Bought a 120-24 vac step down xfmr from here on a Friday, cash and no receipt (which was fine), but they wouldnt sell me a control board on the following Tuesday under the same terms? Told me they cant sell to me if I dont have an account, which wasnt a problem Friday. Maybe accounts are only needed on Tuesdays? Oh well, no matter. Amazon can next day the exact same part at a slightly better price with a return policy no less, directly from the parts manufacturer! Funny how the manufacturer doesnt need me to have an account. Amidst a global pandemic and recent flash flood accumulating rains I couldnt think of a better time to be human, apparently they could. I guess my kids will just have to use some extra blankets tonight. I highly advise if you dont have an account set up with them and know how to do the work just order what you need online. I would drive 20 miles in a snow storm to give my money to local business rather than the fat cats on the internet, but apparently they would prefer the opposite. No wonder big box is taking over with attitudes like this.

Very bad service, they make excuses and are rude to customers so they dont have to do work. I will not wait in this line again.
