Pharmacy filled Rxs out of order, causing issues - pharmacy manager, Shannon, was VERY rude and not only did she do nothing to rectify a mistake made, she was alllll attitude. I work in healthcare, and know what the rules & regulations are - this place DOES NOT FOLLOW IT. I do not feel safe getting medications from here any longer - Walgreens must also not have a very good electronic medical records system in place, otherwise it would flag errors such as these. I would literally rather pay more money to take my prescriptions somewhere else, so I know they are being filled properly & safely - two things you CANNOT count on this Walgreens to do.

The pharmacist is absolutely horrendous. I have never seen anyone in any field of medicine with such ineptitude in interpersonal skills, communication, customer service, and general competency. Her staff is equally abysmal, but I suppose that is to be expected when the actual pharmacist cares as little as this woman. If you have any other pharmacy options, literally anywhere else, at all, then I highly suggest you go there instead of this place. Walgreens should be ashamed of this store and its pharmacist, pharmacy staff, and pharmacy.

If I could give them 100 ⭐️S.... I would. There’s not enough words I can say about how great and helpful John and several other awesome employees were when I had car trouble. Totally not their job but we’re my hero’s today! Everyone needs a raise!!!! Thank you all so much! HUGE Blessing!!!!
