This is one of the best Starbucks locations in the Twin Cities as they will admit if they made a mistake and fix it without any drama. Drive thru is the best as they are very friendly and always make sure to get the order correct. Its our once a week treat to get the gouda breakfast sandwich with the sous bytes. If youve not has the sous byte, you are in for a savory treat that matches well with the cold brew and vanilla sweet cream.

I liked this one, fast and helpful. I had some questions on a new coffee and they where very helpful.

Great staff, very friendly. Holy cow is that place super busy!!! I give the workers 5 stars and the customers zero stars, people should clearly be able to see how busy they are and how hard they are working those workers never stop moving and yet there was all kinds of people complaining and huffing and puffing and being all impatient. I ordered an iced venti (20oz) skinny (sugar free) vanilla latte in the drive-thru and was presented a tall (12oz) at the window. I informed the cashier that my order was wrong and they proceeded to replace my order, but when they gave me the correct size cup, it was not made sugar free.They had me park and wait for them to correctly make it and bring it out to me.Had they have listened better when I placed my order, even after having to repeat myself twice when ordering, they may have gotten it correct. Maybe.And of course it was awful tasting once I finally received my order.. I wont be back.

Every time I have been to this location they are either complaining, are extremely slow or are just closed with no notice to the public. I will just start going to the one in HyVee or Target from now on. At least their employees are kind and show up for work.

Wasnt happy the way my carmel frappuccino was made. very bland and tasteless. Im guessing the barista added more ice to counter act the warm shots of espresso, which is unnecessary. I expect the frappuccino to be slushy.

Drive thru line was huge so I decided to go in. Ordered 2 hot coffees at 1:18, was asked 2 times what I had ordered and told it would be right up, And didnt receive them until 1:41.

I order a very simple drink, 5 shots with 6 pumps of hazelnut over ice. (Daily)The last 3 times Ive visited this location they have gotten it wrong. Which then causes more inconvenience for me, having to go back. Employees always have an attitude, even when its their mistake. Getting half&half should not be an issue or something to be charged for since you cant get it yourself anymore. Simply disappointed at the lack of quilty and customer service.

Its a Starbucks. Next to building parking is somewhat limited; however, its near some big box stores, so there is plenty of parking is walking isnt a problem for you. Clean with a courteous staff, like most Starbucks. Nothing special, but nothing negative.

Visited several times before this review. As of the last 6 months, mobile ordering has been horrendously slow. Even when I order extra early, my drink is never ready and sometimes not even started. Today, was the last straw. They put my drink over by the drive thru, Im waiting....I spoke up, its warm, they kindly remade it, wrong. Left with the correct coffee, but there were four employees working at 6pm accomplishing little, not helping one another and no line of customers in the store. The 1 customer before me was exasperated and waiting as well as the 1 customer who arrived after me. I hope they eventually got their drink because pacing wasnt going to get this staffs attention. When there are customers standing to pickup for extended periods employees should make eye contact and ask what drink they are waiting for. Every employee seemed socially scared and couldnt prioritize.As a note. The gentleman working that evening was apologetic and he has always been courteous and friendly when Ive been there and was the only one who responded when I had to loudly ask if they had a coffee for me cause no one would look at me for me to ask.

Today was a new experience. Understaffed. I received my breakfast sandwich 25 minutes before my coffee arrived. This is clearly a management problem. I want a complete refund, as I consumed neither.Has Starbucks figured out yet that giving higher priority to mobile orders is destroying customer loyalty and community?

There was a very helpful female clerk who helped me when I was having trouble using my Starbucks app for the first time.

Its Starbucks! Theyve never messed up my order or been rude at this location. Minus one star for making me get all the way off of 80th and navigate a maze of parking lots to get a coffee but other than that this location is nice, clean, and gets you coffee in and out.

Do yourself a favor and hit up the Caribou behind Walgreens, because Saturday and Sunday mornings are a joke, so slow. Not that theyre too quick during the week either. The staff screws around and seems pretty unmotivated to get drinks done quickly. But at least I get to hear about their weekend adventures while I wait in line for 15-20 minutes. Doesnt say much for the weekend manager to let their staff do things when they get around to it.

Theyre quick at what they do and provide a cozy professional atmosphere. The only downfall they dont have a lot of in shop seating.

Lately they havent been very accurate on the orders. Usually it seems like theyll get something wrong every time I go or someone from my family goes, and it gets annoying. And in the past we have gone to this location A LOT but its dwindled lately because of that.

Dont go after noon. In AM, they are polite, super fast and quite accurate. Three out of four times my afternoon orders are serviced by slow grumpy baristas who take longer than 10 minutes per drink.

The fastest Starbucks I have ever been to! There are days the line is 15+ cars deep and its a very minimal wait. The owner should be proud of their staff.

Walked inside of this Starbucks and the employees made eye contacts with me but never greeted me. There was absolutely no one in line and I waited, although the employees know that I was there.

We gave them a tough order the morning of my friends wedding, with 8 different specialty drinks and certain names/titles on each. We were only there for a total of about 8 minutes. Great service!

Convenient because of the drive thru. When you get someone friendly, theyre really friendly, but there are some not so friendly employees, too. Last couple of times I tried to order the current specials, they were out. Unicorn frappucino (which was expected to be big, I dont understand why they would be out before the special was done?) and the Smoked Butterscotch latte a few months ago. If you want to get the current special, youll have much better luck at the Target Starbucks in CG.

All the drinks where warm not hot. Yuck. Plus Starbucks as a company stinks. Sell coffee not politics

Complete chaos. Waited 10 min for 2 drinks, rude staff seemed bothered to wait on customers. Drive through/mobile orders take priority over walk ins. And to top it off coffee was all syrup. Better coffee out of my home coffee maker.

Ive been going to this particular Starbucks since they have opened. Recently, I have noticed terrible service, which after talking with a regular employee I recognized, is due to a an abundance of new hires. I was patient as during many visits, my orders were completely hit or miss, but I draw the line when I show up 20 minutes before they are scheduled to close and being completely ignored by the employees inside. Starbucks will no longer get my business or that of my family. Caribou is right across the street

Considering I’ve worked at starbs before... I think they do awesome :) if there’s too much ice, ask for an extra shot of syrup. For those who never worked as a barista.. it’s stressful and can take awhile, but I’ve never really been too dissatisfied at this location:)

The staff at this location are slower than any Starbucks Ive been too. I purchase shots of espresso for my frappuccino and they always have extras in the blender which contains a portion of the shots I purchase. Some days its an ounce up to 8 ounces. When asked for the extras some give it and Ive also had others dump it down the drain and argue that there was nothing left while I watched.

If you have 15-20 minutes to waste and wait for 1 americano, then this is the place you want to be. This isnt just a one-time thing, its every time I come here. Its much faster to go over to Hyvee across the parking lot and go into the Starbucks inside HyVee, you will be in and out, lickety-split.

My latte was fine, but the atmosphere isnt much, so I didnt stay.

This Starbucks has the good coffee you are used too, however I think the ambience would be improved with a moat full of robot alligators and a castle wall where you need the secret phrase for them to let the drawbridge down and allow you to enter, otherwise its too busy in the morning drive through. Bring back the Orange Mocha Frappuccino!

-20 stars. Waited twenty minuets for drinks and they ended up wrong. When we went back to tell them and the lady behind the register says to remake thetdrinks it was done wrong. The rude staff member who was the only male working today at 1:30 says put it in the line up Ill get to when I can. So, the nice chasier went and made the drink right.

Ive been a loyal customer of this site for a few years, and Im a gold card holder. Usually, I get the refreshers with no water, because theyre to weak in my opinion. Today, the gal at the window gave me a half empty glass and told me Id have to pay more for a full drink. When I asked how much more, she didnt know. Very irritating and bad customer service.

Worst drive thru. Waited for 25 mins, finally jumped the median and left when I was able, or else it would have been another 15 mins Im sure.

I am so disappointed. This is the second time the employees have ignored me it took 10 minutes to get a cup of coffee and there was no one else there.

Well I once gave this location a 1 star but over the last 6 months they have really been on their top game. I love going here now and love the service and the staff.

Good experiences at this Starbucks location, although the staff tends to make small mistakes on some drink orders. I partially attribute that to some complicated drink requests, so its not a big deal to me. Staff is friendly and usually very prompt, especially in the drive-thru.
