I went to this store, 6:00pm 10-26-2021.The employee could not stop talking about how the Covid vaccine was going to kill me. Then he continued trying to sell me supplements that would help me. He endlessly talked about how mucus was causing the virus. He was also not wearing a mask and stated he was not vaccinated. He also waved his arms in circles above his head saying I had to breath deeply so I would not catch the virus. I have decided to not return to this store because of his actions and lack of facts regarding subjects.

I always get the help I need with the products I am interested in. Their customer service line even reactivated rewards that had expired so I could use them today. I saved $30! Great experience.

Personally, I really liked the place. There was a wide variety of supplements, especially the protein powder.

When I was in the store, I was the only customer. The man and woman at the counter were staring their phones and never acknowledged I was there. No questions of what I was looking for our any offer to help. I was the only person there and just roamed around the store. The man then had the audacity to ask if I found everything I was looking for. I dont know if they were the owners, but if not, neither of them should be kept there.

Male employee wearing mask below nose the whole time I was there. Not a good example for a health store to portray. Managers/execs make your employees wear masks properly. I will not be returning.

The Vitamin Shoppe is a great place to get your strength on track. From building muscle for strength to loose wait. You find everything there. Its great.

Didnt find the product advertised on line.Got something similar in the store. Service was ok. Sales representative wasnt very personable. In her defense it was ealy.

Produce is always fresh and its never overcrowded. Prices can be a little higher but thats to be expected from a smaller grocery store. Good selection for a quick grocery run.

Purchased some alani nu protein bars.. they were stale and I would normally blame this on the company, but I saw they had preworkout that was CLUMPY.. and past expiration on the shelves. Yes they sell old product and don’t rotate clearly

The sign says they are open till 8 today. But at 5:30 the doors are locked. I drove from Brooklyn Park... nice to be closed. looks like i will be ordering from Bodybuilding.com for now on......

Terrible service, order new vitamins off there website to pick up, said in stock, drove over an hour to get there to have them tell me inventory was off and not in stock, no phone call or anything, never again will I be coming here

I have recently started going to The Vitamin Shoppe in Riverdale, Coon Rapids. The staff there has always been very friendly and extremely helpful. Tonight, my daughter and I went into the store and had questions on the different types of protein powders. It was close to closing time and they went out of their way to make sure all of our questions were answered. This store has outstanding customer; which is extremely hard to find. I highly recommend going to this store.

Love this place. They always have what Im looking for and always something that Im not 💯%.

My go to place for quality and variety of vitamins and different supplements, oils. Would love to see wild herbs section. Also vitamin Shoppe brand items are cheaper priced and thats nice

Aladdin is very knowledgeable and really knows he’s stuff about supplements and all the nutritional information as well as the ingredients in the products. Dude passed with flying colors with all my questions. I don’t go through anyone else since I’ve met him

My visit today was amazing. I had a huge list of very obscure items and many questions about them and Aladdin was able to help me find my products and answer all my questions in detail. I have been going to the Vitamin shoppe in coon rapids The workers there know their products really well, they are full of helpful information.

Pricing on point or better, great staff, clean store also very good at stocking items that repeat shoppers want...many times on line says store has zero but when you call its there and they will pull it to save for you.

Worst company ever! I looked over their selections for 20 minutes. As I did so they helped all the people that were regulars and ignored me.. I asked about a product that they say they have trouble stocking. The employees suggested that I ordered online. I did so and they filled my order and subtracted from my account. They then informed me that the product was discontinued but it was not. No explanation why this product was currently available but they couldnt fill my order. I ordered from another company and it was filled immediately. Do not order from this company!!

Always greeted with a smile when I walk in this place, the deals are always there weekly on different products, the products are 3rd party tested!!! Last but not least the staff is super knowledgeable, the last time I was in an employee named Aladdin helped me and this guy knew his stuff so if you read this go in just to meet this guy!!

First time at Vitamin Shoppe ever. OUTSTANDING customer service! Assistant manager Marchantte (spelling? sorry!) was extremely friendly, welcoming, & helpful, and saved us 20 bucks and hooked us up with a better product than we initially were going to go with. He didnt have to go above and beyond for us--it would have been easy to just ring us up and let us on our way, but he GENUINELY cared my personal weight loss goals and saving ME money--and went to get the right product for me after asking a few questions. Not only did he care about me, but was inspiring his fellow employee to do the same with her customers (Make sure they get that 20%!) I dont do reviews often, but this was an incredible experience, and I for sure will be back! Marchantte has a real and rare positive energy, and with that being my first time at your store, and feeling already apprehensive about my weight loss goals, his positive vibe and energy felt GREAT! Thank you again, and you should definitely be GM not assistant!!!! :)

Im not sure if theres any rhyme or reason to how the store is set up, and its different from the last time I was in there, but they have anything you could possibly need from multiple brands, including their own.
