I had a new patient exam at NW Vision Center with Dr. Min and he was excellent! He took time to ask about my vision history and made helpful suggestions to keep in mind for the future. The staff was great too. I very much appreciated them telling me about the rebate offer on my contact lenses. Finding new doctors when you move to a new city is usually a pain, but this one was easy :)

I had such a positive experience at Northwest Vision. All the staff were so helpful and kind. I hadnt had my eyes looked at in a few years and it was great to have people work so hard to get me an updated prescription. The whole experience was very stress-free and easy! Dr. Sims was possibly the nicest and happiest person Ive ever met. Shes so great! It was also wonderful to be helped with ordering contacts after the exam. Such an easy process. Cant wait to continue to use Northwest Vision as my primary eye care.

It’s really hard these days to find a place that gives you one to one attention, and also helps you find exactly what you need. Their array of products are amazing and I highly recommend anyone in the area visit because you will not be disappointed! After having went to two previous Columbus opthamologists regarding some recurring eye issues Id been experiencing, I was blown away by Dr. Mins expertise. In 15 minutes, he was telling and showing me things about my eyes that the other two doctors never mentioned. He gave me a unique diagnosis which made sense, and I feel highly confident with my eye health going forward. If youre having any eye issues, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Min first and getting a proper diagnosis from some who really knows what theyre talking about!

Had a great experience at my first visit getting a vision checkup and purchasing new contacts. They gave me 2 different samples to try over the course of two weeks before making a purchase. Dr. Min was friendly and attentive. I had to bring my 2 year old and they were very accommodating and kind. Glad I found my new optometrist!

Whole experience was awesome. Havent went since 2016 so diffidently needed my prescription tweaked. Appointment was at 12:30 got there 10 minutes early being promptly checked in and brought back for my appointment at 12:30 on the nose. Office is very COVID compliant as well. Initial checks were completed quickly by friendly staff. After that Dr. Sims did final workup efficiently and thoroughly. Dr. Sims has great computer system that showed my 2016 vs 2021 results at end of checkup that left me with no questions. After that a short wait in lobby looking at frames I was sat down and had my order placed for new pair of glasses. Out the door in a short time at reasonable price. Very nice experience and recommend this place to anyone.

Was getting examined across the street and got fed up with the assembly line SOP, and sitting in waiting rooms and exam rooms a half hour at a time before proceeding to next stage of exam. Had exam with Dr Min at 2:30 pm and had glasses selected, paid for and out the door at 3:05 pm. Dr. Min and staff are pleasant, professional, efficient, and was extremely impressed in the difference from the usual mundane experience at other offices. This needs 6 stars to click on.

If youre looking for a new/better Optometrist in the Northern Columbus area, your search should stop right here. Northwest Vision Center offers great services far beyond the standard eye exam and utilizes state of the art technology. My favorite is the Optomap scanner which eliminates the need to have your pupils dilated (with all the uncomfortable side effects including the need for a ride home afterwards). The scan is done in seconds and reveals great insight into the health of your eyes. Absolutely worth the small fee you may have to pay as insurances may not cover this part (why is that??). As for the staff: best of the best. Welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The chore of the annual eye exam turned into an almost entertaining 45 minutes. Thanks!

Outstanding experience from start to finish! From the receptionist, to the optician who took my updated information and took images, to Dr. Steph Sims. Every test was fully explained. Dr. Sims was very good at showing me the images of the inside of my eyes and explaining all the test results. Dr. Sims is very smart and has an excellent bedside manner. Dr. Sims saw me and my two young daughters. She is amazing with kids and has many different tools to get them engaged and enjoying eye exam. I did not have the right insurance 3 years ago but I was fortunate that circumstances recently changed. I had a wonderful experience on February 23, 2021 when I went for an eye exam and subsequently ordered glasses. All staff were incredibly friendly and patient. Having the option to pay a little extra money to avoid dilation was wonderful. This was my first eye exam in a few years and I will now be making this my place to go for annual checkups.

The team at Northwest Vision has always been responsive to my needs, either annual eye exams, new eyeglasses and/or lenses, but also there with a helping hand to tighten a screw, replace nose bridge pads, or even work to get eyeglasses fixed while overseas for an extended time. All Covid procedures were strictly followed and being able to fill out patient forms ahead of time made the check in process very short and simple.Dr. Min was incredible - Ive never had such a thorough and insightful eye exam before. I recently decided to select all new healthcare providers after realizing I wasnt having a positive experience with my current ones. After avoiding the optometrist for several years I was referred to Dr. Min by a friend and Im SO glad! I had such a great experience, start to finish.They do a great job social distancing, checking temperatures, and wearing masks to protect patients.
