The sales team was very helpful and accomodating. They even worked with another dealer to retrieve the car that I purchased and the paperwork process was shorter than I expected which was really great! The only aspect that was a bit taxing was completing the online signature forms. I wasnt sure if I was doing it correctly and then when I emailed it to them I received an email that it didnt reach them. The sales team advised that this only works about 50% of the time so I do suggest that this is worked on by adding a tutorial or adding more of a user-friendly interface.

Applied online to purchase a vehicle. Trade-in was made known upfront and request to meet another companys quote was asked about. They said it couldnt be guaranteed, fine. Once we got to the dealership we test drove the vehicle, which we loved it, however we found out our credit had been ran without talking numbers first. Mollie looked at our trade, told me she would give a very low number to which I said No and she had to show me what it was going for elsewhere...sorry not my problem what you can sell it for, but it is worth what it is worth, so to lowball someone especially after you have affected their credit it absolutely asinine. We walked out. Will NOT be back. Now you lost out on even more than you would have. Hope your company is proud of you!Note after reply from owner, I know that when I applied online the consent is given, that isnt even what I said. I said my credit was pulled before my trade numbers were talked about. Also, no trade numbers were even talked about prior to getting to the dealership. So, your comment, owner, is irrelevant as it does not apply to this situation.

I had a wonderful time purchasing my first car. Despite waiting nearly 3-4 hours for my loan approval (because their system was being slow that day), the staff was friendly. I was greeted right away, offered a water, and met with a sales consultant who showed me two cars I was interested in. He (Lucas S) went on the test drive and explained EVERYTHING (which I LOVED). He was so friendly and went above and beyond. After we came back, we stated the purchasing process. During my wait time, I asked the staff for a charger since my phone was low battery. Immediately a staff member offered their charger to me. Now thats what I call an exceptional service experience. All in all, I would highly recommend this location.

I went in for an oil change. I asked the lady who set up the appointment to add a diagnostic test because my brakes were grinding. She informed me that it was included in the multi point inspection. My oil change was completed and when Mark came and explained things to me, my brakes were never brought up. On the inspection sheet it showed that my brakes were great. It actually showed that EVERYTHING was great which I knew was BS because I still haven’t fixed anything since my last oil change. On my last inspection sheet, it showed multiple things needed attention. I spoke with Mark about it and thank GOD for him because he took my car back and checked the brakes himself and found out they needed immediate attention. He couldn’t understand how they missed that either. Usually I’d get a video of my car being serviced but not this time. I feel it’s because whoever it was that serviced my vehicle, didn’t even attempt the inspection. He or she only did the oil change (if that was even done). Usually Nissan is pretty good and I’m usually satisfied but for someone to miss something that important is just mind blowing and made me feel like that person do not care for the safety of your customers.

Mollie and Athena were great. They got me a good price on my trade in and the option of delivery of my vehicle was great too! So. BIG shout out to Athena for doing that and I the rain!!!

I was there to buy my first truck. The atmosphere of this location is better than others Ive seen. I was greeted instantly when I first went there, and also when I went back to turn in my old trade in title. Nathan was very helpful by explaining what the differences were between the Frontier and the Titan. He even showed me all the features, accessories, and addons that those trucks had. I was glad that I was allowed to test drive those trucks by myself as I got to fully experience what the trucks were like without the stress of having a sales person breathing down my neck. Finally, I also like that Nathan didnt try to pressure me into buying extended warranties or addons because I hate adding those on to my loan. Stuff like that I would rather pay later and out of pocket if I wanted them down the road.

Lucas was a very knowledgeable and patient salesperson. He wasnt pushing and was very pleasant to work with. The manager came up and asked if we needed any help and we said we were okay Lucas said he was okay and the manager walked away without any further discussion. Thats a really good sign for a manager meaning he trusts his sales people and I didnt have to be double teamed like the other five places I visited.Lucas also did a wonderful job showing us all the different features and how to use them, Lucas explained for at least a half hour until we were done asking questions and once again very patient and knowledgeable about the features.Thanks

My salesperson Jesse was really nice and helpful throughout the whole process. I love my car, however, it wasn’t cleaned good at all. I was very disappointed by that. I also went and picked up some car parts from the service department (two big boxes) and NO ONE even offered to help me take them out. Or even ask me if I need help taking them out. Overall my experience was okay but I wouldn’t go back there or recommend to anyone.

Friendly and professional. I got the car I wanted at a good price. No up sales or hidden pricing. The only 2 small things where the car did not come with a full tank of gas (Tank at about 3/4) & it took a while (about 45 minutes) to do a final clean and remove the sale stickers & plastic. I do highly suggest giving them a look.

I had a coupon for a oil change and tire rotation I advise the scheduler of this while making the appointment when I got there, I told the person that received me,I had a coupon he look at his notes and proceeded when the work was completed and time to pay he quoted me a different price on the oil change I then show him the coupon he tells me what type of oil my car uses I advise him this is my second oil change here and the first time I came that should have been explained so I could explore my options on the second visit to bring my car back or go somewhere else he took $10 off but my tires were not rotated and he didn’t even offer to do them

Really happy I used this dealer, easiest vehicle purchase and trade I have ever done. I literally didn’t have to leave my house for any of the transactions. Very professional and friendly to deal with to top off the whole experience. This dealer is very fair with trade ins and brought out a couple of different vehicles for me to test drive, no pressure for me to purchase or trade in with them. I highly recommend!

If no star was an option that would be my choice. Terrible experience! The first time I went for service they replaced my cabin filter and left all the leaves in the interior of my car...gave them a second chance.My sales person Athena was awesome and helpful...but what an insult with the offer on my car 3000 less than Kelly Blue Book after telling me how great my car was and what great condition it was in!!! INSULTING!! NEVER GOING BACK!

Friendly staff, but then you must be to sell cars. One price policy is solid, wont budge. The one price policy was born from the internet. Customers are able to have way more information than they used to. Car dealers needed a way to delete that customer advantage, so one price was developed to protect their profits. They claim its because of customer preference. Dealerships do nothing for customer preference unless it benefits the business. This dealership has no regard for customers. When asked directly if the car we were purchasing was good on snow they said it was. The truth is that the summer tires on the car made it a death machine with even the slightest amount of snow. They gleefully sent us off on a 100 mile drive home in potentially hazardous weather. If we had delayed our trip home by just 30 minutes, I very well would be a widower now. To lie to your face about such an important issue is inexcusable! DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Was contacted by a sales manager who offered to reimburse $500 toward the cost of tires. That was nice.

I showed up at 9 am Saturday morning, found the Armada I wanted and told they salesman Josh let’s go! He has to sale this to my wife. Well 2:30 pm we drove off in the Armada! So yeah. Pretty easy!

The mechanic forgot to put my positive battery terminal cover back on. He left it on the middle of my battery and shut the hood in it...leaving positive exposed.Truck wouldnt start this morning, the positive faster wasnt tight enough!!

This is really good place to buy car as they have many options. I had pre-selected car and they took almost 5 hours of time. They can be more organized. One of the key was missing in my car. When I got car it was not full cleaned. They forget to put temporary license no. on my car too, then I call them, they sent to my address.Overall it was ok experience.
