I very much appreciated the warm and friendly personality of the receptionist. And I was quite impressed with the Hearing Instrument Specialist, Sonya, who performed my hearing evaluation. She is conscientious, kind and professional. She is extremely knowledgeable about assessing hearing levels and examining the ear canal and ear drum. I felt very comfortable with Sonya because I feel she had my best interest at heart. She offered the best solution for me and my hearing problems using state-of-the-art equipment, her medical expertise, and her experience . I have complete trust in her.

The people I dealt with today were very nice, professional, and very knowledgeable about their products, being hearing aids and fitted me up with 2 and I was so amazed at the level of care I received as the other place I dealt with for so long NEVER treated me as well as these people did at miracle ear! They now have me as their customer for life!!

Great place with great employees! Especially the receptionist. She is the best around and deserves a raise!! Made my experience super fast and simple. Will definitely be back if nothing else for the simple fact of dealing with her.

Great experience...I havent heard this good in many years...All my thanks to Sonja and her staff...Very professional and experienced in this field...I have a severe problem with my hearing where doctors told me I would have to learn to live with it...Sonja has worked with me for several months now and with the hearing aids she fitted me with I can hear again clearly and with consistently. I cant thank her enough. I gave her 5 stars...but she is easily worth 10. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! DARRELL SPOTTEN

It is always a great experience each time I go into this office. Meredith at the front desk is so pleasant and helpful. Sonya always takes her time and answers any questions I might have and adjust the hearing aides to my needs.i would definitely recommend this office.
