BUYER BEWARE!!If I could give this company a 0, I would. They charged us over $1,000 for a no name garage motor that has been causing nothing but problems since installation. Since the installation, we have had them come out 6 additional times for various issues related to the faulty motor. We have had techs come out and tell us the previous tech didn’t know what they were doing, we had techs that didn’t have parts and the motor has been replaced twice.Today, the garage came off the tracks and I couldn’t get my car out of the garage to get to work. I called to have them come out. The gentleman was very rude, interrupted me and said “listen, I will have someone out tomorrow.” How should I get to work when the car is in the garage? For their mistake, I would at least ask for them to courtesy. I asked to speak to a manager and am still waiting for that call.We had a new company come and they were shocked when we showed them the invoices. They said we were overcharged, they had never heard of the motor they gave us, and the fact that they needed to come out 6 times was ridiculous. So we had to pay more money to fix a problem that was caused by this company.Please do not use this company. It has been an awful experience. If you want your garage fixed correctly and to be charge appropriately, go elsewhere.

CALLED AT 9:30AM SAID THEY WOULD HAVE SOMEONE OUT IN 2 HOURS, I CALLED BACK 5 HOURS LATER AND WAS TOLD I WAS NOT IN THEIR SERVICE AREA - COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL

Great service! Called and got a same day repair appointment. The technician was on time and friendly. Did an amazing job!

Great reliable, prompt, efficient installers. Showed up on time went right to work and were finished in about an hour replacing both springs and hardware on garage door. Nice to see there are companies that still show up and do what they say they will and were worth every dollar.

I called Royal Garage and the gentleman that answered the phone was very curt and rude. I was inquiring about getting a panel replaced and told him the door was about 10-15 years old (just guessing). He told me they couldnt fix it because it was so old. I told him I had a make and model if that would help and he proceeded to transfer me to a door specialist where the line said there was no access to a voicemail. I had just called another garage door repair placed and they gave me a price over the phone and said they could fix it.This place either doesnt want my business or they just dont care about helping someone. If I could Id give them negative stars. Screw them!
