I recommend this place 100 percent.The manager there he is a true blessing.He is very respectfull kind and knowledgeable.He listens to your needs n wont push u to buy .He mantains his store very clean and the AC works great .he even has chairs to chill while you are waiting.His store is very roomy plenty of room to walk around.I really recommend it

My phone was stolen last Wensday out of my truck. Luckily was able to get a new phone. Jeff at Metro PCS gave awesome customer service. He was able to help me get all my information needed from my old phone that was stolen. He did his best to get the phone I also needed within price. I was happy with the price. Hands down the best location Ive ever gone. Ive purchased 2 phones, various accessories, and pay my bill each month here, and the customer service in this place is something I never found at any other location Ive ever used. Super clean and orderly.

The owner of the store is awesome very friendly and reliable. Yet his staff is so unprofessional I Dont think I will be back. in August 11 2018 at about 6 a female employee completely messed up my phone plan. She canceled one of my numbers in my family plan and she was on personal phone call through out the whole time.

What a huge, great looking Metro store! Most of the Metro spots Ive been to look like theyve been beat to hell. Not this one, clean and a great selection of accessories!

Its not a place just for cell phone service but it place to help satisfy the needs of todays public and more importantly than just cell phone service we need love and I can honestly say the owner of this establishment implies this. STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this business zero stars I would. The owner of this business is so sheisty and so are his employees Estephanie and Elisa. I was deceived and lied to by Estephanie on March 31 when I came in to transfer service over from boost mobile. I wanted the iPhone 6 which would have cost me $150 because I was switching over from boost mobile however they didn’t have it in stock. Estephanie told me that phone is getting discontinued and NO other metro pcs store has it in stock and NO other store would get it in nor would they order it. I believed and trusted her; and left with a phone I was NOT happy with. I was also weirded out by the fact that Elisa and Estephanie were extremely pushy and told me they needed to sell 10 more phones to meet their quota and begged me to buy my 10 month old an iPhone! That is so unprofessional. I felt like I was at a pushy scummy used car dealership! The following Monday I found out that MULTIPLE other stores carried that phone and had it in stock on March 31 including the one on Iowa ave in riverside. I called several times and finally reached the owner Brian (who NEVER works and is so hard to reach) who said he would make it right and get me the phone. After waiting 2 weeks and having to call him back myself I spoke to Elisa today and she said he got the iPhone 6 in and said I would need to pay nearly 500 dollars for the phone I could have originally gotten for $150 (because I ported my number over from boost mobile). I should not have to pay extra for a phone because the employees lied to me in order to gain business. I also reached out to the corporate store in Redlands and they were of NO help nor was the toll free customer service number for metro pcs which just goes to an overseas call center. I am so disappointed and disgusted by my experience at this business and at this point metro pcs as an entire company. Please do yourself a favor and go to another one of the many other metro pcs stores nearby (there is another one in Colton). I also learned from Brian’s employees that he is selling ownership of this business which is clearly why he doesn’t care about pleasing customers. I truly hope the new owner of this business reads my review and reconsiders purchasing this metro pcs location or reaches out to me and attempts to fix this problem. In the meantime I will be writing a letter to metro pcs as well as sharing my experience on yelp.
