I have been to this location twice because its the closest one to my home that will allow Amazon returns. The location is in shopping plaza and has ample parking, with other stores near by. Its clean inside and well lit. I also saw that they had mail boxes in there for rent as well. I have been there twice and so far have had good experiences. So I would probably return if I need to post/ or return anything through them again.

So I took the opportunity to read the negative comments against the Store. Some are valid & some quite petty.So here’s my take- I’m always greeted with a smile and the entire staff are very courteous to me. I love the packaging service they offer. Thumbs up on the newly installed easy pay & shipping verification system. Clean & safe environment. The owners & Jason are awesome, we shot the breeze every visit !! LOVE THIS UPS STORE, great asset to ourcommunity!Only one improvement I see, at times one assistance has to render service to multiple customers. But I understand they do not want customers waiting a long time! I respect that!

I went into the UPS Store and was greeted by the employees. They were kind and professional. The service was quick. Mr Star, the owner, assisted me with my service. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

Today I went in to get documents notarized and I met the owner of the business and she was not welcoming but very insulting and rude. I have visited this establishment various times and talked with this particular individual twice and both times she has displayed disrespect and blatant disregard for my needs. I strongly ask for this company to reconsider their retraining methods for this particular individual and make it worthwhile to do business with them again. The location of this ups store is next to the public on 212 in conyers. Dont allow them to treat people like that. Remember we are the ones to keep the stores in business. Without quality customer service there should be no customers or ask to retrain this individual. Thank you

Been using this place for years. The staff is very helpful. I think people fail to realize this place is incredibly busy and I guess feel the staff doesnt take time to be overly friendly. At the end of the day, they are very helpful and friendly enough. They try to be fast and efficient.

There is a woman who works there with the worst attitude. I tried to drop a package off recently and encountered her (not the first time) . I get the feeling that she is the owner. Maybe they think they have business security because it’s a UPS store and people will always have to ship packages. I won’t step foot in there ever again. If I could give ZERO stars I would. Newsflash customers have options.

Great customer service. Really nice, courteous, and knowledgeable. They do close 15 minutes earlier than the posted hours, consistently, i mean more than 3 times that I know of, so get there before 6 or dont waste the time.

The owner Greg is very pleasant and friendly. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Wouldnt want to do business with any other UPS store how Greg goes out his way for people. Great customer service all day.

I have done business with this store for many years. The employees are always professional, patient and welcoming.

If I could give them no star I would. I see how everyones reviews are so nice and inviting, well my experience not so much. Going to do something for my husband that Ive never done before, but thinking people there would be helpful I didnt feel bad about not knowing what I was doing. The older gentleman there, and I mean gentleman very sarcastically, made it seem like I was interrupting him from something, I felt like a burden, he made me feel stupid, he stated that I should have taken it to the USPS store instead of there and said if you read the label you would see that, but Ill take it his demeanor made me very irritated so I decided to just take the order to USPS and continue on my way, while continuing out the door he was still making rude comments of how I wasted his time. If you want mediocre service this is the best place to go.

They should make the black older man take a class on how to treat customers or take a class from the female employee. Whenever I go and the lady is there she is always very nice and helpful. However, this other man isnt nice at all. When I asked how much it was per page to print he immediately got an attitude and said, Let me guess, you dont have enough money. Not only was that rude but the entire time I was there he was rude. He was talking loudly to another man (not an employee) and ignoring me. While I was trying to pay, he didnt stop talking once. I had to interrupt the other man so that I could ask him a question. Wont be going back unless the female employee is there.

This place was closed when I pulled up and the nice older gentleman saw me reading the hours sign and waved me in. He even recycled a box for me. I love service like this!!!

I have been working and managing UPS Stores for 5 years. My 2 minute phone conversation with an employee at this location (has a Northern accent, it seemed, and is also the subject of all the other complaints listed) was absolutely awful. He cut me off, raised his voice at me, and got impatient with me all within a couple of minutes. I would immediately reprimand any employee of mine who spoke to anyone in such a manner. He is not practicing the World Class Customer Service we so proudly present to our customers.

Yes, the Man can be brash, thats the country in his. However I dont count it to his heart more than I do his age. His etiquette is different and so is his era. I get it. But he could stand to take a Class or two on customer service. Lol other than that this store is great.
