Great experience. Family owned business with a great spooky feel. Staff was helpful. The decor, masks, props are better than anything you find at spirit. Imo. This store has something that mainstream stores dont. Recommend this place.

Nice place you can find everything for Halloween

Seen the reviews and thought my wife and I could stop here and grab some more Halloween items for our Halloween party (fog machine, spiders, tablecloths, and some contacts for our costumes). Little did we know we were going to be stalked by an employee who thought we were stealing. First off, theyre super pricey here, fog machine is $42 you can get the same type at Spirit for $32. Their contacts are $29 however I found some at the Antioch mall for $19.99. My wife and I were tired and just wanted to finish up our shopping to relax the rest of the weekend. I told my wife lets go because theyre too expensive, she told the guy who was sitting next to the door and agreed to knock some dollars off but it was still too much. I called spirit Halloween to compare prices and the employee continued to follow us while I was on the phone. I felt uncomfortable and tried to walk away to tell my wife. She had a table cloth in her hand that we were potentially purchasing and once I told her about the price comparison we decided to leave without buying anything. She left the table cloth on top of the costumes and when we walked out the employee followed us asking questions as if my wife stole something from them. We were so offended, my wife tried taking him to the aisle where she left it at and he refused saying I trust you. Dont come here if you plan not to buy anything because they will stalk you and accuse you of stealing.

Best customer service ever! Wide selection and great prices. Why travel over the hill when you can shop locally and support small businesses!

Super friendly! Was headed to a costume party and needed a quick costume. Very helpful in finding what I needed and even put my colored contacts in for me since I was afraid I would mess it up or poke my eyeball out.

My wife and I were looking for a store with both a larger selection and a cleaner atmosphere(compared to spirit). What we found was friendly staff, great customer service and awesome costumes. Will be coming back every year!

Friendly staff, well stocked with costumes and accessories. I find it helpful to try on a variety of costumes rather than taking a chance with online shopping.

We like to shop at a few halloween stores before we make a desicion on a costume.Employee was following us the whole time. My kid wanted a prank toy and the same employee said all that time trying on all these mask and you only buy one item.

Lots of costumes and the props are fabulous

Came all the way from sacramento. The website says they open on the first of September, came on the 5th and they turned us away saying they don’t open until this upcoming saturday. The place looked like a goodwill but for halloween. Spirit is way better.

Very little selection for plus size what kinda made me upset because it was alot of small to medium costumes all over and like a small section for big ppl witch left a very little selection....I was thinking like do we not exist in in ppls mind anymore my daughter found what she was looking for so she was happy! Make a bigger selection for plus size plz and thanks!

Went in for some make up and to see what they had right away a lady started following us around literally took the make out of my granddaughters hand to put on the counter and began to follow us again we decided to leave and go somewhere else. Will not go back

Nice store well-stocked and well-organized, with a friendly staff. Kind of expensive though, seems like the prices of really gone up the last few years.

They have the worst customer service ever. First time I went last year at the store in Pittsburg the owner made me leave my daughters diaper bag at the front door. This year they have two stores and at the one in Antioch where toys r us was at, he told my niece that she couldn’t go in the store with her stroller as diaper bag. Mind you her baby is only two months old. She told him that that wasn’t going to happen, and he gave in by telling her fine but this is the first and last time you can come in like this. After he said that he had an employee followed my niece around like she was going to Steal somthing. After about 15- 20 mins the employee asked her to “see” the baby and only said oh she cute and walked away. If stores like this want Business Why treat your customers like they are thefts. I just thinks it’s realy rude to follow people around and tell them they can’t carry a bag for their children. Wish I can give them 0 stars

Very friendly and helpful staff.Massive selection of costumes for adults and children, the childrens selection is slightly larger than the adults and sorta overflows into it. I didnt catch the size ranges because there were so many, but saw more plus sizes than Spirit Halloween. They have large accessories area, including some shoes. Adult costume prices seemed similar to or slightly cheaper than Spirits.Most decorations are very large animatronics or medium animatronics/light up. They have a wall of static decorations (window stickies, table cloths, etc), and a smallish shelf of small light up stuff. They have very little overlap with Spitits decorations, but where they do overlap they seem to be minorly more expensive ($1-10).

Amazing customer service and a wide variety of costumes!

They left a sign that said “Be back at 1pm” it was 1:30pm and they had multiple customer outside waiting. You should not tell people one thing & do another. Bad for business people are not gonna wanna come. Bad customer service.
