I have lived near this store for years and have driven by thousands of times. From the outside I thought it looked too small to house furniture so I never went. Well, that old saying goes “don’t judge a book by it’s cover”! This furniture store used to be a train museum!! It’s very cool and huge inside! Their is a whole warehouse off of the main store. From the outside you see a long brown storage unit but from the inside stands beautiful tables, chairs, sofas, beds, accessories for rooms, amazing! Check it out!

We purchased a living room set and two dining tables. Cliff was so amazing to work with. He was very patient and took his time with us. The staff are all so kind and easy to work with. We never felt pressured which was a nice change from all the other places we looked.

Cliff was very knowledgeable and friendly. We’ve easily been to 10 stores looking for recliners, and their selection was the best!

We bought couch and chair to match and had them specially coverd and nails on the front. One recliner and one lift chair. We are so happy with them.The owner was so helpful and Joe the salesman was so awesome to work with and so knowledgeable and fun to work with.No pressure at all. He let us decide everything, and at the same time, he could tell you everything you needed to know.We feel like they are part of our family. Even the sweet one working in the front office. SheIs so precious and knowledgeable also.I compared prices at other stores. None came close to their prices.We like England furniture, which we feel is the best.You need to shop there. They cannot be best.Give them a visit, you won’t be disappointed.

... I passed this store several times. Finally I stopped in; looked around; and found a great T.V. Console for a perfect price. Free delivery also. If anyone needs furniture; great quality at a descent (or cheaper) price; The Furniture Depot is the place for you. Really !!!.. Why not stop by? You might even find something you like, need, or want.

We were going in to purchase a lift chair for my 81-year-old mother. Excellent customer service in the store, chair was delivered 2 days later to my mother and it was overall a great experience. When I spoke to my mom after they had set it up, she said that the technicians walked her through how to use it and were very good with her. Thanks, Furniture Depot! Well be back.

I made a early morning visit I spoke with a salesperson along with the business regarding a lift chair. We picked out a model that I was interested in. I left the store and then I reviewed similar chairs from other businesses. I received the best price from furniture depot and within 2 days they will deliver the chair set it up and remove my original my original. I received a very fine discount of which I appreciate

What a friendly and wonderful store. I never review businesses, but I had to with this place! I had Jason take care of me and boy oh boy does he know mattresses. He made it easy. Very patient and had a great sense of humor. Will be back for my living room! Also the delivery guys were great!!

I live literally right down the road from this store and never really thought about shopping there until a really bad experience at Levins. On the way home my wife said we should stop in and boy am I glad we did. We purchased almost the same furniture here and saved almost 2 grand! Friendly helpful staff and a great price. Fantastic experience! We will definitely be back.

Went to help some friends get furniture for their new place and Furniture Depot was right down the road. The first day we stopped by, Cliff (who is well-versed in furniture) gave us some great insight on whats quality and whats not. Man do I wish I stumbled across him the last time I needed furniture! So after work the next day we headed back and Joe was the man with the plan! He made all the right moves, got my friends a killer deal, and delivered ON THE SAME DAY! You guys are doing it right! Oh, and Ill still be back for my clock.

We received nothing close to the service we were sold on. We were told they would help move our current sectional downstairs. Instead they watched us struggle while they brought in the new one, and even waited for us to get out of the way so they could set it up. They didn’t even offer to help us.

Recently got a great living room set at a great price. I also have a great recliner I got years ago from them. The included warranty is excellent as were the delivery people who took our old set to the curb and brought in the new one quickly. Everyone is very friendly.

This shop is a great find. Store looks small but it really is gigantic. Found and bought several pieces of furniture. We have been there twice! Jason was our sales person and he was excellent!! We also met the owner fantastic guy. We will be back!!

My husband and I came to Furniture Depot in the winter of 2013 to purchase new living room furniture. Our sales associate was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. We were drawn to their store because everything is American made and they raved about their 10 year warranty. Cushions and frame are covered 100% for 10 years.Fast forward to February of 2018. Our cushions were starting to show some serious wear and had become misshapen. I called, gave them all of our information, they informed me that our couch cushions were still covered under our warranty. I simply needed to email pictures of our couch cushions and they’d order them. We were told that it would take 8-12 weeks. We didn’t mind, we were very happy with the ease of it all.12 weeks passed with no word. I called to check in on the order status of our cushions. They told us that the warehouse our furniture was from, had burned down, so there was going to be a much longer wait. Again, we were thrilled to be getting replacement cushions, and continued to wait.September 2018, Furniture Depot called to let us know our new cushions were ready for pickup.Upon pickup, much to our surprise, all that was in the packaging was foam. Confused, my husband went back in to ask where the fabric was. We were informed, for the FIRST time, that their warranty ONLY covers the foam insert. Not the covers. Although, they repeatedly told us we’d be getting replacement cushions.They want $35 per cover PLUS another $20 for shipping for something they led us to believe was included in the purchase price of the furniture. We do not appreciate their questionable business practices in the verbiage they use to describe what their warranty covers.We used to highly recommend Furniture Depot to our friends. We will no longer be doing that.

We were in need of a new chair, and decided to stop in this store, while driving by. I am so Very Happy that we did!!-:) Looks can be deceiving, as it is much larger on the inside, and they have a wonderful selection of furniture!-:)Needless to say, I found the perfect chair right away, and it was on sale also!!!-:)Thank you, Jennifer, for being so kind, and we love our new chair!!!-:)

Love this place. So easy, no hassel, very friendly... only place to buy furniture. They have alot of very different nice pieces and very reasonable.

We have purchased all of our furniture here for the last 20 years. The quality of the furniture is exceptional. The staff are helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We have NEVER felt pressured but have found them to be wonderful to work with. I cant imagine shopping anywhere else!.

Although my wife and I did not choose to buy from here, due to finding exactly what I was looking for elsewhere. I will say that I was blown away by the selection that was here. Staff was friendly and there qas was little to no pressure. I would say that it is well worth your time to consider shopping with Furniture Depot. You will immidiately be surprised by the size of their store. Very deceiving from the street!

Great selection of reclining chairs

Greeted promptly, very nice store & people. good selection, but couldnt quite find what i wanted.

I bought my 13 year old daughter a mattress set with a bedroom group and the mattress smelled like chemicals really bad. When I called the store they would not help me at all. I called three times and got three different stories on who made the mattress but nobody would help me with anything. By the way her furniture had a 90 day warrantee and it all fell to pieces in just over a year. Anybody who buys here had better plan to buy again in about a year from somewhere else. I will never shop here again!
