T-Mobile cut my service off because they sent me a gift card that I owed them ASAP! After paying my bill every month for 13 years! The one month they sent me a gift card that owed them the money back they turned off my service left me without service and now waiting people to help me! New customers are treated better then a 13 year customer!
My phone had no consistent data service and would be unable to make or receive calls. I ended up having to visit this store multiple times, but not because their service was inadequate. Each time I went in, it seemed like they genuinely cared and attempted every possible fix to get my phone working. They ended up having to do a warranty replacement, but their system wasnt allowing it to process. I believe Holly was the tech to help me during that process, and she spent 30 minutes of her time staying on hold with Customer Care to figure things out. Having worked in retail for 15 years, I know perfect customer service when I see it, and everyone at this store went way beyond that. Five stars doesnt seem like a high enough rating!
This is the only T-Mobile store I go to. Every time I go there I have a wonderful experience. I was in today with an issue and Rob went over and beyond to help and fix the issue. All the staff here are wonderful!
Went in today to get my SIM card working for my new iPhone, Lenon was able to get it up and working, very happy! He was very good at explaining what he was doing and what the issue was.
I went in there to get my replacement phone and the old white guy working there was rude. I was trying to explain everything to him and he started walking away instead of listening to me. i understand the situation was not his fault but walking away when someone is talking is just rude!
John Bushland provided excellent service for us today. He knew the details of the phones, promotions and billings. He helped with transfers from our old phones and gave us many helpful tips also. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend him!!

I was really impressed with Daniels customer service who helped us find the right phone with the best picture quality. While waiting for my boyfriend to pick out his phone and make his purchase I noticed the other salesman John who was very friendly, positive, and showed great people skills. His stories were fun to listen to.Overall it was a great and easy experience.

Great staff but technical support was not good.Went in for a warranty exchange, got the new tablet on order with out a problem.Got the msg it was in. Came in multiple times trying to pick it up, but the system wasnt working,. They spent alot of time on the phone with the techs getting transfered multiple times........still nothing.After about an hour they ended up canceling the order and reordering it. So now I have to wait for that 1 to show up and start all over again.

Husband and I went in today to finally switch to Tmobile instead of being nickel and dimed by AT&T like we have been for the past few years. The gentleman Rob who helped us was very helpful and answered all of our questions and helped us maximize the bang for our buck without robbing the bank. Rob was very kind and accommodating with us when we had two kids in tow and got us in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend that you go have a chat with him if you find yourself in need of a new service provider.

I was at this location on Friday and I had THE best experience at any T-mobile store in over 10yrs of being a customer. I was greeted by the Manager who said his name was Q. He was so kind and knowledgeable that it blew me away. I can also tell this individual has been a top salesperson and manager based off my obsetvation and his know how.This company should be happy to have an employee like him. I used to be a regional manager for Comcast and had I still been I would have poached him from you T-Mobile because you cant find confidence and talent like this anymore.Also to those commenting and reviewing this business about masks... Just put it on, mine was below my nose when i walked in and was told politely if I could raise it up. Again thank you Q and I will be referring anyone and everyone to this location ONLY!
BAD EXPERIENCE with DANIEL - disrespectful and arrogant agent. Tone of voice and attitude. After waiting for 1.5hr in my car I was next in line. At 7:40pm he told me to come back the next day at 10:00am. All I needed was a phone upgrade, not data transfer. 20 mins would have been enough. He refused and made a scene saying these are covid time. The funny thing is that at TMobile you cant file a complaint, there is no process for this other than well talk to his supervisor. If you call the TMOBILE 800# they will tell you to file a legal complaint. (and mail it via USPS, since they claim the legal dept. does not have email). Dont waste your time, go to another store and save the hassle to have a kid disrespect you.

6-24-20 15:00 I went into the Riverdale location where I was greeted by Shawn. I explained that I was there to pick up my warranty phone. He looks at me and says well I suppose Ill have to check on that dont know if its here. I advised him that we had gotten the notification that it had arrived at the store and I was supposed to go in and pick it up. Shawn to me to hold on while he would go check and then asked for my phone number. As I gave him my phone number he asked to see my phone looked at it and asked me what happened to your phone? I explained to him that my screen protector was cracked but that was not why I was there, explained the freezing issue I was having with my phone and why I was getting a warranty phone. He went in the back then came back out to the front with the new phone in his hand and asked me again for my phone. Then he looks at me and tells me he is going to take my screen protector off of my old phone. I didnt see an issue with this because I was getting my new phone and I didnt really care what he was going to do with my old phone. Next he tells me they dont have any in stock so no matter what Im left without it. Then he looked at my old phone and told me this is not a warranty issue you are going to have to pay $99 make this an insurance issue there is a crack on the back of your phone I then explained to him t-mobile was aware of this when we talk to them on the phone they knew the phone was cracked already and said it was going to be covered. He had already cancelled the original warranty order and then set up another warranty request but I would have to wait for another phone to be shipped. Flat out refused to give me the phone in his hand that had ALREADY been sent in my name. Never attempted to discuss it with his manager further, didnt make any attempts to contact corporate to help a customer. Never again will I go to this store until he is no longer on their staff. Absolutely rude and needs a refresher course in customer service.
Its was very bad experience for me. From all t-mobile stores that I visited this was the worst. It had awful costumer service, There was a woman who didnt know what she was supposed to do and she was doing her job very badly so I had to go to another t-mobile company.
Was told it would be a 20 to 25 minute wait I waited over a hour and a half and still nothing. When I called to find out what was going on John was rude and condensending.
Went there to buy a new phone and a couple of other items needed. Walk in, staff said hello and what can I help you with? Shared with him I was looking for a new phone and some other things I was interested in. First thing he says to me is “ok” but first I need you to pull your mask up. Confused as I was looking and sharing with him my mask was fully on he continued to get an attitude because my mask was not pitching to my nose or to his standards. After exchanging words with the mask police who obviously has power and control issues, I told him I did not care to work with him and requested to work with the female next to him. Needless to say, same experience because she was feeding off of the guy who was previously talking with me. I personally feel it had nothing to do with my mask (other people did not have their noses covered, I did) but rather my “Back The Blue” hoodie on which he kept staring at. Never once have I walked in and out of a store, so heated with poor customer service. Needless to say, the t-mobile store in Riverdale next to noodle, sandwich and ice cream shop are hypocrites and discriminate. Never again will I go there and give them my business.
I was visiting the store today (02/27/2020) around 7:30pm. While I was being helped by another associate I witnessed a customer coming in asking their bill. The customer in store was calm and simply asked why their bill was as expensive as it was. The customer then called another used on the account to further discuss their billing questions. (I will admit the customer on the phone was upset and very irritated with the situation) Joshua, an associate in the store handled this situation very poorly. As the customer on the phone spoke his mind Joshua began to raise his voice back at the customer (both in the store on the phone). Throughout the entire process Joshua talked down at these customers. After the interaction had ended he proceeded to talk poorly of the customers to another female employee. His attitude is disrespectful and uncalled for. As a former store manager of a cell phone retailer I was less then please with his attitude that he carried throughout the store and was incredibly embarrassed of the way he treated his customers. As a phone retailer your top priority is customer service.Joshua, I hope you can grow from this experience and learn to treat everyone with respect regardless of how they treat you. That is what customer service is and if you can’t do that then I highly recommend looking for a job in a different career field.

Horrible customer service with Michelle! Use to be your favorite store to go to. Went out of our way to go there. Apparently masks must cover the entire chin not just nose and mouth. Michelle was very rude and refuse to listen to what my mother said and told her to leave. Never going back and won’t recommend it anymore!

My husband and I came in unsure that I wanted to upgrade my phone. We working with John, he was very patient with us. I expressed that I didnt want my bill to go up. He got me a new phone and I am very impressed with it. He had a great personality and actually seemed like he cared about helping us because he only focused to help us get what I wanted and didnt really care how long it took! Thank you again John!

Travis was a fantastic person to work with when we switched to TMobile a couple weeks ago. However, we get terrible service. Both at work and at home my husband and I cant send messages. This happens multiple times everyday. We cant even send each other texts when we are in the same house. We went in and were told nothing is wrong with our service and that nothing can be done. Our bill is cheaper than our other carrier but the service stinks.
This store is awesome! I went in the other day to check out a new plan that was being advertised and ended up realizing I was Jump! Eligible and jump graded to a LG v10, Ive always had great customer service here. Travis was the rep who helped me and he had a lot of knowledge of all the awesome products and services that T-Mobile provides. That being said I understand some people have bad experiences but to be brutally honest with you if you read a bad review about this place its probably not the whole truth and the person complaining is just the type who complains about everything.
Store is always clean and fairly busy in the evenings. Ive always had helpful customer service here and knowledgeable staff. Just because you dont like the tower service or read the conditions of your billing doesnt mean you should give a poor review. Ive had nothing but positive experiences at this store and throughout the company as a whole.
Worst t mobile within 50 miles. Michael was pleasant. But this is the second time my wife/I have been here and nobody would work with us or honor the plan and product we paid for.The manager even admitted to not telling customers about how to properly get screen protectors replaced if damaged.This location should be shut down based solely on the way customers are treated alone.
The staff is generally knowledgeable and kind. busy and wait times can be long but I think they are worth it. overall the store is great. All the bad reviews are old and the experience must have changed.

Evening of 8/26, went into this location to buy a phone for my daughter. Looked around at some phones and notice all sales people were busy.Then the next person walked in and was helped immediately. I figure that person just didnt see me and I went and stood by the entrance so they will see me. Feeling good and thinking Ill be next, two more parties come in. When the sales lady finished with the lady, she went straight to the other two parties that came in after us. My wife mentioned that she glanced at us and still ignored us. Seeing that particular sales lady must have something against us, I told my family to leave. Not worth me spending my money here.

No customer service at all here. Its all about the sale. As a former wireless store manager I expected a much different experience than what I received here. The sales rep, Michelle, was doing everything she could to have me do my own customer service at home. If you need any help with your phone, go elsewhere.
I walked into the store and was immediately greeted by a nice gentleman who appointed me in the right direction. I was then introduced to Michelle who helped me out and explained possible plans. After explaining that I probably wouldnt be returning to that specific location due to the inconvenience of location, she became upset with me. She literally explained how she put so much time and effort into making a plan (which took less than 10 minutes). She also made it clear that she gets paid on commission, so if she doesnt make that commission then at least someone else in the building will. Her comments left me uncomfortable and with a clear decision to not return.
So I bought a new phone here and it was suppose to come with a free screen protector... Conveniently they were out of stock but I was told theyd have more in a few days and I could come in and theyd put it on. Here I sit 2 weeks later still not in stock and now Im told that it was probably only while supplies last. 😡😡😡
Told me I could buy a phone from elsewhere then use it on their plan. This was a selling point for me as I wanted a T-mobile gs4. Then the phone gets blacklisted because the person I bought it from stopped making payments in February. They would not unlock it, contact the original buyer, make it right by giving me a discount on a phone, nothing. The big selling point ended up stealing $400 of my money. T-mobile is unorganized, lazy, and sketchy. This store is greedy and has 0% customer service. I dont know who actually robbed me, this store or the guy who sold a T-mobile phone he didnt pay for. Obviously T-mobile makes it very easy for the honest to get used, and the dishonest to make tons of money selling their contraband phones. Not even a pawn shop is this sketchy.

Great friendly staff...they were very patient helping us upgrade our phones; it was a long process as 4 of us were doing it at the same time but the customer service was consistent all along. Definitely recommend this location 👍🏾

Im giving 3 stars because my wifes had a great time so far. I started a plan with yall monday, and the salesperson asked if I wanted One Plus Military, which I said no. We use about 2-3gb a month. It somehow ended up on my plan, I made sure to decline anything beyond the One plan I was looking to get. I had to go online and change it with the chat.I was also told my phone would be active soon. Its 3 days later, and the online chat now told me I have to call verizon on my phone. Pretty upset I havent had any reception yet and no use of my phone.My wifes phones been perfect, though, so thats nice.

Baby boomer age guy who helped me spent no time listening to what I was telling him, and 10 minutes doing everything I already tried because Im not a technically inept moron. When we finally got to the stuff he would have been able to do for me I was sick of him and walked out.

A dude named Mike helped set me up with a new Motorola E5 Play Android 8.1 phone! I came from using an old ancient Windows 8.1 phone. So now I feel like Im in the loop when it comes to the available apps I can use. Like Facebook, Spotify, PokeMon Go, etc. Mike showed me the ropes with the new phone, and set me up with a dank phone case(black), a screen protector, and a slick circle kickstand thingy that can also be used as a gripper, so you dont drop the phone. Especially when playing Pokemon GO, or taking selfies with friends/family. This is my second phone and Im set for another 3 or so years! Thanks Mike! Youre a genius! :D

This T-Mobile store (not the company itself) is wonky. They have messed up on adding my and switching my phones so many times. Given, the people are nice, just not always attentive to what theyre doing.
Everyone at the store was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions getting started with a complicated phone purchase and family plan. This store has probably given me the greatest customer service Ive ever received.
This is the only store I like to stop in if having any issues with my phone or when changing things up. Evan is a phenomenal worker and never disappoints.

On Friday April 12th I went to pick up my phone they customer service is bad and my phone is not even working able to make phone calls. If you are there to buy a phone that is when they will be able to help you.

When I arrived and started looking at phones the prices shown are FAR from clear. I was up for a renewal at full discount the phone I see said in large print $199.99 so they ring it up and then charge me $313.00 and explain that that price is the down payment for a differnet line of services. Then the phone which was supposed to be BRAND NEW had pictures from the previous owner on it (Yes I said NEW) and their kids. So he swaps that phone with another and tells me that they are happy to waive the restocking fee (ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I DIDNT EVEN LEAVE THE STORE).Then I am talking to my co-workers and they advise me that this phone is FREE with a new 2 year agreement in-store tomorrow. The sales guy never mentioned that point.I have been with T-Mobile for over 6 years and they are getting more shady by the day.
They arent horrible. Theyre horrendous. Dont waste your time. First semi-unpleasant experience was when I simply called and asked a question about iphone 6s being in stock and the guy who answered sounded totally annoyed that I was calling and like he didnt want to answer my very simple question. Not that big of a deal but a month later when they did have it in stock and I went in to purchase I waited A long time and noone even greeted me OR acknowledged me and after an hr of waiting after walking up to an associate and being put on a waitlist I was served by a skinny blonde girl (describing her looks so tmobile knows who she is when they read this review even though her looks are irrelevant.)who spoke condescendingly and couldnt answer my simple questions properly. I ended up making a phone payment not realizing thats what I was paying for and then I was told it was non-refundable and that the jump program still requires a down payment for the iPhone. So then really, what is the point of the jump program? I may as well sell my phone on Craigslist and move to a better carrier.

I will put it to you this way, the service was SO terrible, I went in to buy a new phone, and KEVIN sucked at his job so bad, and was SO rude, I left the store and got a phone from Sprint. I was with T-mobile for 4 years, and that store made me regret it.
