Very nasty place to eat / work at, very unprofessional and the employees touch and serve food likes it’s nothing. Employees never washed their hands which is very disgusting/ disappointing. Workers are only there to get a check instead of insuring that every guest is satisfied. I wouldn’t ever recommend someone to come to any great American cookies at north lake or concord.

Best cookie cake ever!!! I wish they would reopen the store back in Winston Salem NC mall. I have to go 1 hour away to the one in Concord NC mall. We are hosting a paint party at hip hip hooray concord NC for my girls b-day and we will get another one this weekend.

Might as well ring up your own order. Employees were rude and unprofessional. They did not want to speak or work and acted confused when I ordered from the menu. The cashier was especially lazy and must have been on something because he couldnt comprehend any orders. Even the kids were disappointed and said they wouldnt go there again. Spare your time and money.

Not only was the manager rude, but the OWNER hung up on me 3 TIMES when I tried to let him know his manager was rude to me. He blamed me for having incompetent (his words) employees because he cant pay them much!! I kept trying to explain what happened and he continued to interrupt me where I couldnt get a word in. Unbelievable that an owner had such disrespect for his customers. Will NEVER purchase anything from this unit or the unit at Northlake Mall!!

I came all the way from Raleigh, N.C. to get sugar cookies that I’ve been craving for 6 months only to find the employees standing around on their phones telling everyone their closed at 4pm! I’m so irritated and disappointed!

Owner is a complete A hole, employees are rude and service is terrible, the place should have never existed
