What a great shopping experience. Logan, the Manager, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely skip the competitor down the road and visit this GMC first. Dont forget to join their club. I will be getting$5 off my next visit.

Showed up on Sunday at 2:00pm. Sign says open 11-5, website says the same. Door locked, lights out. Looks like no one really runs this store. Good thing the Vitamin Shoppe is close by!! Maybe check your reviews and hire a new manager?

Even though the air was getting repaired on a 90° day, the customer service was personal and speedy. I got a recommendation and a deal!

If I could give lower for this particular store I would. Stopped in Sunday 1/10/21 and the manager on duty, Ryan, was rude and basically stopped us from trying to locate what we wanted. Would definitely never go into this store again unless and until they got rid of him. When I called for corporate he asked oh did I do something to make you made - WHAT? He proceeded to tell me the store manager there was fired and I could call corporate if I wanted. Did just that.

I think Ryan need to find a new line of work. Publicly berating customers for asking for help locating products doesn’t seem like it’s part of the job description. This dude goes completely off the deep end with his temper if you attempt to address how he’s acting. I know everyone has their bad days but this guy was even confrontational and dismissive of his actions on the phone.

Says 11 on Sunday it is now 11:17 as I write this was waiting to go in Ryan just pulled up and proceeded to give the excuse that he is late as he takes 6 freeways to get here and asked if I was calling the corporate office and be quite visibly mad when I said I was thinking about it. Just lost out on an ongoing 100$ every 2 weeks I will check other locations with more professional management.

I’ve been to this location twice in the past week. Each day they are supposed to be open at 10:00am. Each day I wait A HALF HOUR and the store still wasn’t open. Clearly they need to update their hours or just close the store if no one wants to work.

It is a Sunday store opens at 11:00. It is now 11:30 and the store is not open yet. 4 customers have been here and left because of it. I wish I could say this is the first time, however every time I come to this location near opening time nobody is here to open the store. I encourage you to go to the shoreview location.

I went to the store yesterday at 9am which is the opening time. Nobody was at the store to open it. Waited for a good 15 minutes. The store was still closed. I ended up leaving cause I wasn’t gonna wait any longer. Time is money. Business needs to be professional. No excuses.

Youre losing a lot of business for being closed in the middle of the day. Along with myself in five other customers going to your location and you guys are closed

10:15 on a Monday and no one is here. Saw three customers come and go. I’m the 4th that will be going.

Store hours says it opens at 9am. Waited for 15 minutes for someone to show up and open up. The lights were partly on but a door was opened in the back of the store. After 15 minutes, nothing. No excuses. Business is business.

Very friendly and knowledge staff. Very willing to provide guidence and information to reach my goals. Low pressure, quility service. Its my go to GNC for sure!

I have had an awesome experience Everytime I have been here. I am a beginner when it comes to supplements so I ALWAYS have alot of questions. Everytime the staff that was working was very helpful. They ALWAYS take time to answer my questions to help me understand what the products are, what they do and when/how to use them. This store is always organized and stocked up. The manager (matt) is very approachable, personable and respectful! I definitely recommend this GNC to anyone and everyone. You will have a great experience.

Super small and doesnt seem to go out of the way to carry anything unique...kind of your base type store...the guy working was very unpleased I came in a half hour before close just to see if they had a certain energy drink..but if you need something, they will have at least something
