This company has cold called on our house several times as we had a competitor sign in our yard. At the time we werent interested. We met the owner (previous owner) at a get together (pre-COVID) by coincidence and he was extremely kind and helpful. When our contract was up (about a year later), I gave him a call as we had built a sort of report. He directed me to the new owner of the company who set me up for install the very next day. The installer was prompt, clean, and courteous. We love our new system and the switch was seemless. Definitely recommend

We are a little disappointed that were not able to up load the camera security onto our wireless phone. That was actually the reason why I purchased the Brink Home Shield Alarm System. We didnt know that our internet service was not compatible upon purchasing the System.

Dominic was great. I had signed up for a self install system when I bought the house. It sat in the box as I was moving in and as busy as I am with a job, moving and a son with disabilities, I just didnt get it done. Dominic stopped by at a good time because I knew I needed security. I asked many questions and he was patientwith my intense curiosity onwhy this system was a good fit. He has helped get it allfunctional after initialinstall and no internet forcameras. Very happy with their dedication to complete the job. We had some issues that were not normal with our installation but they stuck with it and completed the task without any additional money coming out of my pocket. Did it take longer than I wanted...yes. But they stayed in contact with me and were very professional the whole time. I would recommend them to others.

Our rep who signed us up was awesome. He explained everything in detail and I knew exactly what we were getting. The installation was quick and flawless and my wife loves the doorbell camera option. And its less expensive monthly than the company that we had prior!!

I appreciate the security device services, especially the phone updates when disarmed or armed. My concern is about the door bell camera that you installed at the time the security device was installed. It does not work and your company keeps directing me to call ring and ring also roses me back to you!! In brief, no one wants to take responsibility and am fed up with this game. For that reason, am carefully shopping around for another security firm. I did sign a contract with your company and not ring. They draw $3 from my bank account every month just because your company installed their door bell to my door and right now it does not work.

Went with this company for an alarm system about 6 mos ago and had a good experience. Very courteous & professional. The install had some challenges but they took care of it. Had issues later with a bad sensor and they were timely, courteous about handling it. 👍

I left adt with buy out, the company was good I am just not happy with the product. I unwittingly downgraded my protection with adt I had every window and door covered but with brinks I receive door only no windows covered and 2 cameras that constantly malfunction. I don’t know if this was a security investment or a brinks issue guess I’ll find out in 3 years

Systems works pretty good, with the app fairly intuitive. Haven’t had any break-ins so hard to rate the service. But it seems ok. They were supposed to overtake my existing system, was told I would get new sensors and batteries for everything, but they only replaced the control panel and one half of a door sensor. That was a bit of a bummer. Sales man and the installer were very friendly and professional.

Overall pretty good. Only complaint is that the beep tone when opening or closing doors is very irritating. I know it is disablable, which I have done. However, I cant help but notice that ADT and SimplySafe systems have much more pleasant tones. Something to consider if you have sensitivity to certain sounds.Edit to address owners response: The system only says Front door living room window etc, when both the voice and chime are enabled. Disabling the chime makes it silent when opening a door or window. Ive had one tech support call in the past, and theyve only left me with either deal with the grating beep or silence the system. Ive chosen silence.

After I contracted for your service, an offer was made to supply me with decals and even a sign for the yard. That was over 5 months ago, No response, no signs, no decals. Unsatisfactory. Also I find the geo fence tiresome. If I dont choose to set the alarm for a reason, then I dont need a text telling me I have left my home and not set the alarm.

Ive had your security system for a only a few months and the battery on the camera died and wont recharge. Ive gone to the Arlo website to troubleshoot it and there are no answers there. I dont feel Im getting my moneys worth for the service at this time.
