The girl at the front desk named laney was exceptionally amazing, she was also very sweet and always smiling. She worked with me very well and accommodated me. The doctors were amazing too. I highly recommend this place for all of your hearing needs.

They treated my mother well, but even with Medicare and her secondary insurance( which is great)there is not one dime of assistance for hearing aids, and they started at 3500- up to 6500.When I called to make her appt., I asked the woman on the phone if her 2 insurances would cover it, she said absolutely no cost to her, maybe she meant the consultation, so its back to the Amazon cheapies, not their fault, just the way it is.

Everyone has been professional and personable at the Cookeville site. They take an interest in providing individualized care and service and have met my concerns fully. I highly recommend the doctors and staff at Audiology &Hearing Center of Cookeville.

My experience in the Cookeville office was wonderful. The young lady I spoke with during my first call for information was so kind, caring and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to get me in as soon as possible. From the time I arrived for the appointment until I left everyone was more than eager to make sure I had all the information needed to make an informed decision about my health. I cant say enough aboutDr. Calkins, she was so patient, caring, knowledgeable, thorough and explained everything about each test and the results.

I have switch my mom from Vanderbilt Hearing Center. They offer the same brand of hearings aides here at Cookeville Audiology that she has. Therefore, Cookeville Audiology can keep the programming up to meet her hearing needs. Dr Calkins is awesome. I highly recommend her and Cookeville Audiology

Simply put, these are great people, focused on making sure we get great care! Since losing a significant amount of hearing in a unique situation at a relatively young age, Ive probably had a thousand questions about everything you might imagine related to hearing loss, hearing aids, tinnitus, hyperacusis and so much more. The Mcminnville office is great. They worked with my husband till everything was right. He has always had a problem with his left hearing aid falling out of his ear. No one could fix the problem. This lady keep sending them back ...getting them redone. Now the hearing aid is molded in a way that keeps it from falling out...and he can hear good too.

Very professional also kind caring and informative. My Mom was the patient so I got to see from the caregivers prospective how amazing the services and team are. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend working with the team in Mcminnville. My 99 year old aunt has moderate to severe hearing loss. The team was helpful, patient and kind, especially as they tried to work with a limited budget. The new hearing aids Aunt Becca received have made life much easier and my aunt is able to hear and participate in family conversations.
