They aren’t keeping the place clean anymore. After a year of bringing our kids here I was taken back with the appearance of the place when I sat down to eat my yogurt. I lost my appetite after seeing how dirty the machines and machine wall is (just staring me in the face at my table). We went at about 1:30 on Sunday and they had only been open for maybe an hour and there were overflowing trash cans of old froyo in the play area. Why isn’t anyone cleaning? We might try downtown location to see if it’s any better. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t addressed this.

We came here bc a friend of ours suggested it, but the frozen yogurt is gross. It’s watery. It doesn’t look like frozen yogurt at all, let alone taste like it like as well. I paid $14.00 for just ONE cup, which would have been fine if I ate it, but I threw it in the trash.I even addressed the problem to the young lady, nicely, while she felt the need to yell about how I could NOT get a refund and just choose another flavor. ALL the flavors look equally as disgusting as mine did.

Amazing place! Huge variety of flavors and toppings and the price is per ounce. I went a little overboard, so it came out to be a little pricy but a regular portion is very reasonable priced. Masks are mandatory, as they should be. They also provide hand sanitizer and face masks in case someone forgets theirs. The staff was friendly and the yogurt delicious, 5/5 can recommend!

Love being able to make your own bowl with the toppings you want. Lots of choices for toppings. Several flavors to choose from.

I seen someone else posted that it tasted like carbonation, ours did too. It left a weird taste in your mouth! Later my husband and I had the worst indigestion that we have ever had.

Nice, clean place. The yogurt and other ingredients tasted good, but the waffle was hard and not fresh. Couldnt eat it. Too expensive.

3 stars because of the area for the kids to run around. But the froyo was not good. I had peach, which had a slightly salty taste, pistachio, which almost tasted carbinated( hard to explain, but it was weird), and pumpkin which still had an off taste. I ended up throwing mine away. My kids didnt seem to be too fond of it either

Best Ice Creams In Town!

Great variety of froyo and toppings. Tons of flavor combinations! The environment is very nice. I had my sons 1st birthday here and we enjoyed ourselves! I just wished that the $50 paid for the basic reservation came with a party host and maybe table cloths and balloons. That would be a game changer! I would have gladly tipped a host. But I was grateful for the experience we did have!

Favorite place for post dinner desert... and sometimes lunch. Better than the one downtown, more choices. Specifically they have REGULAR vanilla, the one downtown only has sugar-free Tahitian vanilla. Its life changing. Even better is the atmosphere. There is an awesome, relatively contained, and multi-age friendly pocket park. Park has 3 holes for mini-golf, a little cabin, and a 4 square area with a ball always on site.

Often imitated but seldom matched in flavor or quality. Several flavors to choose from and mix up. More sugar free options than most other similar places. Lots of different toppings to add on. Military discount. Playground is adjacent so kids love coming to Sweet Frogs or adjacent businesses to play.

The two females working right now are not doing a very good job. They have customers waiting for services while they are in the back. When they do finally come to the front they do not smile or seem to like they enjoy their jobs here. They also have a pending waitr orders that they are ignoring. The place is clean but they need better employees.

The yogurt is great, the staff.... not so much. Every time I come here the staff seems bothered. They could definitely be more friendly.

This place is an oasis. It is a quite little playground where all is invited. I am new to the area and I come here for a little father and daughter time. They have a mini golf set-up so I always bring a few extra golf balls for the kids. Overall it is a friendly place and the food taste yum!

Best place for frozen yogurt in columbus. Large selection of flavors and toppings, and you can almost always find a coupon. GREAT place for kids, as it is right next door to a little play area.*UPDATE* This frozen yogurt shop is now called FREEZE FRAME.

It was horrible I got two frozen yogurt cups for me and a friend and my friend told me his frozen yogurt was more watery then frozen yogurt and I got m&m’s and they were way to old and hard and my frozen yogurt was to old and didn’t taste good so you guys need to improve, at least your employees were nice oh wait they didn’t do anything but just charged me for the ice cream for 16$ and it wasn’t worth it Montgomery’s ice cream is much better.

Ive been there ample amount of times and never had a problem with customer service, let alone with sample cups. The only issue I have seen personally is when a man/woman have walked out with 5 plus cups out the door. If this was better controlled with sample cups then less people stealing.

Great place to bring the kiddos and have some quality time and quality fro yo.

This was a great place to stop in and grab something cold and new. Im from up North we dont currently have anything like this that I know about.

I will never eat here again . My date and I were in this shop with the intent to buy frozen yogurt. I had never been there before and there were small white sample cups in a basket on the counter. So we took a few of the cups to sample the frozen yogurt. We tried some samples and ran out of cups. I went back to get 2 more. After I walked away, the assistant manager moved the sample cups behind the counter so we did not have access to them any longer as though we were not allow to sample anything else. I was holding 2 cups for purchase once we made up our minds on which flavor.That gesture by the assistant manager was completely uncalled for, disrespectful,demeaning, and discriminatory.I would never recommend any of my friends to patronize to this shop.

They had apple pie and cheesecake flavors with Reese topping. I have no complaints

This place should have guards posted to prevent me from spending my money on this additive yougart frozen in heaven. If it were not for the price, Id become a daily customer. A flavor for every taste bud. If you do not like yogart, Do Not go here. Youll become an addict.

They usually have a no sugar added option. I add nuts and low sugar fruit choices (blueberries, strawberries and blackberries) for a treat that tastes like cheating... but isnt!

Bad customer service experience here. Manager/owner reached out 10 months ago on here when I initially rated poorly, told me to email him, buy never followed up/responded to my email...

I really want to like this shop more but honestly there are many times where the yogurt machines arent working and theres watery fluid squirting out instead of ice cream. Feel bad for the owners because I believe the young hired staff are clearly at fault. Been there when my feet were sticking to the floor and there were just a bunch of teens standing around. The fudge sauce container always isnt melted or the pump isnt working or they havent refilled it up. I believe this is the LAST time I will come to this location. I am disappointed with the service. Too bad because I have 6 people in my family and friends in tow every time we go for ice cream. :(

Always a good place to mix different flavors and add multiple toppings. You can get as little or as much as you want, its priced by weight.

This place should be shut down for two reasons: the frozen yogurt that you serve yourself from a wide variety of tastes from cheese cake to my favorite peach. Its just too damn good. I cant stop going there. Its the best word in frozen deserts since BaskinRobins. Second reason it should be landlocked: you can by eight Clubview barbeque sandwiches for what you pay for eight ounces of Freeze Flame. BUT THAT WONT STOP ME FROM BEING ROBBED FOR SUCH THE BEST.

My FAVORITE frozen yogurt in all of Columbus!! They always have orange sherbet flavor when I go; which is probably why they are my favorite!

Good frozen yogurt café with a friendly staff. From time to time the floor will be really sticky, but its frequented by people with small children and they specialize in a sticky food, so...I guess it should be expected every now and then.
