Phenomenal customer service. Requested a same day pick up for some packaging materials and they were very quick to do everything they could to make it happen. Also requested some invoices and they got them right over to me. Could not recommend more!

What ever happens will start after 9:30 am. Company truck drivers start their shift on time, most of them by 6am. Will put some photos, night and day situation.

Very slow in loading

This is the worst job I ever had .they dont supply no industrial fans for their employees. And its hot in there with no fans it makes it worse.

Seems like anytime our company deals with this supplier, its an all day event. Waited for over an hour for 10 cartons. WOW

I was sent to Victory Packing for a hot hot load I got there I checked in and sat there for 1 hour and 45 minutes with a driver in the door who was waiting for him to build his load you are not allowed in there building you are not allowed to use the restrooms and they are somewhat rude I hope never to go back

I have been a temp at Victory Packaging for going on 2 weeks. The staff there is very polite and incredible to work with. Need help theyre always there for you.

Place is pretty run down. The manager in front doesnt have a good grip on the place. The one guy I believe he is an assistant reeks of alcohol all the time..

I deliver cardboard boxes for a trucking company. Victory is a customer of ours. It always takes anywhere from 2 to 4 hrs to get unloaded.

Bad service

Office staff were very pleasant- dock workers not so much. Threw supplies on the dock and walked away without even speaking a word. I had to load 250lbs of packing paper by myself. Not nice.

Covered docks are difficult to get into with a 53 ft trlr. No space to maneuver.

There ok until the warehouse worker bought my boxes out to me and put them on the oily dirty Warehouse floor and got them soiled. I really cant understand why he would do that. Every other place I go to puts them on a pallet to prevent that from happening.
