I have been a customer for over 3 years. I have never had a issue until now. I just bought a new phone on 1/7/2021. I upgraded and traded in old phone. Got a great deal. The very next day started having problems with phone. I could do anything on phone but make a phone call. Everytime I called no one could hear me. I went back in the store twice on Monday. The first I was told it was a network issue and I needed to reset network. I came back later that day for same issue. Was told in front of people there in the store, that it was a manufacturer defect and it wouldnt cost me nothing to replace the phone. Was told to come back later in week. I came back later to he told me the company wouldnt buy the story that my phone was defective. Its customer fault. Long story short was told to resolve issue that he would sell me a used customer phone to make it right. Im very seriously thinking of going to another phone company and not doing business here ever again. His stories keep changing and every time I walk in there now its pay me for this or that

I have used metro by T mobile for several years. Fadey has always been top notch in all dealings I have had with him. I just purchased the revvl from him and it works great.

The guy never opens on time or stay open until they are posted. Like now, it says Monday-Friday open till 7pm. Here it is 5:30pm on Monday November 18th, and hes already closed. Just because he lives in the back of his store, he thinks he can open and close whenever he wants
