I bought a gently used car for myself and my family from Your Choice Auto in Crestwood two weeks ago, and seriously! I could not possibly have been more pleased with the service from the folks who work there, the value of the car, and the entire transaction from start to finish.Their selection was HUGE for a modest-sized lot, but Steve was able to access the car I was interested in quickly for a test drive. He was patient and told me a few things about it. A brief visual inspection revealed a few minor items under the hood that were quickly and easily fixed by their on-site mechanic (sorry, I never got your name!). And Shaw, the manager, went above and beyond ensuring that I had a full report about this car the night before when I first called about it. Shaw took care of the sales paperwork, offered me trade-in credit for our old car, made sure that I understood the warranty completely, and I left with a new car (to me) that I felt very, very snug and secure about.I’ve been driving it for two weeks and now that I know the car a little better, I’m a little more confident that it’s a quality car with no mysteries or problems yet to be discovered, and that everything about the transaction was totally fair and transparent, I love the car even more. I drove almost 3 hours away to not even being able to test drive the suv I was coming to look at they knew for 8 hours I was coming and with my kids, got there and he had car running it sounded a little loud and he tried backing it up and it had an awful exhaust leak and I looked under front two tries and saw something hanging it was the entire exhaust you couldnt drive it but a few inches it was scrapping the ground he seriously just said idk and sorry and walked off !!!!

Came in to Your Choice Auto looking for a 3rd Row SUV after searching in CarGurus and found one here. Their customer service was very helpful let me do the the basic things like test driving the vehicle, and even have us permission to bring in a third party to check the vehicle as well as permission to take it to a mechanic. Very reasonable prices and willing to negotiate prices. I really enjoyed working with Muhammad.

All tho i didnt end up buying the minivan i wanted due to the bad deal of the financing institution,i have to say that the guy who attended me,Mohammad,was very nice and honest...they refunded all my deposit money without any arguments...i hope that eventually,i will get a car from them tho...great,honest guys!

Lazy, unprofessional, and not interested in customer sales only sitting out eating his bowl of macaroni. Muhammad kept saying one quote for a vehicle, then when I would ask again for the price he would contradict himself. All the cars in the lot had flat tires. Would not recommend.

I got a car from there and the financing manager was great I went to three other dealers they wanted me in a car that they wanted to get rid of I went to your choice and I told them I want a car that I want not something that they wanted to get rid of and the guys showed me I loved it I finished my deal with Michael three days later I had to get a surgery Done on my leg and I couldn’t get in the car easy so I called the salesman Michael I told him I have an issue he said no problem within a day he did the deal on another car that I can get in and out of easy I was so happy he did wonders for me god bless him Great people they’re not out to rob anyone thank god they do business the right way.
