This is one of the bigger stores Ive seen so you would think they would have alot of selection but they dont. They have very little selection. For instance, Ive been going here every week the day after one of the workers said the truck comes to see about hair dye and they dont never get new and only have a few colors. And the workers need educated on what an ostomy bag looks like under a shirt.

I always go there to get Keurig pods. I get Dark Roast. 12 for $4.75. Good price. Some DGs are better than others, usually the problem being that they dont hire enough people to stock the shelves, so its just piled up there in grey plastic boxes, unable to be sold. Other DGs are way better at keeping up. I like DG and Aldis.

My home store Dollar General, in North Kingsville.....ROCKS.....Great manager and. employees too.

Horrible customer service approach with the manager. However, I will be contacting the better business bureau. I was stopped outside for allegeliy stealing. Obsurd! Paid for 45$ in items and accidentally forgot a $1 item in bottom of my cart. This place is sickening and embarrassing. I filed a grievance. Dumb!

Had everything I was looking for at a great price.

Prices were higher than I anticipated. I stopped here in Hopes of finding something different than whats offered in my own community. Associate was very pleasant and patient with me.

So..I have a little bone to pick with this new location dollar general. I seriously hope we can resolve this issue out of court, because to be honest, Im not trying to let my mom take full responsibility for somebody elses slippery floor..I cant prove the management was rude, and I cant prove that the floor was slippery..but my mom left with 3 broken bones..she wasnt overreacting, and I hope anybody who thought she might of been, feels bad now..corporate was supposed to be in contact but have yet to reach her..Im going to miss 3 months of work, same as her, to help her..we are devastated.

Pretty clean. Most of the cashiers are Friendly. I usually find what Im looking for easy. Associates are pretty helpful when needed

As always DG was open on the Holiday!!! Even out this far into the West County a short drive got me forgotten hot dogs, charcoal lighter fluid and buns!!! Stopped by a roadside stand and even picked up some excellent locally grown sweet corn on the way home out RT 5

This DG has continued to improve on all levels. Shelves arent left half empty and check out has improved tremendously. Although they do need to update their pic. of the building.

I quit shopping at this store. Poorly ran, always cluttered and dingy, they always seem to be out of at least one or more things that you go there for, extremely long lines, only one register is ever open, and the cashier acts like youre an inconvenience to them.The stores on 20 on the west side and in West Springfield are much better ran, better stocked, and the people are nicer. Just because this stores right in the middle of town doesnt make it the best.

Milk cooler was empty driver was out to truck so cashier went out to truck and got me some. Very pleasant and helpful

Always well stocked and clearance items are always well displayed. They didnt have milk today but that isnt something that normally happens.

Has basically everything for good prices. They just re-did the layout of the store to make it more accomodating which is nice that they consider the customers shopping experience and work to improve it.

Lines are out of control long, product is often out of stock. The place continues to look disheveled. The staff seem to be good people, but this location needs more over lapping shifts to accommodate the flow of traffic and to maintain the stores appearance.

Usually a line to check out. They block off isles with carts so you cant get to things on delivery days. Definitely need more employees.

I went into State Street Dollar General today and was asked to leave my bag behind the counter as i shopped inside the store. mean while folks are going on there merry little way throughout the store with their bags. This is the kind of singling out I will not tolerate! I will NOT be giving Dollar General any further business and will encourage others to do the same! ...one star is too good for this business!

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE SERVICE!! The smallest inconvenience happens and they give you the worst attitude and looks. If you cant manage to understand someone’s situation don’t work in retail! Anytime I come here I have a poor experience. Constantly out of stock of a lot of things, LONG lines, employees aren’t happy and greet you nicely as you walk in and out. All around worst place. If you want better service go to the dollar general on 20 and gore road. Give the service to a store that DESERVES it!!!!

This store by Gore road is the greatest always been clean organized the staff is helpful and I truly appreciate it.

Conneaut doesnt need any more dollar stores. Always understaffed.

Staff is always rude. Unorganized, crowded, and just always feels gross. Parking is horrible. The lines are always too long and when you get up to the register the cashiers, with the exception of like two, were all snotty. Also the workers smoke out in front of the store and its very unappealing. The worst of the two. I find myself going to the Gore road store way more often because theyre friendly and organized.

Better response would of been I can help you rather than I guess I can help you. I didnt mean to interrupt your conversation for my retailing. Can you guess where I wont be coming to anymore???

A lot of products for a fast buy. But in general underemployed and the wait for groceries can sometimes become exceedingly long behind a line of 13 customers for a single cashier.

Found what I needed

Terrible. Employees are extremely rude, the place is always filfthy. Never enough cashiers when it’s extremely busy 24/7, doesn’t matter who it’s up to the cashier shouldn’t be working hard while everyone else is doing little to nothing to help, not to mention sitting on their phones. :)

The cashiers are really slow cashing customers out. The check out line always has several shoppers in it and it takes forever to get through it

This dollar store feels cramped when inside. Its got boxes in the isles and checking out isnt any fun either. I dont think the employees know how to smile. I have talked to numerous people in town. Everyone complains about it and especially the staff. Its sad too, this isnt that old of a store. Most people drove a few miles out of town to the other Dollar General. But for the people who cant go out of town, dont drive, elderly or disabled its in the center of town so they have access to
