Called and scheduled a tech to come work on multiple lights in a parking lot. I was told the tech would be there at 7:30am...at 9:30am I e-mailed for an update of where the tech was. I was told they would check and get back to me. At 2:45pm I called and cancelled the service call after receiving no communication from the office or the tech and had to leave the property for another appointment.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They did work at our warehouse. I have a few issues, and they NEVER CALLED ME BACK. I called and left multiple msgs, and I sent multiple emails. Honestly save your money and go elsewhere, this company will be out of business in a few years with their poor customer service. Finally, I will be paying another company to fix Litechs problem.
