicles.

Most of the cars on the lot have cosmetic issues such as rust, scratches, dents, missing knobs, ripping interior, chipped paint saw a lot of flat tires on vehicles and the list could go on for days, most have high mileage for the years as well, kind of a waste of time you’ll be able to find a more presentable dealer with better offers, not a false accusation, pulled up to the lot and left before I ever spoke to a sales rep because it was a waste of time. Everyone is entitled to an opinion that’s the point of reviews... am I wrong ?
