Good people, good service, good cost. They face similar issues with inventory that every dealer has at the moment. Their service depart was excellent. Even with a slight mishap, hence 4 star, they were great about fixing it and will update when done.

My Nissan 2021 Titan recently broke down on an out of state trip, a roughly 3 hour drive from home. In an attempt to get a rental truck while the part was being shipped, they quickly dismissed that idea. This group was very nice and friendly through out the sales process, but was no where to be found when my vehicle broke down with less than 5,000 miles driven. Its been 7 days and no return calls. Their service manage was rushing to get me off the phone each time I called. The General Manage has never return my call.

I live in NJ and was on my way to OH for my daughters wedding. My 2014 Nissan Rogue broke down in MD on July 4th and had to be towed to Timbrook. I was in OH for 4 days and within those 4 days I found out my transmission went and the car was too old to replace it. Nathan from Timbrook got me a great deal on a 2020 Nissan Rouge and I drove back to NJ in a new Rouge on July 8th. This could have been a very stressful event but Timbrook made it the easiest car purchase I ever had.

I wish they could have fixed my cigarette lighter plug but I didnt include it in my appointment. They dont seem to want to go above and beyond to serve a customer if they can and they didnt schedule me an appointment to fix my lighter plug. I guess they dont really want my business.

I had a caliper lock up while on my way to Hagerstown, I was in Cumberland Md and called the dealership. Dropped truck off that afternoon and they repaired it for pick up the next day.

I bought a car back in 2015 and was told the coupon book that the coupon was good forever by the sale person who sold the car to me I had $25.00 credit coupon in the book they told me it was know good .I cannot stand a lied .If that what kind of people you have selling your cars then I dont want to do business with you all again

Brought in a vehicle with repetitive grinding noise from the front wheels, told them it was the wheel bearings. They convinced me it was the brakes, so they put on new pads and rotors and a new caliper, $425. The grinding noise never went away. How they could test drive before and after and not know that they didnt fix the issue is beyond me. Also, the brake petal depressed much farther afterwards so its evident they didnt even bleed the brakes properly. Im being generous with two stars for professionalism, promptness, and customer care but their work leaves a lot to be desired. I should have gone directly back after two minutes on the road, but I was on a tight schedule and was only passing through.

This place is a joke, the same car I went to pa paid 4500. Less for brand new car ? Then take another car there to fix and they said i have to take it to collision center but instead I took it to my mechanic it took him less than 5 minutes to fix it !!! Im only using 1 star because it makes me to leave this review. Dealing with this dealership has been a nightmare. I got my car in a different state because we were traveling. I have tried using this dealership for my Nissan needs & it has been nothing but trouble. First a weather strip was coming off my car & I had to go over 3 times because they thought they ordered the wrong part but it wasnt. Nissan had changed the style of the strip. They also left me sit for over an hour when I watched my car get done because someone forgot to let the guy working the front know my car was ready. The next time I needed something I called & asked if they could cut & program a key for me and the price. I asked if they were open Saturdays so I could come over & they said yes. I went over on Saturday & the man working said I only have a guy here on the weekends that can do oil so you’ll have to come back. My boyfriend spent his day off going there on a Tuesday. They first said they couldn’t do it but then told him it would be an hour. 3 hours later they came to talk to him & apparently the computer wasn’t working so they told him to come back. This is completely unacceptable. You can not expect people to come back on multiple occasions on for the same issue because you can’t get your service area in order.
