These people are borderline scammers. I went in to switch to T-Mobile recently. Not only were they extremely unprofessional, but also seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing. They sold us this plan with a “free” tablet and “free” services. They charged $200 upfront with startup fees. I receive no receipt. Not even to my emailOr anything. Then I receive a bill for $300 not even a month later? My plan is only 2 lines. I was told It was around 80 a line. Then why am I receiving this bill? I really advise people to not bother going here when they wanna switch. The people working at this T-Mobile are totally full of It.
Horrible customer service if you are a Sprint customer forced into T Mobile because of the merger, never go to this location. Go to the one on Washington Street. I only needed a new sims card to activate an upgraded iPhone and after almost 10 minutes of waiting to be helped then 20 minutes of “help”, neither employee could log in to the system, he had to call a manager and technical support, lay on the ground to read off numbers from the router or something and reboot the system. How long do they expect people to wait around? At first he blamed his password then the Sprint system. They were helping another couple and taking a long time with them also. The lady had time enough to purchase a fish from the pet store and come back to see her husband STILL waiting to add a new line. The other worker needed constant reassurance which delayed my customer service rep from doing his job. There’s no reason simple transactions should take a long time. ... a complete waste of time. I went to the other store on Washington Street and was all set in ten minutes.

Weve been TMobile customers for a while now and went to pay off our phones and Chris and Jeremy could not be any nicer, they were helpful and answered all our questions it was a lovely experience and will be coming back to this location next time we need help
I would be careful before signing up with T-Mobil specific with Cromwell location. They sell you something then turns out the promotion is not the same. In turn you monthly bill will go up. I am going through this nightmare and not a single person has contacted me or help me. I am now on month 3 fight this issue. Horrible service there is no loyalty with them. Cromwell folks blame their promotion department. Their promotion department blame the Cromwell location. At the end the customers are paying the price and frustration. Don’t go to Cromwell.
Not the greatest of service i have received here. i used to have 12 lines in my account, when I added one more line, I was told i will be given some discount by the manager, however after a week or so i called to check again, there was a new manager and he completely denied. The staff were very slow and it took me 1 hour to transfer a single line. I am not sure about the current staff, however this was my experience an year back. I prefer the Newington store more.

Prices are high (duh)!!!!! That’s their ONLY downfall though .... I have been helped so much in the last few weeks (&beyond) by THIS store & its employees!! K.Charles ( girl I’m not even going to TRY to spell your 1st name 😅) Is the b o m b!! She and the others have been a blessing to me, my business & family ! ANY problem that I have they do more than their best to solve!!! I’m telling all of you readers, the service is worth going in ! And NO crazy Apple store lines !! Buuuut, DO not chance having expensive products sent to your home ; I learned the hard way .. have them sent directly to TMobile in Cromwell !! They will be SAFE there!! And the young kids working there are really fantastic at what they do ; can’t say it enough!! Give those young people a raise TMobile ! Never again!!!! My husband and l bought the RevvlPlus and less than 3 weeks we wanted give the phone back. Our calls would drop and the video/camera qaulity sucked. We couldnt believe all hype about this phone turned out to be a waste! The sales rep wasnt much help neither....thank god we switched bk to our original carriers! #sorrynocommission
