Colton H. was my store rep and very kindly and patiently assisted me through a maze of multiple phones from various carriers, fried SIM cards and my own bad attitude from dealing with the mess for days prior to dumping my mess on his table. He listened and then offered me multiple options based on what would be least expensive and easiest for me. I did not ever feel pressured in any way, which I think is a big deal. If you are looking for great customer service, and a pretty nifty phone as well, go to the AT&T store on Portage Trail in Cuyahoga Falls. You won’t be sorry.

I needed to upgrade my cell phone and I had no more than walked in when I was greeted enthusiastically by the representative. I told her exactly what I was looking for, showed her AT&T page I was looking at and which plan I needed…. And that is exactly what I received, she showed me everything I was looking for, didnt try to sell me anything I ask for, brought out the phone I had asked for, in different colors, and then asked if I needed anything else. I asked a about accessories, she showed me the area and let me do the shopping. There was “ No-pressure” in this transaction at all. Clean store, friendly reps, easy to get to location. I give it two thumbs up and Five stars! Highly recommend this place.

Came in to upgrade my phone and and was quickly greeted by a beautiful young lady named adea, she was so kind, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. Came in to just quickly pay my bill and the young lady named Jordan asked if I wanted to have her look over my plan and see if there were possible discounts. Turned out I was on a super old plan and she was able to give me unlimited data with a hotspot! Super important for my kids these days since everything is remote. Thank you so much for being so nice! I stopped in this store quickly get a charger for my phone. I actually do not have AT&T but am now greatly considering switching over after the service I was provided here. They offered a free quote that is much better than what am paying currently at Verizon, just have to convince the wife to make the switch now. I would just like to commend on how awesome of a job the manager and her staff are doing during this scary time. Jordan went above and beyond explaining the issues my phone was giving me, I asked a lot of questions and she never got annoyed. Also showed me the new remote they are offering and I am considering switching from Spectrum for it! Again, awesome job.

I come to this store to pay my bill every month and I am treated with the upmost respect. I love this store and will continue coming here over any other store. This staff is amazing and I cannot thank them enough.

I think this store could be better organized and have better customer-employee communication. I’ve been attempting to buy a screen protector for my phone for several weeks now, however they are constantly out of stock. I’ve had employees offer to call me when they get protectors in stock, yet I’ve never received a call back. This seems to be a recurring problem, so I am just wondering why, if it is, do they not just increase the number of screen protectors they have in stock? I’m sure it is more complicated than just a snap of the fingers and “wham!”, more screen protectors. However I should not have to wait for over a month to receive the proper protection to protect my $1000 phone. That is just ridiculous. I would consider changing my rating should I see improvement.

First off of like to say.. im a little taken back on how the staff where so.. how do I say this.. unprofessional?? The one person working there was sitting on her phone texting. The lady helping me and my mother. She answered what seemed to be a personal phone call on speaker phone whoke we where sitting right infront of her. She had some kind of i dont care about professionalism she was sitting Indian style in her chair. The work ethic of Gen Z is scary. Now I worked at this att store about 8-9 years ago and i know very well that this behavior would not fly at all the retailer is called MMS and I know the CEOs very well and Im sure they wouldnt be happy. I would ask for something in stock and all I would get in return is no.. not that let me see what I can do.. I can order it ... nothingshe didnt get up to great us. Very disappointed ...

I was just there on Thursday and I got a new phone and switched to a different plan the guy Jake that helped us was very very very helpful and answered Every Question we asked and was very knowledgeable with the information he gave us and the manger of the store I don’t remember what her name was but she was very very helpful as well then the District manager came in his name is nick and he was the nicest And most helpful District manager I’ve ever spoken 2 I highly recommend this store the technicians are very very nice and very very helpful I love AT&T

I am a long time Verizon customer, but when I heard that this AT&T store offered ice cream I was excited to switch! Unfortunately that must have been a limited time offer because the Ice cream sign is now gone. I hope they bring that deal back.

After a long day of phone calls with Atts customer service and still confused since they all told me something different. I just decided to stop at the store! I was replacing my daughters phone that she decided to drowned 😒 I appreciated Jordan’s service! Totoally helped me out and explained everything perfectly! She even had to sit and wait for my phone to back up lol which I haven’t done in forever, so naturally it was taking forever! Nice people but a lot of false information. Came in to have an improperly installed zag glass re-installed and was told I would have to buy another since it was done at Crocker Park. Called ATT and was told that was not the case. So I had to go to Chapel Hill to have done what they should have done there for free. Not cool. The people were friendly though, so I’ll give them that much.

This service is complete garbage. I have never considered writing a review until now because I am so incredibly irritated with this service. When trying to fix a problem all the people working there have thick accents which makes it impossible to understand anything they are saying. This company sucks, the cable and Internet are overpriced and they hit you with hidden fees and randomly double the cost of your cable for no good reason. I reccomend never using them and I feel bad for you If you have the service. Not to mention I have the premium cable package and Internet and my Internet connection is trash and my cable goes out all the time. Thanks for nothing at and t.

Wow here it goes, my first review ever. This store sold me a charger that was already flawed in manufacturing. I paid $32 for my purchase. It wouldnt take a charge so I brought it back in a week later. I was told that the metal prong was missing a small piece, and because it was broken they would not take it back. The prong piece is somewhere floating around in my iphone, but amazed the manager would NOT exchange it, told me to contact iWalk, the manufacturer.Wow, the business ethics at this location are beyond flawed. I would take the extra 10 min and travel to Fairlawn. It should not be the customers job to contacting their 3rd party supplier for defective merchandise, I have really never even heard of a company doing that, just want to give a heads up to any consumers.UPDATE: THE OTHER ATT STORE, EXCHANGED MY CABLE, GLADLY! It was obvious manufacturer error and they worked with the customer.

The outside clearly shows a banner that looks like an icecream cone. BUT THERE IS NO ICECREAM.Edit: The icecream cone sign is gone now, but the underlying problem still exists. There is still no icecream being sold at this location.
