Use to always be clean and neat, but since merger its just not the same neighborhood store.Always out of supplies for cups, no one keeps it stocked well. Cant get the cup covers out of the receptacle without making more of a mess than there already is. Dirty soda fountain. Straws out most the time. Cup covers for the size that fits your cup out almost all the time.Today super sticky floor around all freezie, ice cream, soda Pop and coffee machines all the way to the cashier stations. Dirty.With merger got rid of a new pop machine and put in an old folgey machine. No more choice of flavor shots, my favorite.Nobodys in the place. No lines to cashier. No one cleaning.From a customer of over 25 years.
Today was the second and worse customer service experience i will have at this gas station, the white lady at the canter at 8pm tonight 10/17/2021 is such a horrible and very disrespectful representative. This is the second time she will be talking to me rudely without any provocation even others that were there were surprised, she lack all manner of decency, I just hope the management do something about her and her poor attitude before she push all their customers away. I will never step into that gas station again never.
The people who work here do not seem to like it much unfortunately. Maybe its because of the TORTUOUS music always playing louder than it needs to...?Seriously, what is with the music?!
Horrible place! If I could give a zero star I would. They treat their customers very poorly. Especially the manager randy. Very very rude. They sold me a 14 dollar car wash while the car wash was down and said I couldn’t get refund. They are running some kind of scam at this gas station. I’d stay farrr away if I were you.
Went to buy a fishing license for a 16 year old. Store staff refuse to look him up in the dnr system. Lying to my face repeatedly that they cant look up by DOB and SSN. Male staff gave me attitude saying they can only do it by ID. Place is a joke.
It was 12/11/20 around 7pm -7:30 when I filled full gas in my car. When I reach inside I found a lady busy helping costumers and the other side man standing with no helping. I thought he finished his time. Hè See me I need help I’m not Visitor.while I’m waiting service a lady come from outside and go through the man side . he looked at me and started helping her. I haven’t seen like this . the more years I was Royal customer with station . I waited then the lady helped me she was great person hè look like he wasn’t happy with place. Extremely rude and unpleasant employees yesterday. One yelling NEXT while a customer was still gathering their items. No hello, have good day. The other scolded me for wanting a refund after telling him the coupon didnt apply, nor show up on the receipt. It was the same price listed before $3.50 off. He argued it did. I explained I buy the item every week and know the regular and discount price. I ended up going to another holiday to get my item AT THE CORRECT PRICE and be treated better but before leaving he rudely said you should have never let me run it then. I only go to holiday stores, I also grew up with this one so its very sad to be treated so disrespectfully in your own home town. Will not be back.
It’s always super busy. Fair gas prices and good selection of things inside at average prices. Never had an issue with people here.
On 2/10/2019, I visited this store for gas and coffee. I poured a small amount of coffee in a cup to taste it. The coffee was ice cold. I approached Joe with my concern about the cold coffee. I could not believe his response. Joe looked at me and said “I am not making another coffee. I just made coffee an hour ago.” I said, ‘but the coffee is cold.’ He disagreed. He said “the coffee is not cold.” I said, ‘are you calling me a liar?’ He said no. He continued to argue that the coffee was not cold and he was not making another coffee. I stood there in disbelieve as I stared at him intensely. He never left where he was standing to help me or look into the coffee situation. I couldn’t believe it. Finally, he told me the cold coffee was a remnant on the dispenser. That I should go back and pour a full cup and it will be hot. I did and it was hot. If Joe knew this from the get go, why did he not flush out the dispensers after he made coffee? Why did he choose to engage in an argument with a customer who did not know how their coffee system works? Joe was extremely disrespectful to me. He is lazy and a mediocre employee with poor customer service. Joe does not have the best interest of his employer in mind. If he did, he wouldn’t have treated me poorly. I won’t shop here again!
Professional cashier checked out/scanned my purchases and even asked if I wanted a bag. Clean store and good quality items.
Pulled in for the first time as I work in the area. A very very kind gentleman told me before I walked in to pay for my gas offered me the rest of the gas he paid for as his tank was full. I happily pulled in behind him to take the gas he offered me. The old white manage quickly reset the pump before I could start pumping. I knew this because he paid with cash and the pump doesn’t just reset unless a card is used. I go in to pay for my gas and the nice lady informs me someone left money in the pump. The old manager quickly told her to shut it and forced me to pay for gas. Im not too upset but it just shows the morals of the manager and I will never be coming here again.
This place is soooo clean! A bathroom that smells good and is spotless, food areas spotless, floors clean and dry! That is so important! Friendly service with a smile!!
FYI their fresh baked cookies can be smelled baking, but they dont put them out until 10:40 pm or so, for the next day. Their new pop machine is super cool. They have random deals on candy and pop like B1G1 free or B2G1 free.
Specifically in response to those who dont think you should have to wait in line for a fully automated car wash. The average wash takes 5-6 minutes (based on my last four experiences). If there are seven cars in front of you, you will be waiting 35 - 42 minutes. If you cant wait, then you need to find a different wash to bring your car to. Ive waited 5 - 35 minutes for a wash in the past. Over estimate how long it will take, and build that into your schedule. People enjoy this wash in particular because it is automated; its just you and the wash. There isnt a human component. But with that comes an unpredictability for how long the wash will take.
You can tell the employees don’t like working there. They’re scowling at you, don’t greet anyone kindly, and are fast to move on to the next customer before you’re done grabbing your stuff. What am I, chopped liver?!?
Me and my family use this gas station for over 17 years and finally we decided to spend our money elsewhere. There is so many reasons but mainly is because of gas prices and worst carwash in area. On average You will pay 3 to 4 dollars per tank more than any gas station in area. Next time You need gas look around and You will get surprised. Carwash is joke, after wash there is still soap on your vehicle and watch for scratches on your car because brushes are out of adjustment and very old. Staff there is very helpful and pleasant. They know about this issues and they keep hearing complaints but management and owner simply ignore. My review is for other costumers to know not for managers and owners. I dont care about they respons and how they feel bad about costumers experience. Im done with this place.Good luck!!

I’ve been a customer here for 15 years fueling all my plow trucks at The Crystal HolidayThis is a busy store and 7 out of ten visits there are no less than 5 people in line and one cashier ringing and two others doing something much more important than ringing up customers.During my visit last night a cashier who’s been working there no less than 3 months who has sold me cigarettes and seen my I’d knows who I am out of the blue asked to see my I’d. As a regular known customer 53 years old I’ve had enough. I’m going to Bills superette great service when more than 3 people are in line they immediately open a new register. BILLS appreciate customers!
This is a rating for the car wash. I purchased the wash 4 trips to the store ago. I wait 5minutes without the line moving each time. People don’t have 30-45 minutes to wait in line to wash their car. More Efficiency is needed.
Busy place but the cashiers try to keep the line moving. Long lines for the car wash but cheaper prices than other Holiday locations. They need to make sure towels are always well stocked out at the pumps.
I love Holiday station stores but this is one of the worst ones I have ever been to. I do like the car wash however. The staff is always rude never say hello just stare at you till you say something. I’ve seen people smoking at the pumps or in their car smoking at the pumps and nothing is done about it. Playing super loud music while drying a car or pumping gas. Not every likes your music! I ONLY go here cuz it’s close to my house and I like the car wash. I hate going inside and seeing people. They are so f$&@!?# rude!!!
I go here because it is right around the corner from my house and for the most part never really had an issue. However, there is a shorter fat dude with darker hair with glasses that is rude af. Ive asked on a few separate occasions for some cups or straws for the fountain soda and the last time he kicked a cabinet door closed (very hard) and accused me in a very hostile way that I was the one that opened it. If the terminate his employment, I will give 5 stars.
Terrible carwash. Each wash takes a much longer time than other washes so the wait time is excessive, and it did not remove surface dirt from my car. The dryer also doesn’t work well, so there was wet spots everywhere and all my windows weren’t dry either, leaving me with spotty windows and streaks after driving.
I was not in a particularly good mood when I went into the store. But the friendliness of the clerks who were working really warmed my heart. Thank you.
A convenient convenience store. Gas, car wash, donuts, coffee, free air for your tires, bathrooms, etc... Busy most of the time though, so you may have to wait for a pump during peak hours even though they have 12 of them.
I am giving this location a poor review because the lighting and facade of the building is so outdate. I actually look forward to the forward-thinking design and upkeep of nearly all corporate Holiday Stationstore locations. This location has not been update in decades, it appears, and the poor lighting contributes only to the early 1990s feel of this location.
Horrible staff! After waiting in line for a car wash for an hour they closed it right in front of me as I pulled up to start when I asked why they said they were going home early and tough luck. Now tonight when I tried to get something at the register after waiting in a mile-long line they opened another Lane. As soon as I walked up she said no took my stuff and threw me out. Seriously... You have got to be kidding me!
I really just wish they would open up on time in the morning. Its a good place with friendly staff.
I have never felt so insulted by a customer service rep. anywhere in the metro twin-cities area, let alone by otherwise extremely courteous Holiday Gas Station staff that service the entire twin-cities area.The second shift manager (what she calls herself) was extremely rude beyond belief, I wasnt sure if she was an escape from a mental asylum who stole the uniform to stand in-front of the store.

This place is busy every time I go. Its not a good place for a quick stop and fill.
