Yes! This is how car buying should be. They were polite, and considerate, and not pushy. Ralph negotiated fairly. I appreciated that they didnt even try to charge ridiculous fees like Reconditioning, Delivery, Processing, Vin etching, theft prevention, etc just the standard IL Doc fee and taxes. They accompanied me to get an inspection by a 3rd party mechanic for the car I was interested in. For my price range, my car was not perfect, but everything is good, great condition, and Im very happy with my purchase. The title and 2nd key arrived in the mail right on schedule.. I would not hesitate to consider Drive Motors again for a future purchase. Good people from my experience.

All of the folks here are awesome. We negotiated a fair price and trade-in when I went for a test drive, and I ended up going back to purchase the car a couple days later. The initial experience alone was 4-5 stars, but when my mechanic found a (minor, not mechanical) issue with my car *after* I purchased it, Ralph at Drive Motors got me in the next business day to fix that and another little aesthetic piece that I hadnt even noticed! Im a couple hours away, but I will absolutely recommend Drive Motors to friends who are car shopping and will go there first when Im looking to trade in again someday.

Shady business. Wouldn’t do business with them again or recommend anyone to. Initial experience was great. Got me approved fast and had me in and out quickly. Bought at 2017 hyundai Elantra on Friday Jan 17,2019. On Sunday jan 19th not even 48 hours later car wouldn’t start. Finally got car started after about 30min of trying drove to my mechanic who looked at it the next day and car had a bad starter. Understandable stuff happens but when I asked about reimbursement for the $377 I had to spend for labor and new starter I was told I would only get $115 back which was half the price of starter and they couldn’t cover labor because it wasn’t one of their mechanics. Extremely shady to sell cars that go bad within 2 days then not offer to fully reimburse the customer. If they would have fully reimbursed that could have turned a bad situation around but they chose not to.

********EDIT : very DISAPPOINTED. Bought a 2011 jeep from there, and (conveniently) 15 Days after their 30 day warranty was up, my car needed a major repair costing close to 2,400. NOT what I was expecting after buying a new(er) car. And I thought I got a good deal when I went there 😂 wishing I would have shopped around a little more. When I bought the car, their service was good, friendly . However, now Im feeling like I was ripped off. Having to pay for a major repair before even making my second car payment.went in here to trade in my 06 jeep for a new one and the process was so simple and quick. gave me top dollar for my trade in and i didnt feel like they were just trying to make a quick sale or rip me off. would definitely recommend this place

I came in yesterday looking to buy something under 10k. I’m a single mother and needed something reliable and inexpensive to move around with. Asoon as I told the salesman (Ralph) I had an budget and couldn’t go over it he started slowly ignoring me and made me wait outside with my kids in the rain while he suppsably was looking online for my aproval, he said the reception area was under maintenance so we couldn’t go in. I never in my life experience something like this and really hate to give them 1 star since they really don’t deserve it! These guys are wrong in so many different ways.
