Fr. James is very accommodating and welcoming...not only him but the whole community ...we felt at home right away when we first attended the Holy Mass! He gave us a hot soup after the Mass on a cold winter day .. so amazing! God is good and God bless you all 🙏🏼😇🇺🇸

Father James is the most generous priest we have ever met! He surprised all the 16 kids we brought to daily mass yesterday with free ice cream at the delicious Cumberland Creamery. These sweet, though sweaty, hot children were so happy at this surprise. We all said some special prayers for Father James before eating :) Thank you again, Father James! We also had a tour of the amazing church which was founded by Saint John Newman in 1848 (the first American male saint) to serve the German-speaking people of Cumberland. But of course, our children will always remember this church for the saintly generosity of Father James.
