Professional staff, first time Ive gotten a ride when needing a repair. Would definitely go here in the future for any more repairs.
EVERYONE at Queen City Tire is exceptionally nice and professional I would highly recommend them if you need Tires .oil change. car repair or if you need to purchase a car. THEY ARE ALL VERY HONEST THEY TREAT YOU AS FAMILY THEY DO NOT OVERCHARGE On a scale of 1- 10. I would give them a 10 plus they have top mechanics I could go on and on Bottom line is they are great to deal with
Really helped us out in a pinch. Squeezed a lot of work in a short time to get us going.
Queen City Tire & Auto was very accommodating to my needs on short notice & shall be more in the future for me & my vehicle. Im thankful for this knowledge.
These guys do a great job at taking care of their customers. I was getting an oil and someone ordered pizza for the employees. They gave me and my daughter a slice of pizza. Also they work with you. They explain everything on detail you can tell they are not shady. Facility is clean and has a really good waiting area with toys for kids. This is a great place to have to vehicle looked at.
Quick service, with calls in between services, letting me know when each process was finished with my vehicle.
These guys are really great. Ive been going to them for 4 years and their service is excellent! Theyre honest and they care. They dont try to gouge you and they work fast. Im so glad I finally found a good mechanic!
Very friendly and professional. I have never had an issues in years of service.
The warning light regarding low tire pressure popped up as I was driving into Cumberland. I pulled into Queen City Tire and talked to Lanny who went out and checked all the tire pressures and added air to the tires. He explained all the possible causes and what to be aware of in the future. I was so impressed with his kindness and professionalism. I will be going back there for new tires when needed!
Got my tire fixed in a reasonable time
Great place!! Always get great, friendly service. Ive been going there for years! I would highly recommend them!
I show up with no one at the counter or to greet me so I have to go looking for someone. I then have to wait until josh gets off the phone. He then has to find someone else to look up my appointment. It’s 1030 by now and my appointment was for 10. He says I’m late and the mechanic had moved on when I was the one waiting for him to get off the phone!! So my trip was for nothing!
Had a rear defroster not working. Could see lifted paths, though not broken. Thought maybe the tabs, but I cant get to them.Brought car in to QCM see if repairable. Informed it needed to be inspected first, should it be repairable, it would need to be rescheduled for the labor.Tech knew grid was lifted. They kept the car for 1.5hrs only to tell me the lifted paths are inaccessible and always cause a grid failure, plus labor to tape or repaint the traces in those areas (base of the glass on an A4) would be higher than a window replacement.Tech then went on to tell me he repaired a small portion of the grid in the center, with a line about 2.5x thicker than the original...so absolutely an eye-sore.The counter proceeded to charge me $90!They said it was for the Attempt to fix the grid.1) They already knew about the lifted path and already knew that lifted paths would cause a failure... so they already knew it was un-fixable going into the inspection. Unless theyre uneducated to the point of not being able to connect a simple A-B equation here.2) I did not authorize, even though I signed a paper stating I dropped the car off for inspection, for them to do anything other than a visual inspection to determine if the grid was fixable. That was our agreement and understanding...that any work would be rescheduled.I ordered a new backglass from Safelite for a grand total of $430...SORRY! I meant $430 + Queen Citys bogus charge of $90 for a grand total of $520. Typos, am I right? They have 100% lost my entire business for the foreseeable ever. Ill go to Roys and that guys an even bigger ripoff, but at least he gets the money himself, not some fat cat in another county.
We had a problem with our sunroof leaking and jeff didnt give up till the issue was fixed an no longer leaking. Very helpful an friendly, i would recommend going to them for any of your needs.Thank you,Hope Vanmeter
