The pharmacy had my Synthroid that none of the other locations in the area had in stock. No hassle refill that I was able to pick up in 2 hours. Super great service too! Highly recommend.
Went to get 2nd dose vaccination and was told walk-ins were not available. No big deal, I figured as much - so I went to go make an appointment online and it showed their schedule was FULLY OPEN (up to 9:15) also it said walk-ins were available…. …I called back and the guy told me some excuses as to why I couldn’t get vaccinated - he even told me that they are running low on vaccinations. Unbelievable. I wouldn’t mind waiting 2 hours even if that’s what he would’ve told me but no.. If you don’t want to / aren’t prepared to give vaccinations, or shots In general - then this isn’t the job for you, especially during these times. I really hope this was an isolated incident.
Female Employee that was working cashier today made an innapropriate comment to my child. Employees should be more professional than to feel this comfortable to insult a child.

I have been using this pharmacy for as long as I have been in Texas. I will say that I’ve never had an issue before today. Apparently on Saturdays they close way before the sun goes down. I guess their leisure activities are more important than peoples medicine. When I asked for my paper prescription back so I could take it to CVS (which I hate) I was told no, that there was nothing they could do and their hands were tied basically. I have to take daily medication for a brain injury and no one seemed to care. They told my husband it would be ready at 8:00 pm. I got there well before 8:00 and the pharmacy was locked down and everyone was gone. I am highly disappointed as I haven’t had issues with them in the past. The manager I spoke to was one I had never seen before. Perhaps they are under new management? I recommend going elsewhere if you need your medication in a timely fashion.

This store needs a big upgrade and remodel. The digital billboard outside never works and always needs replacement bulbs. The weekly messages are always incomplete.Inside the store, old shelving, old floors and old lighting. Bathrooms are unacceptable.Photo lab is way behind on technology.High turn over, employees are never the same. By the time someone knows what Im looking for and have great customer service..they leave.Walgreens doesnt train their employees because they never know anything and out the store or, sales. They always have to call a manager and even they dont know. I gave up on this location and moved on.
Please be careful when going to this Walgreens i was Touched by one of their employees the day it happed i called them right away to let them know if i could see their cameras to make my police report they said no i couldn’t see them months passed and nothing has been done i was supposed to receive calls from the higher department yet sadly nothing yet ! The guy that touched me is currently still working their.
Went to pick up a prescription for my husband who is told that his order would be ready in an hour. Got to the counter and was told that the medication was not. When I inquired as to why my husband was told it would be available in an hour. The clerks statement was the medication was there and was used to film another prescription. When I enquired why no one called his statement was we dont have time to call everyone.
Great service! Bridget and Chris at the pharmacy worked very hard for the last 5-6 days to resolve the issue with my insurance. They are very professional and friendly.

Completely Disorganized pharmacyI usually dont write reviews but, this place needs help. Hopefully someone in management will see this and pay attention to their issue.Took 3 hours to find out that they were out of the important half of the prescription. I understand they are busy and am not looking for any special treatment. Simply standard customer service.Thought we would wait till the next morning and come to find out, their truck doesnt arrive until 1pm. Please make sure you keep you customers best interest first and present all the facts.Then to top it all off, it will take them up to 2 hours to transfer to another pharmacy.
The people working at the pharmacy are the nicest, most professional, and most efficient people Ive dealt with in customer service for a very long time. Thank you so much!

I’ve used this Walgreens for ever and seldom have any issues but my last visit was an awful experience. The pharmacy manager Nicole R. was absolutely immature and condescending while I was just trying to understand an issue with insurance covering my medication. It was akin to trying talk to an angry child who was just told they can’t have every toy in the store. Instead of trying to understand, she turned a simple issue into 30 minutes of insulting me. She wouldn’t listen to my concern at all. She preferred to make a scene in front of other staff and customers. I don’t understand how people like this can be in an authoritative position.
I was calling regarding an auto message about my sons Epi-pen delay. The lady who answered chuckled (clearly laughing at something other than my concern) then she quickly put me on hold. I was on hold for over 8 mins and when ANOTHER person answered my call, she said what do you want... I had to repeat everything and she said well we have the Epi-pen in stock now. I am calling about Walgreens with better customer service. I will NOT fill here.
Pharmacist Amy was on point, very helpful in assisting us today. My sons insurance had switched, we offered to go ahead & pay to save time and hassle but she took the time to fix the issue saying she was in no rush.

3 stars. Mediocre pharmacy with poor managerial foresight. Here on a Sunday, only one lane open, and the line of 4 cars in front of me has not moved an inch for 20 minutes. I suggest using a different pharmacy.

Ive been using Walgreens pharmacy for many years but since moving to Hickory Creek last year I have had nothing but bad customer service. Today was the last straw, I waited in line for 25 minutes to be told they only had 5 pills for two prescriptions. Really, Ive been picking up the same prescription every 90 days for years and you cant provide enough customer service to keep more than 5 pills in stock. Then the rude woman told me if I had text alerts I would have known. Well, I had text alerts until I moved to Hickory Creek, I wonder why they stopped. Im sure it was my fault, but they dont hesitate to call or email when I havent picked up my prescription in their timeframe. You would think they might call or email when they dont have enough pills to complete the prescription. That would be providing good customer service and no one at the Hickory Creek Walgreens understands that. Im moving on to the Walmart across the street already submitted my prescriptions using their app.
