Customer service was amazing, they above and beyond to make sure the customer has full knowledge of repairs, warranties, recalls and upcoming maintenance on your vehicle. They vacuum the inside of your vehicle and wash the outside as a courtesy. I won’t take my vehicle to another dealership for service, and highly recommend Byers Imports Porsche for all your import vehicle needs.

My Cayenne was towed to Byers because a speed sensor malfunction locked up the brakes. The parts ordered were delayed, however Jeff Zimmerman was great to work with. He kept me informed on the work performed and pushed to get the work done ASAP.I’ve taken many Porsches to Byers over the last four decades. I have complete faith in their service organization. I know Jeff and his service technicians will perform the necessary work at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. They have never tried to sell me service or parts not needed

My wife and I both own Porsches purchased at Byers. We have 2015 Boxster and a 2016 Macan S. Unfortunately we live In Charleston WV so if you need service you make a journey of 2 1/2 hours to Columbus. We love the staff and a Big shout out to Jeff Zimmerman that takes care of us. Service has been fast and the cars are always clean.We’ve had big problems with the Macan’s air suspension PASM faults and have trailered twice in the past ($)and this week i drove it up as a low rider (completely deflated)and they replaced the compressor and its relay for $2,100. I drove it to Marble Head, OH the next day to see relatives with no problems. The day after that I unlocked the car to get something out and hear a big whooshing sound of released air but it drove fine back to Charleston. This morning its a low rider again with error code of “Level Adjust. Not permiss.” We absolutely love the car especially in the Winter here in Mountain State but now are totally frustrated with this lemon. Help! Winter is coming and we want to ski. One Star for the car and Five stars for the dealership.

The Porsche service team is always helpful, knowledgeable and cares about me and my car. I drive out of my way to have service done at Byers because of the service team.

I just had my Porsche Macan S serviced at Byers Imports the other day. Jeff Zimmerman was polite and I decided to have the 40k service done. The pricing seemed to be a little high in my opinion, but the biggest concern is now the drivers airbag light stays on and was not an issue before dropping the car off for service. I have left Jeff Zimmerman a voicemail advising him of this and hopefully Byers Imports will get that airbag light corrected at no cost to me considering it did not happen until after the repairs were done. Other than the high prices and now the concern with my the drivers side airbag staying on, not a bad experience.

Kind of a typical Porsche dealer experience in some ways unfortunately...treat you like a 15 year old kid if they dont know you and dont even make you feel like buying a car. You are definitely judged right away. Good luck getting a test drive...dont know how they expect you to buy a car youve never driven or basically need to have purchased. I get the logic, but Im not even a first time Porsche owner. Oh well...

I work for a very large car dealership group in the Midwest that also owns a Porsche dealership, unfortunately we did not have the stock in the item that was needed so I sent my wife three hours away to pick one up for a repair on my personal vehicle. The service department staff at this location was very rude when she arrived, and over charged her for the part from what I was quoted on the phone which was an online price apparently. I think it’s a shame that people like this give the Porsche brand a bad name for their customers service and lack of professionalism. I called them back, and they refunded the difference but, still have the same poor customer service and attitude. I would not recommend going here for any reason, and I hope someone fixes the deficiencies on their behalf. They are unacceptable!

The service department at Byer’s Porsche is fantastic. These guys hear you out and immediately tell you what they can and can’t do and point to a possible outside service that might help if they can’t (like removing an after-market amplifier from the trunk)The service reps have obviously turned a wrench or two on Porsche’s themselves. I have complete confidence in their technical abilities and the abilities of the guys in the shop.

Prompt efficient service with a great technician. He allowed me to watch the oil change and explained additional maintenance I may need down the road. Did a thorough inspection as well and thankfully found no issues.

I came to buy my girlfriend’s dad a hat for Christmas. When asking an associate where the merchandise was, I asked if they had anything Panamera specific. The associate then gave me a chrome Panamera model for free that retails for $50. Larry Lane did an excellent job and provided great service! I live in Dayton so we had to work much of the sale by phone. Larry kept in constant contact, communicated exactly what was needed, and stayed with me through the whole process. This is by far the best used car buying experience Ive ever had.

Took my Panamera in for oil change came out with decreased engine power light on. Reluctantly looked at light wouldn’t not help arrange a loaner( I have been to other Porsche dealers never had a problem with obtaining a loaner) threw me off on a rental hopefully at the airport. I know jeff was busy but not really helpful and rude. I seen the awards he received on the desk doesn’t live up to them.

Ask for Lee. We did a long-distance deal on a Porsche Speedster. Lee was attentive courteous and professional Lee answered all my questions, exhibited patience and professionalism. Most importantly the team was able to overcome a logistics issue that could have killed the sale. We were able to bring his general manager Harmon into the conversation and successfully realize a solution to the obstacle. I dont doubt it will do business with Lee and Byers Porsche Columbus again in the near future.

These folks performed a deep, invasive investigation of problems with the motor in my older 6 speed 996 which I love and refuse to part with. It took several weeks to repair and thousands of dollars, but the end result is I have a great car running beautifully with a new IMS bearing, new coils, new tensioners and a new clutch. What I was most impressed with is the level of attention to detail they put into investigating, diagnosing and repairing the motor, and the way they kept me informed about potential costs for these repairs throughout the process. I think that Dave and all the mechanics who worked on my car deserve both a raise and a week paid vacation. No, they did not pay me to say this :-) Ill be back for a new 911 next time Porsche decides to re-release a traditional manual transmission convertible in the USA. Thank you Byers

Horrible customer service at Byers Porsche. I just moved from Indianapolis to Columbus last year, Bcz Byers is biggest dealership at Columbus so I have decided get service here, and I sold my first Macan to Byers Volvo, I got very pleasant experience with them, so I decided coming to Byers Porsche for get a new Panamera key, then I ordered one here, the service department told it only take around a week, but I get it taken more than one&half month actually, I called them more than 5 times, every time they just said next couple days or next week until one and half month later, I finally received my new key. And last week I went to Byers Porsche for recalls and the spoiler error check. The spoiler stopped working for no reason, it’s just suddenly stop working when I driving on highway. The technical says because i got wrapped, they installed spoiler improperly, so the water was coming to inside of controller. I totally can not believe that, because there is no reason to take it apart with the spoiler up there was more then enough room to wrap it, and I am pretty sure the spoiler never been taken it apart. This dealership always have reasons cancel the warranty. For those reasons I am not suggest anybody buy or repair the vehicle at Byers.

After purchasing a 2010 GT3 full price from this dealership I was told that it was flawless, never wrecked. Turned out it had been wrecked and they stiffed me. They also delivered the car to me with a bunch of tobacco leaves and ash in it. I do not recommend working with this company. A dealership full of liars and thieves. I hope my $125k puts their kids through school so they dont grow up to be lousy car salesmen.

Worked exclusively with Jeff Zimmerman in service to refurbish a 97 Porsche 911. Byers has experts that work on older cars like this and they did a great job of getting it road ready.

I would not recommend this company for anything. I took mu 2014 porsche channel in for services and the same part has had to be replaced 3 time in less then 6 months. You would think by now they would figure out what is causing ti to go bad instead of continuing to replace the same thing.
