Called ahead to make sure they had the ice-cream I wanted. Drove 2 hours. Website said it closed at 9pm. Got there at 7:45pm. Guy at the speaker said in broken English Baskin Robbins closed. No ice-cream.

They were quite busy, but this Reeses shake was 99.9% vanilla ice cream and extraordinarily disappointing. Her banana split was good, though!

Horrible my cone was stale and the ice cream was melted and so messy. My ice cream tasted frost bitten. This is 2nd and last time getting bad ice cream from them.

Came in about 30 minutes before close, the menu has no ice cream flavors so I asked for 3 I usually get and they didn’t have any of them and when I asked which ones they had it was like 10. Employees were nice but speakers were hard to hear through and the menu doesn’t have ice cream flavors and you don’t have any fun flavors in stock?Edit: I got the butter pecan and it wasn’t good the pecans were like sour? And it was like chaulky vanilla. I threw it away after 2 bites.

Baskin Robins website lists many dairy free flavors, but when I asked about them at this location they acted like I was crazy

If I could give zero starts I would, the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. My matcha latte had hair sticking from the side of the lid, and when I addressed it was taking disrespectfully while the girl with the braids who worked 03/17/21 at 4:40 pm said “sheesh” in the most disrespectful way instead of an apology. Not coming here again and making sure everyone I know doesn’t.

Not polite!!We were there to get some ice cream with the family. The person who helped us was very nice but 3 minutes after we sat, this other employee came to us and told us that she was about to lock the doors. I guess that she tried to say that we had to leave ?? She also said it very aggressively. There are not open and closing times on their door so it was kind of rude for her to approach us like that, she was not friendly at all. It is sad that this is the closest location from our house to get ice cream and that we love, but they need to work a lot more on their costumer service.

Baskin-Robbins ice cream is very good! We used to have a store within 10 minutes of my home but I moved. I immediately stopped at this store this evening as we were driving past some old familiar places. The 2 male staff inside were very helpful, kind, and patient! I had 3 taste samples! The cost was reasonable and the ice cream was yummy! The store was very clean too. Ill go back to it again and again.

Milkshake was watery the customer service was just ok. The person who took my card practically threw it back in my hand. I would not go back there if it was the last one on earth. I wanted to take my milkshake back but didnt want a confrontation

Don’t do it... I’m not even kidding... seriously do not EVERRRRRRRRR order anything from here. If you want soup for ice cream, or a hour wait for expensive soupy ice cream go for it. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager. It’s been 10-15 years.. still just as nasty as ever. Horrible location. Save your money and don’t even think the DoorDash/Uber Eats service will be any better. Don’t be a simp like me lol

One employee was helping while three others stood near the back of the store, only one cone left and minimal toppings. Employee serving customers was doing as much she could and when she asked for support received very little. Employees seemed to be be good people with little or no leadership. I will not return.

This location has AMAZING customer service. I had to cancel a cake order at the Dublin location because of their customer service. I contacted this location and spoke with Melissa. She turned the situation completely around going above and beyond. Melissa you saved the day, thanks so much for your kindness!!!

Drive thru is available anytime, and the inside is open daily from 9a-10p if you prefer that. Good option for a quick treat.

Went in to buy an ice cream cake. No prices on the cakes. I picked a medium suze one. Clerk said it was $40+ after I already had them write a message on it. When I expressed my syrorise about the cost, I was told that was the old price. Clerk said it now cost $80+. I said NO WAY. Gave it yo me for $40+. Nnot worth it. Cake was dry. No one enjoyed it. I will never go back.

This place was horrible, went to Duncan donuts there and wanted 3 large cold brew iced coffees. They took my order, I paid then 10 minutes later they informed me that they hadnt prepared enough cold brew the night before for todays morning rush. They could only make 1 if my 3 drinks. They wasted half an hour of my morning. No apology and were rude as could be. Never going back here.

Second time ever going to one of these shops, and both times were great. Very tasty and not as expensive as I thought it would be.

Extremely slow service. They did not have the supplies to make the first two things I tried to order. I finally got a chocolate milkshake and it tasted terrible. And on top of that $6 for a medium milkshake is crazy. Next time I will go elsewhere when wanting to treat myself to a dessert.

The customer service may only seem nice because of the awkwardness with the language barrier. I ordered a warm cookie sundae and a small cup of vanilla ice cream. Unfortunately they couldnt tell me what kind of cookies that had so I could pick. Also they messed up on the cup of vanilla ice cream. How you may ask? Because they didnt know that I meant a cup of vanilla ice cream as a separate order they thought I meant I wanted the sundae with vanilla ice cream?The sundae was disgusting. The cookies ( macadamia nut) were hard and tasted stale.... I asked for strawberry topping. I got caramel and chocolate/peanut butter flavor. Overall I tried to eat it and it made my tummy hurt. My son enjoyed his cup of vanilla ice cream after they finally brought it. Overall ( I love that word), it was a horrible experience. I was really excited about getting ice cream from Baskin Robbins. I usually go to Diary Queen or Graeters ice cream and guess what after this experience I will continue to go to Diary Queen or Graeters.

Garbage! They never have anything on the menu unless you want plain scoops of barley available flavors. Have tried this location many many times and have left extremely unpleased. Get it together or go out of business.

Did not know how to serve stranger things ice cream and the employees were not friendly and didnt speak good english

Neither employee nor manager knew how to make a traditional banana split. I had to explain several times while ordering and again at the window. Thats not to say it was any good at that point however. It had begun to melt and the whip cream had started to run. Also, my Reeses milkshake tasted more like Reeses milk and I couldnt find a single chunk of actual Peanut butter anything. Neither employee nor manager had any sense of urgency or importance for their customer and this entire experience took over 20 minutes. Next time you want ice cream I suggest looking elsewhere.

I go in and order quarts of a certain Icecream I can only get from Baskin Robins on 161. I live 60 miles north of the store. It is not a easy task for them to scoop it out. It is very hard once so frozen. They do it for me everytime. But, I want to tell you about my experience today. I went their after my Drs appt today. I asked for 3 quarts of their Daiquiri Ice. I love it. Its the only place who sells it. When I went in and asked for 3 quarts of it, two men were working. The guy working out front didnt have much to say about it but ok. The very large strong guy said in the background, are you kidding me? It is hard to scoop out. I heard what he said,and very sharply said no he is not kidding you,I asked him to. I am sorry,I know its hard to get out but,thats what I want. I drive a long way,just to get your Icecream. I told him your a big guy,get out here and scoop it out youself if you think I am kidding. So he came out,with a bit of an attitude. As I tried to smooth things over with him,making sure he knew I was appreciating what he was doing for me,even after his attitude, we had a great conversation and I found him to be very enjoyable to talk to. Ordered a snickers milkshake. Was asked to repeat twice at drive thru. Received a vanilla milkshake. Asked to get for what I ordered. The cashier states I ordered vanilla. Then I ask to speak to manager...she says manager not in and no one can refund when I asked for a refund. Asked for a receipt because I did not get the receipt. She states she cannot reprint a receipt. She pulls out a $10 and cashes the register out and then reprints a receipt. I asked for her name and she told me to leave....not in those words either. I filled out a survey. Corporate assigns a case number and directs me to franchise owner...who never follows up. Poor customer service. Poor follow up. Terrible staff.

I only got one star to make a review. The service was terrible. Had to repeat over and over what we wanted the employee still did not understand. Then the person in front of me waited for ever to pay then when it was my turn the guy walked away. Not to mention the store was so dirty an smelled like vomit. I would not recommend this Baskin Robbins to anyone.

Great ice cream, quick service and nice employees

They didnt have all the flavors advertised. There were only 2 employees to run the Dunkin Donuts and Baskin and Robbins plus the drive thru. The employees were fast though so wait wasnt as long as it could have been.

The costumer service was terrible. I wanted a scoop of icecream, but the people in front of us were dealing with the worker who did not know what the difference from a small medium or large bowl was. We didnt want to stay there for 30 minutes dealing with her so we had to get the icecream from the freezer. Less choices and more icecream that I didnt want.

They serve stale donuts... its was a very disappointing experience

The drive-thru speaker was out. We went inside and they were understaffed and the counter was covered in a sticky residue.

Location has a drive thru and inside service. They have adjusted hours and close the inside after 11pm. You can still use the drive thru but there is no way to know the front door is locked till you park and check. Other customers usually tell that they are closed but there is nothing visible from the business.When the staff was asked about a sign they said the hours are available online (somewhere in the ether). Google and baskin robbins site just list 24 hours.Outside menu is very minimal. Unable to tell what they have for donuts or ice cream unless you throw out requests or have them list stuff off, which they are reluctant to do.Donuts are good and shakes are good. Service is good.
