I called last week to schedule all house doors to be rekeyed. I spoke with Rick and he was very professional and accommodating with my schedule. Alex came out to do the job and he even asked if we wanted the man door on the garage. I hadnt even thought about that door.Alex got the job done quickly. Isaac is awesome. I had locked my key inside my car. I was in a large parking lot (Lowes) standing by my car. Isaac happened to park nearby. As he was walking by me, he asked if everything was ok. When I told him that I had locked my keys inside my car, he immediately offered to help --- NO CHARGE. He had my car open within in a few minutes. Isaac is the Good Samaritan who will take time to help someone.

The company I originally hired turned out to be non-professionals and the job was way to big for them to handle. I had rescheduled a locksmith twice through home advisor and was due to go on vacation within days.I was able to contact All Secured Security Services and have the services completed the same day.Alex arrived and was pleasant and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner.I was pleased with the work and I believe he went above and beyond to get the locks and keys set and secured in place for me.I felt more secure and comfortable leaving my home to go on vacation.I can not thank him and his company enough. 😊

My landlord uses All Secured, and there was a little mix-up between me and my landlord so I had to call in to get it figured out. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very professional and she got me the resources I needed to get my problem fixed. An All Secured employee came out the next day and explained why I was having the issues with my lock, and promptly fixed it. Overall it was such a pleasant experience that I had to write a review! I dont remember the employees name who came by or the woman who I had called, but I was very happy with my experience as a whole.

I came here after going to a Ashville mobile key service that wasnt mobile due to neglect of reinstaiting his tags for his mobile truck but still wanted to charge me $100 for none mobile mobile service. Blake did an outstanding job!!! We were having issues with our front office door locking by itself, and at times, locking people out unexpectedly. I called Expert Lock & Key originally; they sent someone out that day. I could tell right away that the guy didnt know what he was doing. $250 later, and barely a week after it was fixed, it started doing the same thing. I called them and they said that there was nothing they could do, and that if they came out again, they were going to have to charge us again.I ended up calling All Secured Security, and they were able to get us scheduled for the following Wednesday. However, on Monday morning we couldnt get in the door at all....the key wouldnt even unlock it. Called All Security, and they had someone out within an hour. Blake was very nice, knowledgeable and had us fixed up in no time. They were also much cheaper than the original place!! They have our future business for sure!!

Was able to get 2 dead bolts replaced with upgraded keypads and re-key all my entry ways. The price was extremely fair and the job only took an hour. Would highly recommend.

I needed to get the locks changed on my historic home after moving in. Isaac called me to set the time later that day, and actually arrived a few minutes early which was great. He changed all the lock cylinders, including the ones on my original 120 year old doors. He also had the vintage Baldwin keys that a lot of locksmiths dont have. Although they had a busy schedule, he arranged for Blake to come out the next morning and take care of the situation. All Secured Security however bases their price, which is the least expensive on the job. One of the locks required a special piece due to the poor condition of the wood on the door frame, and Blake came out the day the piece came in to finish up. These folks are absolutely professional and always helpful. Ive used them twice now, both times walking in with no appointment or prior notice I needed their assistance. The second time the lock on our 3 month old panic bar had broken and we were unable to secure our business. They were slammed but one of their expert locksmiths took the time to rebuild the lock for us so we could secure our business within a couple hours of the time I took them the lock. My only regret is we did not purchase the panic bars from them and have them install them in the first place. In the future I will only use them for security needs.Tremont Lounge
