A very straightforward dealership from beginning to end. Dominic the General Manager was great! He really made us feel like family. The car we purchased needed some servicing before delivery. Tony (from A to Z Transmissions and Auto Repair) was professional and the work done was top notch. After delivery we had some issues with the vehicle. If you’re reading this review this is the important part: Ernie (owner) and the whole team came through to resolve them. Just baught a used subaru outback. Donenic took great care of me. I was suprised how thorough they were when the went through the car before i baught it. There was a minor issue and they let me know about it right away and took care of it. I really felt appreciated here. Not like any other used car lot i have ever been on before. Highly reccomend.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a car from Ultra a couple weeks ago. The experience from start to finish was excellent! Domenic was really nice to work with and he sold us a great car. We found a couple issues with it after we drove off, but the Ultra owners and Tony (independent mechanic next door to Ultra) helped us get the car in good condition. We brought it to another independent mechanic afterwards and he confirmed that they did a good job and sold us a good car. We are happy we bought from Ultra and would do it again. Thank you!!

This place was nothing but great to me, during a pandemic and super hard and trying times, they made everything go so smoothly! I have been impressed by Dominics and Earnies professional sales attitude. They seem to be very reliable. I was almost buying a car that I found very nice for my daughter from them and left a deposit but my daughter changed her mind! After a few days, I called to let them know about my daughters decision, Dominic told me no problem and asked me to go and get my deposit back. I will definitely consider them for my future purchase of a used car.

If you want to buy a cheap used car that may (or may not) need work, this is not a bad place to shop! The staff is friendly and not pushy, but you really have to know what youre getting into when you buy from a place like this.

Didnt stand by the product. Mechanics hard to get ahold of and forgetful. Edit:( the quality of the vehicle was good for the price. there was an issue i needed to resolve with the throttle a month after purchase. however, i needed to take it to another mechanic out of pocket. I was offered a free oil change by the owner as compensation and for revising my reveiw(+1 star))

Would definitely consider purchasing a vehicle here
